I have no idea if it's with my hygienist or with some other person and they say their office opens at 8 o'clock. I have been calling nonstop since 8 o'clock leaving messages and still have not had any response from them. The writing is on the wall with all the available providers within my dental insurance. Parking is street-only, so it might not be the easiest right in front--but there was plenty available just across the street. We didn't mind the short walk at all--it was actually kind of nice. My mom was checked in quickly, and they diagnosed her dental issues right away. Everything went smoothly, and so far, I've had no problems with the office or the staff. Most importantly, my mom was happy with the care she received--and that says a lot. This is now her regular dentist, and I feel confident knowing she's in good hands.
