He troubleshooted them even to the point of changing the 14 lightbulbs of our six outdoor lights. When troubleshooting was exhausted, he called the manufacturer and said both logic boards were bad. What are the odds of that? He talked them into sending us, new boards. Sure enough, once replaced the boards the doors opened will our remotes. The thing that impressed me was his never give up attitude. He was not happy until the job was done to his and my satisfaction. Then today, our door would not shut. You know the blinking lights like something is in the way of the door? Jesse's partner Barron came, and he has the same thorough attitude as Jesse. He checked the wiring, the angles, and tightened them when perfectly aligned. I had him tune up the door while he was here, and he found that I didn't have a key to one of my garages; nice catch, long lost over the 20+ years in the house. He replaced that. Of course, the normal, balancing of the doors/springs and lubing them up. You cannot do wrong with Level Up Garage Door Inc. They have my highest recommendation.

He took the time to explain how everything worked, and I really appreciated how patient he was in helping me set up the app on my phone. He also noticed that I didn't have access to the single car garage and recommended an emergency vault lock which he installed for me. My experience started 4 1/2 years ago with this company for a repair & tune up.My house was built…read morein 1986.Garage door making noises & panels were separating from each other. At the time the Tech came out he explained it had lived its life cycle & was time to replace it. He repaired it with 2 additional braces that were in excess of 20 feet long for less than$300. Explained the repair was good for 18 months. Four years later all still good but the outside trim was worn, the bottom gasket to keep out pests was worn. Found a 4ft bull snake after a rain storm in the garage because of the worn gasket. A tech came out , explained the options etc. Used an IPAD, the door I wanted too expensive.But replaced everything new with an insulated door for 1/2 of the price of what I wanted. Set me up with a financial plan for $39 per month. The new door is super quiet.Looks nice too! The door manufacturer is Clopay, so they make commercial & residential units.They made the process pretty easy, no big application to fill out .. 3 weeks the door arrived from the factory. Garage doors are made custom to each customer's specific needs. If you "want fast food" like changed in one day you will not be happy. Good Quality, Great Service, Great Follow up. Frank my install tech was amazing! This company has been in business a long time,no challenges with the BBB. They survived covid , and have a good google rating. So they do installs for HomeDepot so they are busy & experienced. I would use them again. So bottom line the purchase was$3300.00. . The bougie door I wanted was $6k.. So now you know.

By 10:30 AM, I texted to see if he was still coming--no response. At 12:00 PM, I called and it went straight to voicemail. Thinking maybe it was a phone issue, I called from another number and the phone rang immediately and he answered. As soon as I asked whether he was still planning to come by my condo as promised, he hung up on me. This is some of the worst customer service I've experienced. My job was likely a smaller repair, and it sure feels like once he realized it wasn't a big payday, he chose to block me and blow me off instead of just being honest or canceling. If you value basic communication and professionalism, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
