I was disappointed, but the owner, Victoria, called me within minutes and immediately made it right by offering to come in herself and do my eyebrows. I'm so glad she did! Five stars is not enough - I would give more if I could. Vic is the best there is!! I've been going to her for a few years for lash extensions and the quality has been consistent. She really takes her time and only uses the best products. My lashes usually last over 2 weeks. Her space is warm and inviting. She keeps her bed heated and the music is so relaxing. Everything is clean and I really feel like health and safety is her priority. Vic is so caring and trustworthy. She really only wants what's best for her clients. She's also super knowledgeable and will give you the best suggestions on retention, cleaning lashes, etc. She's also really responsive and great with communication. She will do her best to accommodate her clients and their requests. There have been a few times where I needed a removal and she was able to squeeze me in to her busy schedule. read more

Vic is my GO TO LASH GIRL!!! I've been going to her for my lashes for about 2 1/2 years now, and she literally brings me back to life everytime! Her location is located in the Sola Salons at Serramonte Mall right in between the Dave n Busters and Daiso! So it's not in the mall, it's right out side of it! When it comes to parking, there are plenty of spots at the mall, but I feel like it's always a pain to find parking in that area, so make sure to leave a little earlier to give enough time for parking! Vic is the sweetest, has such a cool vibe, and gives 110% on anyone she works on. She is very articulate, and will correct anything she/you feel does not look right. I am SO PICKY when it comes to any type of work on my face or hair etc. but the moment I met Vic, we instantly clicked, and after my first full set with her, I knew I found my new girl! She is all about her cleanliness which I love and totally appreciate, especially during the times we're in. I normally reschedule my fills every 2- 2 1/2 weeks. I love that you could schedule/reschedule your appointments easy through her app. AND she just added facial services!!! I just got to experience her facials, and you guys...MOST RELAXING EXPERIENCE EVER! I don't have a picture, but my skin literally felt so hydrated and was GLOWING!! Love Love Love!
