My Review Deals with Softball Bat Product and The People Who Operate It . Saw Reviews on You Tube of how good these Bat Preformed . Bought one to try , broken in Quick and Performed , ( once a bat hits good I limit them to Game only use ) Bought Several more Because I like the Performance . Next BATS aren't the same , Won't break in or Perform . Send two bats back , got lip service about them said they just needed more swing . Ask for a return Tracking Number , YET TO RECIEVE ONE YET . They have had my Bats for over two weeks ? Funny how the first Bat Broken in in a 100 swings or so but the second Batch, which I Had between 200 to 250 swing and won't performed , breaking , yet they say need more swing . The Good bat broke with 160 to 170 swing ( at Most ) , another one like the ones I send back I still had ( that they said just needed more swings ) broke with over just 300 swing and Never Performed , Piece of Junk ! They told Me I was the Only one Complaining ,HUGE LIE !! I checked around on Line , Just ask what people thought and did they have any Problems Response , was Quite allot of People that said the same , but not in very Nice way LOL , ( Pissed off you might said ) Carlos ( Elite Rep ) said they added another Coat of Paint and that was the only difference ??? I guess it was some Special Titanium Paint . I wanted to make sure this Awesome elite store got a review .One day I was searching for a place to make some jersey for a Autism walk that I was going to walk in for a family member .I had a friend talk about this Elite store and he would always buy items from there all the time .So one day I called them not really knowing what there all about I took a chance and called them and ask if they could make some jersey for the end of the month .I would have missed the dead line if I waited and called at the end of the week .But when I called and explained what they were for they made a rush and made sure they were ready to go by the end of the month . I told them what I wanted and they made the jersey style and when I first saw them I was blown away. Such poor customer service. I went in and picked a baseball jersey to have custom made. After sending Ryan an email, it took him 2 weeks to respond for a quote, only after I called in for status. After receiving the quote, I responded with the employee names/numbers to receive a mock up, which I never received. I called again and they informed me that I need to put a $100 deposit for them to get started on the mock up. Their follow up is non-existent and they wasted a month of my time. read more

Bought a pair of their turfs about a year ago. I always buy extra turfs and put them away in case the ones I'm currently wearing fall apart or jusy get worn out. So I finally got around to wearing these and the shoe loop ripped playing a tournament over a weekend. I called Elite and explained the situation and at first it sounded like they were going to replace them for me. I was honest with my story and told them that I had them for a while but never wore them until recently. I even told them I had a receipt. That's when they were like well you've had them for a while. Which I did but if you look at the pictures of the turfs, you can clearly see that they are barely worn and the cleats are still long and not worn out. So I sent them the pictures of the turfs and their reply was that they wouldn't replace them but would sell me another pair at a discounted price. I told them no thanks and that I'll just stick to Boombahs or another shoe company. I wouldn't recommend to anyone on buying turfs from Elite, of the company can't stand behind their product then I won't be buying shoes from them in the future. I'd rather give my money to someone else. On another note, I called Ogio bag company and told them that a button had broken off my rain cover on my golf bag. Told them I have had the bag for over a year. No other questions asked, they are sending me a replacement cover free of charge. That's great customer service! Maybe Elite can learn something from Ogio. I know you guys do a lot of business with your uniforms. I'm thinking about telling my teams that I play with to stop using Elite and go with a different company. read more

The team inadvertently ordered the wrong size in women's jerseys (they were a bit snug) and I asked if they would work with us to re-order a larger size. Now it's going on 4 weeks since they have been officially ordered and nothing. This business has poor communication skills & poor business practice.
