She is the ONLY person I see to get waxed, and she will get me in and out for a Brazilian within 15-20 minutes. COME! Just COME!! Not only is Wendy a very experienced wax professional, but she has also given me the best customer service I have ever received: like in any beauty industry! I moved back to the area from Oakland recently and having not had time to drive back to my regular girl in Oakland and being incredibly picky about who I go to, I hadn't had a wax in over 3 months. First time coming here around a month ago because my usual esthetician's were not available. I came for an underarm wax and it was my first time, nice little studio and cozy. My only annoyance was when I was asked to come in earlier then the time I scheduled my appointment, it was no problem I figured I'd be out of there sooner and I got there on time but still ended up waiting to go in. I could have just kept my original scheduled appointment haha. Also asked me a few times if I didn't want to get another service like a Brazilian and I said no those times but it felt a bit pushy even though she said "I'm not trying to push you". The service went quick, no irritation but my hairs did grow up within a few days and there were some sparse hairs left behind. This location is 20 min. away which isn't a big deal but for the reasons listed above I probably wouldn't it give another try and now just book ahead of time with my regular estheticians. read more
