I have to give this business 5 stars just on the sales/buying experience alone. Now that I'm…read moreretired, I was downsizing from 5 vehicles to two, as my newest auto/truck was a 2006 model. Everything had low mileage and was well maintained. After I sold my immaculate 2004 Mercury Marauder to a very motivated buyer in Louisiana, I wanted a similar car, but more modern. The new 300S filled the bill, with more of everything. I searched the SE US, Mid Atlantic and Mid South looking for the right car - deal - financing - trade. I was trading a low mileage, well kept 2005 Mustang GT that I rarely drove anymore. I found the 300S (right color, price and equipment) I wanted at Gary Matthews, with very good numbers also offered for the trade and financing. Close to 500 miles each way from my house, with a hotel stay in each direction. Sales person and finance rep were great. New car cleanup prep wasn't the best but I had 300 properly cleaned after I arrived home. Gary Matthews sales manager offered to pay but 300 had to be cleaned up anyway after the trip home through inclement weather. 300S has been trouble free and also came with a limited lifetime powertrain warranty provided by the dealer. Coming up on its first anniversary with us - have learned much about the 300S in general and the 5.7L 'Eagle' motor in particular. The dealer has stayed in touch, a good sign. Using a local dealer for warranty work (none yet) and service (first service). Was a rough start unfortunately. Gary Matthews gets my vote!

In my opinion, these guys are crooks. At least when you look at a used car purchase. My recent…read morepurchase started falling apart on the same day that I drove it off the lot. I was flat out lied to when I asked the simple question of when the car would be due for service. The answer from the salesman was in approx. 5,000 miles. The service light on the car lite up the next week and the manufacture said the vehicle had not been serviced in over one year. Now due for an extensive repair. Other issues arose the very same day and were not highlighted by the salesman. My recommendation is that you avoid doing business with these people at all costs.

I cannot express how horrible my experience with Justin and Wolff Auto Sales has been. I bought a…read more2015 Chevrolet Spark from them for $4,200, and it's been a complete nightmare. When I spoke with Justin about the car, he told me that it had a solenoid issue, which was supposed to be a $200 fix. However, after clearing all the codes off the car, they made sure it looked fine when my mechanic went to check it, and there were no warning signs. The moment I tried to drive the car home, it almost stalled in the middle of traffic, putting my life at risk. After taking it to a mechanic nearby, I learned the car actually needs a new transmission, which is a minimum $4,000 job. I paid $4,200 for a car that's now worth nothing more than scrap! I've found dozens of these exact cars being sold for $500-$800, as that's all it's worth with a bad transmission. My wife is pregnant, and we used our savings to buy what we thought was a reliable family car. Instead, we were sold a total lemon. When I spoke to Justin, he showed no remorse and wasn't even willing to make it right. It's clear that they did just enough work to get the car through a test drive and sold it without any care for the buyer's safety. After talking to other mechanics around Clarksville, I now know how crooked this business really is. I will do everything I can to make sure no other local families get taken advantage of by this shady dealership. Stay far away from Wolff Auto Sales!

I should have followed my instincts when driving up at 8:35 am and no "green arrows" were on at service door and no discernible lights on inside and could see no people moving around. I waited about 5 to 7 mins and I drove on and come back about 30 mins later and the same thing. Finally after about 5 mins or so the door went up. I ask what time they opened and he said 7am. I stated that is what I was told and the sign on service door stated this also. I told him that I had been there earlier and the door did not open and the "green arrows" that I was told about on phone were not on. He ask "their not on yet". The service advisor presented with no professionalism or customer courtesy. He never came to the customer lounge to inform me of the total price or to confirm he had entered the info I gave him was correct on work order. Any way I got a call back that my car was ready, about two hours and was timely. I was presented with invoice at the cashier's window and the advisor walked away quickly. Total price was $741. She insisted I sign everything and like a robot "cash, check or card". I signed, BIG mistake! Not that it actually matters. I never worry about this with the two Chevrolet Dealers I have done business with for years. Drove the car about 10 miles through traffic and checked transmission fluid three times. It was barley in the minimum zone but should had more fluid. I drove back to service doors and one opened. Some man, I'm guessing service manager, supervisor or something, standing by car when I got got out so I told him about the fluid level. He stated he would "take are of it," that he "had a trainee back there." A trainee changed my transmission fluid! Think about that. He should had closer supervision! It's a transmission!! The coolant does not look near as orange/red as it did the last time it was changed at the dealership where I bought the car. It just does not appear to be fresh/clean. The brake fluid at least had some added but is absolutely very close to being too full. It is over the fill level line and may be touching the 'cushion' on inside of cap. The tech did NOT clean any of the fluid caps or the area around the caps. This is strong evidence of NO professionalism and does not instill confidence. This of course worries me. I saw this after arriving home. I'm glad I keep under hood fairly clean. Now to the "Dollar Store" wipers. They did fit but were NOT close to the wipers they replaced. The wipers looked like toys compared to previous wipers. I had replaced twice before at two other Chevrolet Dealerships. After arriving home, I took passenger wiper off and it was held on, sort of, by a very thin plastic tab that almost broke off and would not have stayed on again! I have never felt so 'reamed' in my life! It is not the price, it's "what did I get for MY money". After arriving home, I called my local Chevrolet Dealer Parts Department and they had the wipers in stock that belonged on my car. She also stated voluntarily, "Sir, if you will pull into one of the service lanes we will be happy to install these for you." No charge for installing. They did follow through. I chose James Corlew Chevrolet out of convenience and location at the time!!! Lesson learned! BTW I have owned a few new Buicks and Chevrolets over the years and have dealt with numerous GM dealerships throughout the Southeast and this is absolutely the worst experience. In fact, it is my only truly bad experience with the actual service. This was my experience at James Corlew Chevrolet. You be the judge. What do you think I got for my money?
