Excuse me you messed up my car and can't even offer to drop it off 2 miles away pure ignorance. I barely drive this car so I went picked it up on a Monday and what do I notice ANOTHER DENT ON MY OTHER SIDE DOOR!!!!! Doug continued to deny it until I finally lost my cool because I felt soooo taken advantage of. Flash forward to a few months later I finally had to take my car on the highway to only notice the huge BREEZE THAT COMES STRAIGHT IN THE DOOR THEY DIDN'T SEAL!!! ITS NOW FREEZING!! Oh and I have a nice BMW that didn't have a single problem. Truly disappointed even the workers knew it was wrong. Oh and the price was ridiculous but I looked at all the good reviews and thought ok it will be ok then to find all the bad reviews coming in the past few months, truly a rip off. Here is the service you can expect with their guarantee. My new car was involved in a low speed accident in a parking lot that damaged the frame, a tire, and some side panels. All cosmetic damage has been successfully repaired. However the car idles very rough to the point of vibrations in the dashboard. Carstar was unable to diagnose the issue so I took it to Subaru. Subaru reports back that the transmission mount is bent and as is part of the frame. I bring it back to Carstar to have it fixed but Carstar still won't fix the issue since it passes their tests. Do not trust carstar west hill auto body with your vehicle.

They estimated quickly and fairly, they responded to all inquiries from myself and the insurance company the same day. They also worked directly with insurance to repair and not total my older car (old but low in miles and financially important to me to not have to replace it).
