The older lady was jerking my feet and hands, unfriendly, used old polish that streaked, got mad when I told her I wanted square nails instead of round(she would have known had she asked). I got the classic pedicure. It was fast. And It's exactly what's expected. The thing that bothers me is they won't allow tips with a card. You have to give cash only. It's frustrating because not everyone carries cash. So I have to go out and get cash and return with a tip. I can see what other reviewers mean by saying they aren't very nice. They weren't rude but didn't seem to be happy to have a customer. I'll skip this place next time unless it's urgent and can't make it anywhere else. read more

Not happy. I had a full set done with white tips. The male manicurist cut the tips too short for my liking and I asked to get them redone once I noticed how short they were. I understood that I would have to pay more because of the use of supplies but still got attitude from the male manicurist. The tips are uneven and have multiple cuts on my fingers from how ruff he was. Concluding the session he finishes by sarcastically saying "are these too short for you?". I get my nails done every week and this was my first time coming to this location with a bridal party. Have never had someone be this rude at a nail salon. Will never be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. read more

By far the best nail place I have ever been to. I have never had to wait (they have enough people working), they are reasonably priced, and every person I've had do my nails has done a fantastic job! Elite hasn't been a five star experience the last handful of times that I've been there. Services seem rushed and they always try to upsell me-- no, I don't want an eyebrow wax. My mani and pedi ($32) lasted maybe 35 minutes total, which seemed hurried considering there was no wait. This is an okay place if you need to get in and out, but overall, it's not a very relaxing experience. Elite, bring back the wine, trashy magazines, and 50 minute pedicures! read more

I stopped in for an eyebrow wax (my first visit) I was told to enter a small room (closet size) with table/bed. The sheet that fit the table was soiled looking as were the towels (one for the head & another at the foot of table). I asked the woman if the linens were clean she said "yes" and then left the room briefly, and returned with a clean towel for my head. She suggested more than just an eyebrow wax and I agreed. Not long before she began an employee opens the door and walks directly in to get to a closet inside the room (in doing so she leaves the door open for customers sitting in spa chairs to see me). She did not knock first before entering or say excuse me or ask if it were OK for her to enter. I was shocked! Why have rooms? Why have a door? Also, Why choose a business name with the word "elite" if your not going to fit the part - not even a little bit. It doesn't take much to perform simple common courtesies. I told the woman she was rude and she just looked at me - not to long after she came back again! Same thing! The woman waxing me apologized. I told her that woman should be apologizing! Anyway, I again told the woman how rude she was - the phone rang ( signal for wax job to stop) while waxer had started my eyebrows at that point. I paid full price yet when I looked in mirror - my eyebrows had to be tweezed! I had to buy tweezers to fix them! read more

I can't even comment on the actual product because I didn't even get service. I sat for 40 minutes in a pedicure chair. Nobody even came and filled the tub while I waited. Pedicures were completed near me and those technicians disappeared or sat in chairs talking. I've been to plenty of nail salons and waited but at least I was acknowledged and waited comfortably. Thanks but no thanks. Unfortunately my husband lost out after he purchased a gift certificate for me to get the pedicure in the first place. And just so nobody thinks I'm basic, he purchased their most expensive service and even included a nice tip. My husband calls up there and the manager says nobody was waiting and that He was lying then hung up on him. I wasn't hard to miss. I was the only black person in there and everybody was staring the entire time. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere. By the way, I'm a physician but not elitist or pompous. This place was very good a few years ago, but AVOID it -- there are loads of other nail salons around, and all of them are almost certainly better than this one. The rudest employees I've ever seen. How long they can survive on one-time customers, we'll see. There are a few older "regulars" but the rest of the young female technicians lack any English skills whatsoever, and their nail techniques are on par with their English. The last time I was there, some stupid young girl kept trying to force me to immerse my feet in the scalding hot water in the pedicure chair. She finally got a clue when I practically shouted "NO! HOT!" at her. The pedicure that followed was inept and took far too long. The next (and LAST) visit was with David, a femme gay guy who was far and away the rudest service employee I've ever encountered. My hands actually hurt afterward. Unbelievable. Somebody turn these shysters into I.C.E. and get their doors shut, before they physically injure somebody. read more

Great Nail Place!!!! This place is professional and gave me the best pedicure I have had in a while!! Prices are good, and they put liners in their pedicure chairs and autoclave/sterilize their instruments. A+++ I will review again after I get my fingers done. My first ever posted review anywhere. It was ten minutes upon entering before anyone even acknowledged our presence to let us know where we could sit for our pedicures. Sort of understandable given it was a Sunday. Finally told where to sit. One couple was getting a pedicure on one side of us. A woman getting one on the other side of us. The couple finished and the techs got up after finishing. Made eye contact with us several times and that was all. Not once during any of this did anyone offer a water or come over to apologize for the wait or even let us know that there would be a wait or how long if so. At least we could've weighed whether or not to leave and come back later or just simply leave. But no. Not a word or glance in our direction after the couple left. We kept telling each other we would give it a few more minutes. The few more minutes kept adding up. Finally we decided to get up and leave. Still not a single word to us as we got up to leave and subsequently walked out the door. Been awhile since we have received such terrible customer service. Read and please trust the negative reviews here, as well as google. But as you'll notice the manager or owner do not care as you can clearly see they do not respond or even attempt to apologize for the customers having such a bad experience. They do not care so this is all in vain but hopefully others will read and avoid this place. There are other options out there. You don't have to accept this level of service. read more

I've gone for years and had pretty good service. But today they talked me into SNS and it looks horrible. It's lumpy in some places and there is polish all over my fingers. She said it was because I have short nails and didn't even try to get it off. I also requested and mani/pedi. I got a full pedicure but I did not get a manicure just the SNS polish and she charged me for a manicure. It was not cheap and I can't believe I paid, but I hate to make a scene. I have had pedicures in Taiwan, Korea, Guam, all over California, North Carolina, and now Georgia. I know a good pedicure when I have one, and the pedicure I had today (Thank you, Hannah - you were the best) was top notch. I have sensitive, and very ticklish feet; yet Hannah at Elite Nail Spa did a masterful job on my feet (and it was only a "basic $20 pedicure) with no pain and no tickle. My feet haven't felt this good in ages. This used to be my favorite nail salon to go to with my mom. It started getting bad over time, and they always mess up my nails somehow now. But really what made me go somewhere else was last time I went. It was awful, just awful. They separated me and my friend, which is fine I don't really care I guess. So I went to the spot the told me. Sat down and waited for probably 10 minutes. (Not to mention I had an appointment and still waited 20 minutes before being seated). So finally a lady came over to do my full set. Of course she was talking to the lady next to her in Korean or whatever. She never said anything to me other than "what are you getting?" Then eventually she started talking to me about something very personal and inappropriate. Especially since she hadn't said anything else to me. I'd rather not mention the topic, since it's so personal like I said. I was very obviously trying to change the subject and she would go back to asking me these stupid questions, and laughing and talking to the girl next to her. It was very unprofessional and obviously she had no social skills. Anyways, she messed up pretty much every nail. So I went to the drying station to wait for my friend. And when my friend came over there to talk to me, she told me the lady doing my nails was telling the lady doing her nails all about what she was trying to talk to and ask me questions about. (I didn't answer any of the questions the lady was asking me). Yet she was making things up and telling this other lady doing my friends nails. I never got her name, and left before I could even ask for her name. It was just an awful degrading experience. I wasn't expecting to go get my nails done and be interrogated on my personal issues. I'll never go back there. It was awful. I go to cloud 9 nails now. They do a great job, and they actually like to talk to you like you're a human being. I've sent about 5 friends there now and everyone loves it. Anyways don't come here if you plan on having a good job done. read more

Been going here for several years, but quality seems to be going downhill. Pedicures are adequate. However, every manicure (far fewer than pedis due to inferior quality) I have received there has started peeling within 24-48 hours. This isn't after doing any activities (other than basic shower) that would lead to compromising a new manicure either. Every 6-9 months though, I decide to give them another chance and every time I've been disappointed. It's loud and chaotic in the salon. Many of the massage functions of the chairs don't work right, if at all. It's time to find a new place that can handle both manis and pedis, I think. read more

Awful! Do not go here! The woman who waxed my eyebrows was beyond rude, did not say hello to me or anything, just ''lay down''. She waxes, hands me the mirror, she leaves without putting on any after-wax gel or anything! Once in my car, in the light of day, I see she has BUTCHERED OFF the inner part of my eyebrow! Now there is a huge inner gap in between them and I look like horrible. I only go one vaction a year, this weekend, and now I am going to look like a friek. I also have to postpone my first family pictures with my baby son because I now have to wait for my eyebrow to grow back. The receptionist gave me my money back and a very feeble apology. I have been getting my nails done for the past 20 years, and I have been to many different nail salons. When I first visited Elite Nail Spa 2 years ago, I really liked it. They did a very good job on my nails, and they even offered me a glass of wine. But that was the only good visit. I have gone back 3 times since then. I am a busy professional woman, and don't have time to sit around for "15 minutes" that turns into 45 minutes of waiting. 2 of the 3 times I walked out, and no one seemed to care. The 3rd time I actually made an appointment, showed up about 5 minutes early, and still had to wait 30 minutes. They proceeded to do my nails, but it was an average job. Certainly not worth waiting 30 minutes (and that is WITH an appointment). Ladies, there are plenty of nail salons that want our business. On average I spend about $80 a month (or more) just getting fill ins, etc. If I owned this business, I would certainly care if people were walking out unhappy! I would NOT recommend this place. read more

Tried this place for the first time on Sunday 2/25/18. I had a flight to Paris the next day and was too lazy to make it to my usual place (Lush Nail Bar, which is amazing I might add!) and boy did I regret it. From the greeting, or lack there of, to the botched pedicure I couldn't be anymore disappointed. Upon entry I was met by a woman who was not happy to receive the business that keeps her establishment thriving, instead, I was curtly asked what I wanted and was ushered to sit in a chair. Alyssa did my pedicure which now looks like I need a new pedicure to fix her mistakes. I recently had an exfoliating foot peel done where layers of dead skin was removed however she still felt the need to scrape the bottom of my already soft feet. I now have cuts and scrapes on my skin that resemble that of a cheese grater! It was the first and absolutely the last! It truly was a lesson for me to never be lazy again! read more

I really enjoyed going to this nail place. I got a manicure and my nails looked ruff and they where short when I came in. When I left my nails were so beautiful. I am very happy with there customer service and they also serve wine complimentary. Even though I wasn't asked for any I seen alot of people drinking it. On my visit to Atlanta my friend and I had our nails done here. I have to say that they are overpriced. Usually I pay 65 for both manicure and pedicure in shellac. They charge 50 $ for a pedicure. Had my feet done by May as well as my eyebrows. She did a fantastic job! A gentleman by the name of Joe did my fingers, he tried to fix my nail as it was breaking ( during my travel my one nail bent backwards so it cracked) but the glue he put one didn't hold. I think the manager is Rachel, I noticed they were very customer oriented but very much in a hurry. This guys Joe was hurrying to finish up, just thinking that he wanted to attend to another customer...not sure!. My last shellac manicure and pedicure lasted exactly 1 month. I'm very disappointed in my service today at Elite because I saw a friends nails and really liked her nails. When I first walked in I asked for the same person that did my friend nails and she sat me down. I asked her about a specific technique and which she didn't have the color for so I moved on to another idea that she said she could do. As I was picking out a color, I felt rushed even throughout my first visit here only to find out that she had an appointment after me which is fine but if you know you have appt that would possibly run into the next persons time then why even take me? I am a business student, and my teacher had major concerns about this establishment. This place is terrible and unsanitary. My teacher sustained two cuts on her visit (4/16/2018) one on her arm from the jewelry of the person performing her manicure. Another on her hand, as she was cut by one of the tools from the manicurist. As she was bleeding from her injuries, no one attempted to help her stop the bleeding, but instead, they placed the tools used back into the caddy without cleaning them. Moreover, when she refused to pay for the abysmal service, the owner began arguing with her and threatened to call the police. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! read more

My friend asked to get an acrylic set and I asked to get gel nails, after our visit neither of us got what we had asked for. They ended up rushing us to the point the put gel nail polish on my friends nails when she had asked for acrylic. The guy who did my nails wouldn't even listen to my request and ended up putting a whole different color of ge polish on my nails i did not ask for. Not only did he put the wrong color, he didnt even take his time to do the whole manicure properly. After we left, we decided to call the manager and tel her what had happened and she scheduled us the next day to come and get it fixed. The next day when we came in she was VERY rude, saying her technicians did nothing wrong and would not allow them to fix her nails even after our conversation on the phone. ASIDE from her dismissing anything she had promised over the phone, she blatantly ignored me while I was talking to her and continued to smile and giggle like I was a joke. Every time I go into this salon, they make mw wait. They never give me an estimate of how long it will be; however, they seat me as though they will be with me immediately. I went in for a quick color change and waited 15 minutes at the pedicure station. They never acknowledged me and when I asked, they stated five minutes. After that five minutes, I left the salon. The chairs were so surrounded by junk that I fell into the chair trying to get around the supplies and tables. I will NEVER set foot in this salon again. read more

I only gave them a 1 star because you can't give them 0 stars. My friend and I went in elite nail spa tonight, and it was the worst experience ever. My friend wanted a French manicure, and her nail technician was named Henry. I wanted a fill-in, my nail technicians name was Meg. Meg didn't talk much to me, but she did a great job. My friend has been dealing with a court case for a few months, and she got a phone call in the middle of her manicure. Henry started painting 1 of her nails, and he asked her if it looked ok. She said yes, while talking on the phone about a court case that could change her life. Henry was yelling over my friends phone call, and being very rude. When my friend got off the phone she told Henry in a very nice way that her nails did not look very good. My friend simply wanted him to take the nail polish off, and just put one color all over instead of the French manicure(because he clearly didn't know how to do it) . He had a terrible attitude and told her that she should've told him when he asked about her one pinky nail. She apologized, and he was still very rude to her. I told him that he needed to stick behind his customers and either fix her nails, or bring another nail technician over so they could fix her nails. He said he was not going to talk to me because he wasn't doing my nails. I asked for his name, and I told him I was going to write a yelp review about him. The man in charge of the salon tonight told us to talk to Rachel the owner about our experience with Henry. We will never be back to the salon. The man that was in charge of the salon tonight also told my friend that she still needed to pay for her manicure, after he removed all of the paint from her nails. I tried this place for the second time today and I will not go back! First of all, they're rude when you walk in. Instead of a nice greeting, they say "what are you wanting today" in a rude manner. Second of all, the guy scrapped my nails all up and didn't buff them out and they don't know any English at all so you have to repeat yourself Many times and they try and upsale and get you to spend more money when you tell them exactly what you want to have done. So annoying!! Save yourself some time bc these people don't know English and they don't know what they're doing. So now I have to get my nails fixed and the guy cut my nails done almost to my skin of my nail. Ugh! They suck! Woman at front desk was curt and dismissive. My 14 year old daughter and I came in for SNS manicures. We were seated in separate rows which I understand bc of covid 19. My nail tech was nice and helpful. The woman at the front desk did my daughter's nails. She was not friendly and her services were pretty poor considering SNS costs $40. There was red polish all over my daughter's fingers and the finished look was only ok. We've never been there before. When she finished her nails, she vaguely gestured to the back for my child to wash her hands but didn't bother showing her where. We came in together, maybe she didn't realize we were mother daughter...since she came rushing back to make sure my child paid $43. I guess she wanted to include the tip. I had to turn around in my chair to let her know I would be paying for both. It just wasn't a pleasant experience for the money spent ($90 plus tip). I recognize that's not a huge amount, but we were treating ourselves to a nice day and it just wasn't nice. There are too many nail salons everywhere to not be professional toward everyone. This was the worst place for me to get a simple manicure!! They told me it would be only about a 10 minute wait.....I waited 20 min. Then when they decided to call me finally, they had me to sit at another area for another 10 min. Then this gal that give me the manicure had an attitude, not friendly at all, I had to get her to repeat everything thing she said, and on top of that, when I got home I still had hang-nails the main reason why I went to this stupid place in the beginning!!!! Okay so I have been getting my nails done here for a couple years now and have always had very inconsistent results. Some have done my nails well others not so much. I went today and had a fairly new technician named TREE. HE WAS THE MOST ATTENTIVE SWEET AND SKILLED TECHNICIAN I HAVE EVER HAD DO MY NAILS!!!! Made an appt for 5 pm for three pedicures and three full sets of nails, got there at 5:06 and was told i had to get a mask (understandable however they only had the sign on one door which i did not enter through and on the sign it said you could request one, however we were never offered one) when we got back we were asked what we needed as if we had not been there 5 minutes before and told to pick out a color, we sat for almost 20 minutes with no water in our bowls, nothing. I was not asked if i wanted my toes cut down, she cut them down extremely short. One friend was unable to even get color on her toes because they took so long and we had to pick her daughter up, the other friend was moved to a table to get her nails done, the woman did not listen to her request for one white nail and was given pink sparkly instead and the job was rushed and does not cover her full nail. The staff for the most part was friendly and courteous however the over all experience and outcome of the service was undesirable. read more
