Please save your time and go elsewhere! Dropped off my ring to get my prongs tightened. Picked it up and they swapped my ring with another ring and told me that was the right ring. The prongs were a different color and different setting, and when I stated that I was told it was because of polishing. Then I told them the size was wrong and was told it's because my fingers swell. I told them to bring me a ring sizer only to find out this mysterious ring was an 8!! My ring was a 7.25 that I got resized a week ago!! Instead of going straight to the back to see if the rings were mixed up I kept getting excuses and trying to tell me I'm wrong. He ended up going to the back after minutes of back and forth to get my original ring and said there was a mix up. 2 stars instead of 1 because my ring was tightened and looked great. He also apologized but what in the actual world, I literally had my engagement ring for a month and this is the stuff I have to deal with. read more

I had gotten some recommendations from multiple people to go here. I took their recommendations and went there to get my ring resized. The service wAs excellent until I went to pick up my ring aNd noticed that the tarnish that was on my ring had disappeared. I informed the lady that it wasn't my ring, she insisted it was. The jeweler took it upon himself to polish my ring, which would have been much appreciated but he carelessly took the varnish off my ring when it was designed to be that way. I think they should have contacted me before they did anything else to my ring other than resize it. They were able to get it close to what it was before but not fullY back to original state. read more

I read the reviews and when they say this place is quick with getting your rings back to you they mean it! Went in to get my ring resized & they told me it would just be a couple days! Dropped it off Friday night and they text me Monday that it was ready. I've had horrible experiences at other places taking forever but this was fast. Terrible customer service!!! In adequate record keeping and transaction history!! A hostile employee to customer interaction!! We went in to get a ring size and when we went back to pick it up the next day, one of the employees said we did not pay for the ring however we got a receipt confirmation that the payment was made the day before when we first brought in the ring and the funds were deducted out of our bank account. They proceeded to pull film to show us what we did as if we did not pay. You can clearly see in The surveillance camera that we provided him with our ID and our debit card. However, the employee still insisted that we did not pay. So we were trying to get confirmation over the phone with them as well on what their policy is when it comes to paying for the service. The male employee said that we were being high rate and just to take the ring and leave and they're basically refusing service to us and don't comeback. So we took it upon ourselves to contact their other location on Rosedale, and got the confirmation that we were needing on how the payment process works. The Ming location have now removed us from their customer listing. Would I recommend this business absolutely not after today. If you wanna decent service to get your ring Sized or fixed take the drive to their other location on Rosedale don't waist your time here. Or better yet the Mercado Latino!! read more

I took a ring just to resize it and they ruined it. It got polished/buffed/sanded... All the delicate carving on the gold is GONE. When I returned to show them, I was yelled at by the tall guy in the staff! One of the helpers said he did the job himself. I went to see the back of the place (per their invitation/suggestion) and I saw the wrong type of bar to clean gold, (I know the green bar is used to remove dings from STEEL! The guy said he used it! They told me to go next day and talk to the owner because they would not do anything for me. I went back next day and the owner yelled at me too! in front of his costumers! When I asked why he was yelling at me for something they ruined, he said "Because I'm Italian" ...huh??? The ring is ruined, they said it was "old and worn out" already. HE started to ask the people present to check the difference in the photo I brought along (showing the ruined ring next to an identical not-ruined ring), and he just said I had no idea what I was talking about, he said the carvings and details were just dirt on the other ring; he even told my friend to shut up when she mentioned that you do not polish satin gold.... and he just would give the money back, even when I told him this was NOT about money, it was about a BAD botched job. At the end he said he could try to engrave the lines back (the lines that he insisted were just dirt...?) I simply cannot believe this horrible experience. Horrible way of treating people! BAD KARMA TO THEM. I wish I could give minus 5 stars. I have never given a negative review in my life, but this was just too much. read more
