Unbelievable service!! Contacted Chris on Tuesday for an evaluation and he came at 730 am the next morning. Chris and his team adjusted and replaced 24 heads and rotors to make sure that the lawn will be perfect. He also capped a couple of lines that I wanted so I can do some future landscaping. Finally found someone in Katy for sprinkler services! We had issues with our sprinklers over the last few months and hadn't gotten to getting them serviced for a while. Finally I figured we'd waited long enough and decided to see if I could find someone to check out the problem. Chris was so knowledgeable, kind, and very honest. One of the other companies told me I needed to replace some stuff and add a new station, but Chris found a much easier and less expensive solution to accommodate my needs. It's hard to find honest people these days so it was so refreshing to meet Chris. Can't say enough about the quality of professionalism Chris brought to my yard. For starters, MY ENTIRE backyard had every single rotor/pop-up broken due to my loving puppy finding a interest in ripping them up. By the time I called Chris to help, they were ALL gone. In addition to the backyard, the front yard had several sprinkler heads along the driveway/sidewalk broken from wheels and foot traffic. These problems were compounded by the fact that my sprinkler system was pushing ~15 years old. Chris showed up EARLY(our appointment was at 8am) and immediately began to put my worries to ease about getting everything fixed. He assured me that my backyard would be fixed by the time I returned home... and IT WAS. Every pop-up and rotor had been replaced and realigned with my yard. Not even knowing about the front yard problems when he first arrived, he STILL had all the parts on his truck, ready to tackle those problems too. HE REPAIRED BOTH, the front AND back yards, for the same price 3 other companies quoted me for JUST the backyard issues!!! Here's the kicker: A few weeks after Chris repaired my system, construction crews working on my patio, CUT the electrical lines to ALL MY FRONT YARD ZONES, except for one. Immediately I was concerned about getting these back online. The construction crew told me they would take care of it, but said it would take 2 weeks to find someone who could locate the cut wires underground. NO THANKS....... I called Chris. I explained the problem to him, and he assured me he could fix it in no time. Sure enough, Chris showed up early, AGAIN, and got to work. He located one cut wire under my NEWLY laid concrete sidewalk, and another that was cut near a drainage pipe in my front yard. He dug up the cut lines, and reran them to all the valve stations, IN UNDER 3 HOURS!!! ZERO noticeable defects in my grass(front yard, so this was a concern). My construction crew paid Chris for the electrical problem, and he was done the day I called him. NOT the 2 weeks time they originally needed to get it done. I can't say enough about his professionalism, quality, and timing. He will get all my future irrigation business, as well as any referrals that come my way! THANKS AGAIN CHRIS!! read more

I called Chris for a sprinkler install. He did an AMAZING job. I had neighbors coming up to the house after the install looking to see where he buried the zones. The whole street was amazed how the yard looked when he was done. You had to really look to notice the work done, and that was the same day!
