If I could give this place zero stars I would. From taking me back late after my appointment time, to spending very little time with me, overcharging me and not responding to mailed requests for explanations about my charges...this is one place to avoid at all costs! Upon my departure I was told I needed to pay my bill at the front desk, which I did. A week later, I received another bill telling me I owed more money. The office manager was extremely rude and told me I could write a letter and dispute the charges with the "doctor" which I did. Never heard back. Real classy. Also, the "doctor", Gregory Loo, diagnosed my issue within about 30 seconds or so he thought. Nope. What a quack. Very disappointed in this practice, their office procedures, their lack of communication and the high costs for nothing. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and DO NOT go here!!! read more

I went to another podiatrist in the immediate area. They billed me for dozens and dozens of visits, injections, therapeutic treatment, and two surgeries just to throw their hands up in the air after a year and said they couldn't resolve my issue. In truth, the pain was actually worse than when I first came in! I decided to get a second opinion before proceeding with any more appointments and went to Elite Podiatry. In the first five minutes of my visit, after looking at the x-rays, they were able to identify the underlining problem and resolve it. (afterwards) When I asked if I needed to make a follow up appointment, they asked me if I still had any pain, when I told them no then they said then no. At the other podiatrist office they would've scheduled five follow up appointments for billing purposes. Save yourself a headache and a lot of pain and go to elite podiatry first! read more

I was happy with my first appointment here because I thought the dr had figured out what wrong with my foot. He did not. He was going to send me for an MRI. I went to a foot and ankle dr that came highly recommended to me and he did an in office ultrasound and figured out what was wrong right away. I since have no recommended anyone here and have recommended to the place that figured out what was actually wrong with my foot. read more

Appointment with Dr. Loo today. I arrived 1/2 hour early but got in 10 minutes later. Elite Podiatry has a very clean office, an efficient staff and convenient hours. The onboard process was relatively quick and painless. Dr. Loo is very good with patients. He listened to my story with interest, had a great sense of humor and appeared to enjoy his job. He diagnosed my foot issues with confidence and accuracy and offered alternatives, which was refreshing. I recommend Dr. Loo to anyone with foot issues. read more

I was hesitant to go to a foot doctor due to the pandemic but let's be honest pedicures have been rare the past year. Dr McGhan and the staff at Elite were amazing! I had the worst pain from ingrown toenails and I wasn't sure what to expect but he took care of it same day and it was a huge relief! Not to mention he is personable and really easy to get along with, I would trust any of my family members to see Dr McGhan! The only thing I regret is not going sooner! read more

Loved Dr. Loo. Went in with a long term nagging ankle / calf pain. I was visiting from out of town and only in AZ for two more days. He scheduled me a quick MRI and had the results the next day. 50% achilles tendon tear. I saw him the next day and got a stem cell injection and he placed me in a walking boot for the next two weeks and then a follow up in 2 months when I return to AZ. I am a full time RV'er and out of AZ in the summer. I think I was lucky to have all of the pieces of the puzzle to fall in to place, but He and his office staff were super friendly and did all they could to help me out. Had a great experience with Dr. G. The office got me in very quickly as I was in alot of pain. Their MA was doing office work for whatever reason but she had a smile on her face and very pleasant and helpful the whole time. Dr. G was very thorough and spent alot of time with me without giving me a rushed feeling. He was really listening to what I had to say and provided various options. They got me in when I really needed help & on the same day & without any waiting either & the medical treatment I needed was also done on the same day without any issues. Dr Loo & his staff are all very friendly & helpful. The atmosphere is very casual yet still professional. It's rare that you find that in a medical office. The office is very clean too. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE HERE. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. I came in expecting pain considering, I was just at another doctor getting "a toenail removed" (I was supposed to get both removed and the doctor there was incompetent and arrogant). The last time I had my toenails removed was at Primacare, and it was extremely painful, and I expected this to no better, but some how, through your magic of doctor talent, you made it painless. I visited Dr. Doyle and me and my father enjoyed our visit immensely. You guys have no idea what it mean to me to have a painless procedure. At I wanted to cry tears of joy that it doesn't hurt. I recommend going here and Dr. Doyle is there every Friday. Also Dr. Doyle is very comedic and I enjoy that when I'm at the doctor because it is usually stressful and having one that helps lighten the mood makes for a very good experience. Thank you so much for being the best experience I've had at a doctor's office. (Bonus: there was very little wait time to get the procedure done). read more
