Great service start to finish. Our insurance company recommended this business for a quote on body damage from a car accident. The receptionist is super friendly, efficient, and helpful. She was juggling a few tasks while staying positive and helping every customer as soon as they walked in. I showed up for a 1:15 appointment and that was started exactly on time, and completed quickly and thoroughly, by Phil, the awesome Assistant General Manager. Angel also helped- nice guy, too!! Really friendly staff. The waiting area is clean, air conditioned, smells great, and offers free coffee. There is a children's play area, too!! I brought my car to be fixed after it was in an accident. They kept the car longer than they told me they would. When I got the car back it was making a loud noise. I brought it back and they kept it another few days because it needed another repair. Once the car was returned to me a second time I noticed a rubber piece hanging off the inside of the door so I had to bring it back to them yet again for another repair. Extremely unreliable!! My Land Rover was there 10 days longer than they estimated. They forgot to put my trim back on. Got my truck back it was leaking antifreeze (which it wasn't before the accident) from the water pump RIGHT NEXT to where my truck was hit in an accident. Took the truck back to them and was told by them to my face that it was likely a result of the pump being jarred from the accident and told me to call my insurance company. When my insurance called them back for the repair they said the leak was not a result of the accident and refused to repair it under my claim. read more

In September 2022, the passenger side of my vehicle was hit and I brought it in to the Forest Park Caliber location for repair as that was where GEICO had directed me for repairs in the past. Both passenger side doors needed replacing along with other work. When I was advised my car was ready and went to pick it up, I was told that the side view mirror cover hadn't come in and that they would call me when it was there and that it wouldn't take long to install. I waited without any word from Caliber. Finally, a couple months had gone by and I went in to inquire. They weren't able to find the part even though it had supposedly come in. I was told they would order another and let me know when it was in. A couple months went by with no call. I stopped in to the location again and they couldn't find it. Again I was told they would order it and let me know. I have now contacted them in person no less than THREE times for a simple mirror cover and it has not been resolved in over a year and a half. I know it's only cosmetic, but it's on the repair order and the repair should be completed as promised. I've had good experiences in the past with this location, but this is unacceptable and unprofessional not to complete the work. I would no longer recommend Caliber Collision to anyone for any repair or body work. Extremely poor service. read more

When I dropped off my car, they were ready and took care of me right away. The car was ready when they said it would be ready. The place was clean, only one other customer was there. There is plenty of room for social distancing. I wasn't there long anyway. In and out. When my car was ready, they delivered it to me, so I didn't have to make a trip back in. My Acura has been having a tough time in the icy alleyways and this morning on my way to work I realized that my skid plate was dragging under my car as I got on the highway (most likely due to my latest ice episode on Friday). I immediately got off the highway and switched cars with my boyfriend to prevent further damage. My boyfriend took my car immediately to the Caliber Collision near our apartment in Forest Park and was immediately serviced by fast and efficient workers who bolted up my skid plate (removing the plastic clips) - AND THEY DID IT FOR FREE! There was a part defect that happened with my car less than a year after Caliber Collision fixed it from an accident I had. They were so responsive and had me bring it in and ordered the new part as soon as possible. We knew it might take awhile due to parts being delayed, and when it came they let me in right away to repair it. I received an estimate from Caliber and called to set up a time to bring the car in. When I went in to drop off the car, I asked for a timeline. They said they'd have to order the parts and they didn't know how long that would take. I told them I wouldn't be leaving my car with them until they had the parts and were ready to fix it. The car needed a new bumper, there was no other damage to the car. Once the parts came in, I made another appointment. I dropped off the car and they said it would take a week maybe less. That seems like a long time to swap out a bumper, but whatever. It's been a week so I called them. Had to call 12 times before someone answered. They said it's getting ready for paint and might be done in a couple more days. They've done NOTHING on my car yet, it's been sitting on their lot for a week while I am playing for a rental. Why have me leave my car if you know you won't get to it until next week? read more

It was my first time being in a collision and Phil was able to walk me through the entire process of getting my car back to how it was before. Stopped to get an estimate for some body work. The guy I spoke to was great, wrote up an estimate and said they could actually get the part the next day. He told me he would call to confirm they had the part and I should be able to drop my car off tomorrow afternoon. I was really pleased! Mid-afternoon the next day I still hadn't gotten a call, so I called them. Had to call 4x before someone picked up and then was told the person in scheduling would call me right back. 45min later, still no call. Called again and was put on hold. Waited 10min before giving up and just calling again. Had to call 2x before someone picked up, was told I would be transferred, but was hung up on. Called again and was hung up on again in an attempted transfer. STILL decided to try one more time and no one answered. I don't understand, but I guess they don't need my business. So now I'm getting the work done elsewhere. read more
