We ordered an oven, stove and hood and the hood never arrived. That's not a big deal but after more than six months, this company is harassing us to pay for an item that we have never received. I have been in the store and spoken to Bob Ciccolini, the owner, and spoken to them on the phone and they still cannot get our issue resolved. Bottom line: These people do not have their stuff together so don't bother!! You are much better off going to a larger company and getting the service you deserve and not dealing with the hassle of using a mom and pop shop.
