I followed up right away via email, sent photos, and tried to communicate. The salon owner, Rachelle, responded a couple of times, I responded back with times that worked for me to come in for her to fix it, and then she just stopped responding completely. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. The lack of urgency, accountability, or a clear solution made a frustrating experience worse.
