New owners are amazing! I had a chrome pedicure yesterday and I just didn't like the finished product. I couldn't stay and I came back today and Yao redid it no questions asked! She is amazing! She always does my dip manicures and they are flawless! I highly recommend this location. I came here when the previous owners were here and the experience is totally different. I have advice for the owners, I know that you like me love your native language and thats awesome because I speak spanish and love my native tongue also. But if you speak english and you are around those people who keep your business afloat, why not speak in english so that it is comfortable for everyone around you. It is very non professional to be working on someone's nails or toes and be yelling across the room to other employees in a language no one can understand beside you and your employees, in addition, the worst thing in the world for a customer is when you all break out in laughter for whatever reason and the customers sit there feeling like its directed at them, (Even if its not). I went to elite nails to get a service which was a pedicure. The nail shop is clean and the people are somewhat friendly the prices were not discounted but I decided to shop there anyway. I was very disappointed three days later at the polish coming off three of my toenails. What a disaster I wanted my pedicure to look nice for the upcoming surgery that I was having I didn't want to worry about anything and now I have ugly feet I even tipped what a shame I may as well done it myself. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon every 2 weeks for almost a year. The salon is clean and the staff are alright. Never very friendly, but whatever. Yesterday, I got my usual pedicure and no chip manicure. I chose a chrome upgrade for an extra $12. The color was kind of a cross between silver and gold. It was whatever #2 is on their sample nails. She did the base black and after the chrome powder, it came out very silver. After explaining that wasn't the color I chose (she tried to tell me In fact it was). I asked her to bring the samples back over. When she did and I showed her my nail next to the sample it was clearly different. After a half apology she decided to take off all the no chip that had already been done and redo it stating it was supposed to be a white base instead (clearly their mistake). I was like well I am not going to pay the extra $12 for this. To which they still insisted that I pay. Fine. They redid the nails which took an extra 30 minutes. With the white base. Silver. Again.are you kidding me? Then she tried to tell me it was the same color. What a joke? No apologies whatsoever. Horrible customer service. There's a nail salon on every corner. Don't waste your 10 minutes of the worlds fastest manicure. They don't take their time to do a decent job. I was very disappointed by how fast the manicure was. They don't use cuticle oil. And they didn't take the time to make sure my manicure was done well. My nails weren't cut to the same length which is the most basic part of a manicure that should be done. As for the pedicure it was ok. First my nails weren't cut to the same length. The polish was on part of my skin, which caused him to miss part of my nail bed. They didn't use toe separators, they used paper towel, which caused my nails to touch my skin and smudge. Their prices are expensive for the job they did. I definitely won't be coming back. Came for a no-chip mani and spa pedi. A lady did my manicure and she filed the corners and ends of my nails at an angle on some fingers and round on just one side on others. I decided I would just get a regular manicure because I want the polish off some so I can reshape my nails myself. I was so disappointed. The manager at this salon decided she would reply to my comment (read below). She is a liar, unprofessional, money grubbing, and lacks customer service. I did call her on my way in to the salon, FOUR days later not 1 week, mentioned I was on the way and my nails were chipping. Regardless, if it was 2 days, 4 days, or 7 days later, or whether I called or not- she should've taken the time to redo my nails properly but she's not a professional. Yes, I asked her to remove all the polish, it was chipping, all of it. I didn't want her to simply polish over chips and peeled nails. My expectations were too high for this place. Came here over Easter weekend and got a mani pedi with my mom. My Mani was great. They have a lot of colors to pick from. My nail tech did a great job. My pedi was fantastic. Ray did it and he gave a great massage and it was just the regular pedicure. Prices are very reasonable and there's plenty of parking. The nail tech made me fight back tears till I was safely in my car to cry. I am not hard to please & I do not require above and beyond, ass-kissing, customer service- just basic human kindness, please. I've been here before & never had a bad experience. I was planning on making this place my regular location but now maybe not. Anyways, I went in today to get a new set of acrylics at 10am today. I was LITERALLY their first customer of the day. I walk in, am immediately sat with a technician. The appointment starts off fine, she confirms what I want & starts taking off my old acrylics. There was only 3 clients in the place by this time but I noticed that the other girls that didn't have clients keep hovering around her in particular. There was a girl sitting at the station next to us that chimed in during my clarification of services. Having learned from past mistakes I learned to bring in pictures of what I want, so there's little to no confusion on what I want. So I had those ready to go & by the time they asked me what colors I wanted I was ready. I wanted diagonal French tips with only daisies on 2 fingers (again showed pictures) I asked if this was ok & if she can do it, she says yes. She starts putting on the tips & powder, one tech sat there till she was about 3 nails in & they were talking in their primary language...but I could kind of tell that the girl sitting down was coaching my tech based off her body language, gesturing, and tone of voice. This is the first time I have had this tech or seen her, so I do not know if she's inexperienced, new to this place, or if this coaching was unwarranted but either way I could tell my tech was getting frustrated & annoyed by it. I ignore it because I have no idea what's being said & I trust the process. Finally the "coach" gets up & leaves & I can see my tech visibly relax. She does a fantastic job on the length, shape, & thickness of my nails but it took her over an hour (normally a fresh set takes 45 minutes-ish up to the polish portion). I didn't mind, I wasn't in a rush but I could tell she was & she was growing irritated. I want to include there is/was nothing difficult about my natural nails or what I got (medium length, coffin shaped, acrylics). Now, she started with the daisy nails which were a struggle for her, she had to redo them about 3 or 4 times & I started feeling badly for her because we've all been there right? So she gets through those & starts on the French tips. I said I wanted the diagonal French because this is the first time I am getting French tips in a minute & wasn't sure I would like it. Sure enough as she's doing THE FIRST COAT (not second coat or top coat) I realize the diagonal French looked better in the picture because the nails were twice as long as mine & I ask her if she can instead do a v-cut French. Which just means she needs to do the same motion she already did on my nails but on the other side- literally not a big deal. She does this large exhale & slams her arm down that's holding the polish and says "yea, fine". This kind of surprised me because it's not like I decided to change colors completely or do full nail color, so I feel embarrassed for having upset her. Then she starts talking to the girl at the station next to her in X language, in a venting tone of voice & the girl responds in a soothing "just relax" tone. So again I feel extremely embarrassed like I've ruined the whole project & her whole day & it's only 11:30am. This is when I can feel my eyes start to sting & I start to fight back tears. I really wanted to walk out at this point but she's almost done so I decide to just suck it up. At one point she looked at me & did a double take, so I think she can tell I was trying not to cry. But she continues on & gets through another nail or two before another tech comes over & says something , where again my tech starts speaking in a loud, venting tone, gesturing at my hand with her free one & lifting my hand like she wanted to throw it at me. Now I am REALLY embarrassed & biting my lip trying not to cry because all the other techs can hear, I don't know what's being said so I can't defend myself, if I even needed to & I just want to disappear. This tech replies in a similar fashion as the other girl, shrugs it off & walks away. My tech starts to put the polish away & I notice she forgot a portion, so to my dismay I have to tell her this. She sighs again adds the extra design & it looks like a toddler did it but I do not care because I just want to leave ASAP. When she's done, I pretend to have to wash my hands so I can release a few tears, wipe them away, pay, TIP (because I am not a dick) & hightail it to my car where I can cry freely. Can't decide if I will never go back or if I will just avoid this tech like the plague. I can't confirm I was being spoke badly on or if the tech was talking about something different but either way, every time I look at my nails I think about how terrible I felt/was treated read more

Recently went there. Had a girl named Yuli. I will never let her do my mani or pedi again. My pedicure was uneven and she did a sloppy job. She barely massaged my legs and feet.. (they use a timer, but she turned it off before it could go off) The girl next to me started her pedicure before me and Yuli finished way before she was done. Hmmm. After she finished my pedi, she sat me at the manicure table. Waited there for a few minutes. When she finally came back, she looked liked she was in the back eating as she was still chewing her food. Finally she started my manicure.. I really liked this place when it first opened. Was clean, they offered extra services such as foot scrubs and extra foot massages of course at extra price but not too bad. Anyhow they have been so super busy that they rush you in and out after you wait their long. They do not put any salts or softener in pedicure spa and last time I went the water was cold and I had to repeatedly tell them to put warm water. They don't use regular toe separators when they paint your toe nails instead they use paper towels and it does not stay put. Yes you end up messing up a nail. One more thing if you accidentally mess up a nail. They do not remove the polish to redue it. Instead they throw more polish so you end up with extra thick polish. read more

I went here yesterday for the first time to get my nails done and since it was a Monday there were only 3 clients. So when I walked in right away they attended me. I got my nails done with the technician named sissy. She was nice and polite. I asked how much it would be to get acrylic nails with gel top coat and they said $40 but with a regular one it costs $20 which is not at all bad. But I was surprise by the price of $40 for acrylics and gel top coat. I just decided to get the acrylics with regular polish and the polish looks really pretty and one of the things I'm content with. For the shape she just asked if I wanted square and I said yes. I noticed on the table next to me they had a print out of the different shapes saying they charged $3 extra but they don't have it everywhere so look out for that. Overall my nails aren't the best because my right hands nails are longer than my left hand nails. And the polish is alright as well as the shape. read more
