Because of very limited access to the crawl space, we decided to replace the entire hot water lines. JD showed up on time to give a quote. He was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately have to write a negative review for 707. They highly recommended one of their contractors, Joseph at JT Plumbing, for a combi-boiler replacement. Joseph started the replacement of a Navien combi-boiler for us and never finished the project. He received 75% payment and we haven't heard from him in months. The project started off well so we engaged him to install a water softener after the combi-boiler, paid upfront, and never started the project. We now have to pursue legal remedies to get our money back and pay overages to another vendor to fix his incomplete work. When calling 707 twice and speaking with them to see if they could ask Joseph what's going on or send someone else out, they apologized and assured their operations manager would get back to me ASAP. Haven't heard back from them. read more

Just had a great plumbing experience with 707. We had another major plumbing company bid a complete drain/waste/vent repipe under our Guerneville home -- and the number was huge. 707 bid close to 1/2 for the same job and had a detailed conversation with us about what they did -- and didn't -- think we needed to have done. This job was several thousand dollars and took about 2 1/2 days. The team -- Anthony and Alex -- were great professionals. They kept us well informed, they were courteous, they cleaned up and reconnected everything at the end of each day so we could have our home back, and they were considerate, pleasant people to have in (and under) our home this week. I can see why they have been voted Sonoma County's best plumbers for so many years. In order for my new refrigerator to be installed, I needed plumbing work done. I had been without a refrigerator/freezer for 15 days and was desperate to get the plumbing done. The 707 receptionist was so understanding and kind. She arranged for a plumber to come out immediately. George arrived and was delightful. He found that the water box had to be replaced. It had to be ordered. I called early on a Friday morning because all my drains, which had been backing up regularly this year, became fully backed up and I could only fix it a little. I am in a mobile home on a septic tank. They scheduled me their earliest appt (Monday am) but put me on a list to call if someone canceled or a job finished early. I got a call at noon and at 1 a van was at my house. Travis and Alex were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. This morning we had a backed up garbage disposal, so I did what most people do nowadays when they try what they know and need more help. YouTube. Watched a few clips. Did what they advised. And still no luck. Even though I was able to clear the clog, during the process the disposal dropped right out of the sink and I ended up in a swamp of sink waste water. As one of my family members said, "that must have been a sound that could wake the dead." It was. At that point I knew I was out of my depth. "Okay, Dad, what now?" I said looking toward the heavens.
