I cannot express how horrible my experience with Justin and Wolff Auto Sales has been. I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Spark from them for $4,200, and it's been a complete nightmare. When I spoke with Justin about the car, he told me that it had a solenoid issue, which was supposed to be a $200 fix. However, after clearing all the codes off the car, they made sure it looked fine when my mechanic went to check it, and there were no warning signs. The moment I tried to drive the car home, it almost stalled in the middle of traffic, putting my life at risk. After taking it to a mechanic nearby, I learned the car actually needs a new transmission, which is a minimum $4,000 job. I paid $4,200 for a car that's now worth nothing more than scrap! I've found dozens of these exact cars being sold for $500-$800, as that's all it's worth with a bad transmission. My wife is pregnant, and we used our savings to buy what we thought was a reliable family car. Instead, we were sold a total lemon. When I spoke to Justin, he showed no remorse and wasn't even willing to make it right. It's clear that they did just enough work to get the car through a test drive and sold it without any care for the buyer's safety. After talking to other mechanics around Clarksville, I now know how crooked this business really is. This Brian character is a local town crook & rip off artist not only does he screw over our service men & women who purchase cars from him but he also screwed me over 755.00 in car repairs he sublet to me. I repaired all 4 cars and gave a fare labor rate based off the labor guide but he told me what he should pay!? Very poor business on his end again. But hey that's just the way the crook is programed.I tell you people who read my post heed my warning to all. He has 1 star for a reason. AVOID WOLFF AUTO AT ALL COST. The owner Brian is a rip off and not only takes advantage of our soldiers but the community as well. Look at all the other reviews for yourself. He guarantees your $500 deposit back, however the only guarantee you get is guaranteeing he's a POS. He had Henry the mobile mechanic do some work for him and when he completed the work he said he would pay what he thought he should pay and wrote a check for less than 1/2 the amount & told him to get out. One of his office staff made the comment to Henry that he doesn't want to mess with Brian. Sounds like a threat to me. Henry worked on multiple vehicles and came back early from a family emergency because Brian was in dire need of getting work done that he promised to a couple of soldiers. Now I know why he said he couldn't keep good mechanics because he screws them after having the work performed and he felt the need to justify his 1 star rating and said the ones who give him one star are liars. They can't all be liars when it's the same story and different people. He also didn't like Henry questioning him why he was only replacing minimal parts when they clearly needed more work done. Engines lights were on and other problems on top of what was fixed, however he will not invest & take care of the customers but expects them to pay top dollar and takes advantage of people's financial situations. He's a crook, a liar, and very deceitful. He should be out of business for his unethical ways. Avoid any business with his name on it because selling cars isn't the only business he has. BTW, I would've given him lower than one star because that's what he deserves so he should be lucky one is the minimum. read more

Bought a 94 Chevy truck for my daughter. Everything seem to go good till we got it home and the dash light went out, not a problem simple fix. The next morning it wouldn't start so we got a new battery still didn't start. Come to find out the starter was bad. Called the guy we got it from and he said to just give him till Monday since he was Saturday and thy would see what they could do. Here it is Monday and do you think they called or bothered to get anything fixed nope. My suggestion have someone check any car you get from the place cause once you buy it you on your own. On 09/24/18 I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. 25 hours and less than fifty miles later the check engine light came on. On 09/24/2018 I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox from Wolff automotive. I was sold a "Nice, good running vehicle" as Scott put it. I put $2000 down on this SUV. 25 hours later on 09/25/2018 after putting less than fifty miles on it the check engine light came on and started running rough and began to die when idling. I immediately took it to O'reilly as I happened to be across the street from it when it started, and text the Beth at Wolff to let her know. She apologized and had me take it to Triple T to be looked at the next. Triple T sent me to the dealership because they did not know what was wrong. I let Beth know what they said and she said to take it to the dealership and let her know what happened from there. It took a couple weeks to get it in because my wife went into labor and we had a baby. Got it in to Pepper's automotive on 10/08/2018 and they fixed a recall for the fuel pump, and a couple bolts in the seats and gave me an estimate to fix the other issues. I forwarded this to Beth. Beth then had me take it to Enoch Auto repair. The guy at Enoch stated that he "Put new plugs and wires because that is all Brian would do". It of course did not fix the issue. They then sent me to a FOURTH shop to have it looked at, this time a place called Binkley's. Binkley's kept my car all day and decided (just like triple T) that it was beyond their scope of expertise and it needed to be taken to a dealership. Originally Beth said they were sending me to Wyatt Johnson to have it fixed, then it turned into "just drop it off at the lot and they will look into it". Turns out they wanted to have yet another random person look at the vehicle, not a shop where any work done would come with a warranty. They also could not tell me how long, Brian said "It could be two weeks, it could be a month. This guy works on stuff after hours when he has time, I don't know" Through all of this I have had to provide my own alternate transportation. I couldn't possibly go a month without my vehicle. I can't afford to rent a car for possibly a month, all the while making a car payment on something I can't even drive. I have a son to get back and forth to school and a newborn with doctor's appointments as well as the holiday's coming up. We opted to try and have it repaired through the warranty at a dealership after Christmas. We took it to James Corlew in Clarksville and they can't figure out what is wrong with it, therefore the warranty we paid so much for isn't covering anything and we had to pay almost $500 for the work they did do. We contacted Brian at Wolff and he said that it had been too long since we bought it and he would not do anything about it. THEY wasted time sending it to four different shops and now they are saying it's my fault I waited too long. It is unethical, and shady business practices. Yeah I've currently been doing business with Wolff for about the last 16 months, and during this time I have had nothing but troubles. The business overall is highly on organized and unprofessional and rude. I purchased my car about a year ago and since I have had a total of 3200 bucks of repairs. The 2006 Chrysler 300 that I purchased from them came with a custom stereo which they decided to take out and put a cheaper stereo and sell the one that was in there for a higher price which resulted in faulty wiring. Which they charge me to fix and also took a purse of two weeks pay. Now they have had my car for going on for weeks dealing with the transmission lying telling me that they ordered the part weeks ago but still has not come in come to find out they never ordered the part in the first place they kept the car up there so I would have to pay the monthly balance and the total cost of storage and repair. These people very negligent and inconsiderate. I'm a full-time college student who does Uber and lift as his sole means of income,Something that is that I told them I took my car up there on April 23, 2019 and today I still do not have a car or a date on which it will be finished read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WOLFF GLASS!!! Never had a worse experience. I purchased a vehicle from a local dealer. A day later, I noticed a nick in my windshield. The dealer agreed to have it fixed. Wolff Glass is their contracted glass company. I made the appointment a week out to have it replaced (as this was the best course of action). I received a call 30 minutes prior to the appointment stating the technicians would be late because they could not fit my windshield into their work van. This made no sense as they are an auto glass company and supposedly do this on a regular basis. Also, this should have been determined a few days prior instead of the morning of. Poor planning. The technicians were an hour late. When they left, my wife inspected the vehicle. The technicians had made 5 scratches in my hood, a scratch on the handle of the dash top center compartment, a tear in the upholstery of the front driver pillar, and a grease stain on the passenger visor. There were also shards of glass left inside the vehicle to the point that one became lodged in my wife's hand when she placed it on the gear shift. There was debris still on the dashboard, steering column, instrument cluster, and floorboard. When I called and spoke with Beth, Wolff Glass front office, she became very defensive, stating that there was no way her technicians were responsible for that. She also implied that my wife was a liar about the damages. I stated I wanted to speak with the owner but was told he was out of town. Beth was very unprofessional and so difficult to work with, I made the decision to not work through her or speak any further on the issue with her. I would only speak with the owner. We agreed that the owner, Brian, would call me upon his return. That did not happen. I made two additional phone calls trying to get in touch with Brian. He finally called me back and asked that I bring the vehicle in for him to look at the damage. When I arrived, he seemed as though he would work with me. However, it turned out he lied to me about what he would have done just to get me to go away. When he looked at the damage, he too did not believe his technicians could have caused the damage but agreed, I thought, to repair them all. When I picked the vehicle up after it was allegedly repaired by their contracted body shop, only 1 of the 5 scratches on the hood was properly and thoroughly repaired. One looked as though it was covered up with a black Sharpie. The others on the hood and no other damages were touched. When I went inside to speak with Brian, he conveniently was not there. I left a note of displeasure and my number for him to call me, as the repairs completed were not what were agreed upon. I waited a day and was forced to call back and leave my number and a message again. It has been almost a month and I have not received a call. I have since decided to give up on Wolff Glass. Their work ethic is terrible and customer service is poor. The stress that I went through dealing with them was not worth it and I can do a better repair job than they attempted to do. read more

Bought a car in JULY and paid cash!! Its Feb 11th and still haven't received the title. Fixing to take Legal action. If the gentleman BRAD tells you anything know its 100% BS.
