So after a quick search I found Lupe's Cleaning Service on Yelp and got a quote, and scheduled time for the weekend. Right on time Araceli arrived and we got straight to work. I had some things that needed putting away that was NOT a celaning service's responisibility, and while I did that Araceli dusted and wiped down everything, vaccummed, mopped and "striaghtened up". It was a BIG help as my bad back would have forced me to spend at least 5-6 hours on just cleaning, let alone the orgainizing that I needed to do. Araceli was friendly and very professional. I would deffinently recommend giving them a try. I find that most people that get upset usually were not as clear with what they want. Just have a conversation and walk them around. My experience was a 1 time thing I needed help with but I'm sure the recurring service is just as good. Worth the money. I won't give a price, since that is very subjective to how many people are working and the level of cleaning that needs to be done. just ask for a quote, send a picture if possible for a better idea of what must be cleaned.

The day of the job, 2 very nice ladies showed up with all of their own cleaning products and vacuum. They took 5 hours at $75 an hour and I tipped them $25 each. They did a really nice job cleaning the vertical blinds in each of the 3 rooms and the dining area where the large window with sliding doors also has blinds. The rest of the house where I can tell they cleaned, they did a decent job, however I immediately noticed that: they did not properly clean inside the shower of one of the bathrooms because there were some cobwebs in the corner; they did not dust the walls since I could see some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms and near the vent of the dining area; the chandelier in the dining area was still dusty; the top of the bathroom cabinets were dusty; the washer and dryer are in a closet where the sliding doors are removed, the bottom tracks were dusty and clearly not vacuumed. I just feel that working in an empty home for 5 hours should not result in so many details missed. For the price they charged and the time they took, I was very disappointed. While I appreciate the punctuality of the ladies, their kindness and the quality of cleaning they provided on what I could tell was cleaned, I do not think I can work with this company again, nor would I recommend them.

He was very courteous and told me how the payment method would work (they send an invoice with Quickbook). I then set an appointment for 3PM cause their morning services were all booked! At around 6-7, I received a call from Andres for confirmation of appointment and a run down of what type of floors I have, the number of rooms, etc. This was so he could be prepared with the cleaning supplies he needed. The call itself had already won me over since I would be comforted to know him and his team is well prepared. They arrived at 3PM, very courteous team of 3 (Andres included and two super sweet woman). They started with upstairs and worked all the way to downstairs. Along the way, Andres would show me what he has done so far so that I could be updated. A real honest guy who is doing everything he can for his business and I truly respect that. There is a lot of heavy furniture at my place but they made the effort to move them and truly clean out the bottom instead of doing the minimal. They were done by 7 and when I stepped into the house, it smelled great! I have allergies and my nose is definitely appreciating the dust-free environment. The bathrooms were spotless and the tub and sink was bright white. The floors were dusted, mopped, and vacuumed with their professional vacuum cleaner. All the rugs were vacuumed over several times. My dogs sometimes potty on them and miraculously the stench seems to be gone! The sliding doors and windows were as clean as they could be. Thank you for doing such an amazing job especially since it is Saturday and I know you all have families to get back to.
