Despite arriving so early, I wasn't seen until 2:40 p.m. What upset me the most was Carolina's attitude. When I asked her a question, she abruptly shut the door in my face in a way that felt rude and disrespectful. Afterward, I could hear her and a coworker laughing together in the back, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked the coworker for Carolina's name, she ignored me several times, and I had to ask four times before getting an answer. They continued giggling, making me feel like they were joking about the situation instead of treating me professionally. I understand that delays can happen, but there is no excuse for disrespectful customer service. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, especially when they are already waiting for medical services.
