Stopped here before a vacation surf lesson, and it was the right choice! The staff was working crazy hard since it was busy around 8:45am (Sunday) when we showed up. It's a lively cute cafe with seating inside and out back. I got a Rose/Raspberry Black Tea (think it was a London Fog but it was on the Specials menu so I don't recall), and it was delicious! We actually had coffee here twice it was so good. I had chai and my husband had coffee. We came for pastries, thinking they would have a a spread- nope. They are mainly a coffee place. The first time we lucked out and they had amazing blueberry muffins. The second time we didn't press our luck. We had crepes- and went and got coffee and chai here. Coffee shops closed early on this Sunday but not Elk Creeks! It's cute and small which I loveee! The menu was hand written and they had a small side paper with their specialty drinks which I chose from. The coffee itself was yummy. I got the honey lavender iced latte, I don't think they add much sweetener in it. They have milk alternatives which is nice. The outdoor seating is very quiet and coastal and if I ever come back to visit I would try another drink, it seemed like they had people who knew their drinks they wanted that weren't necessarily on menu so I'll have to do some research! read more

HANDS DOWN BEST COFFEE! I had the Banana brûlée late and it was incredible! Wish they were open more often during the week. I stayed for a week and would have come here every morning if they were open. The service was excellent and the shop itself is so charming. They were playing Noah Kahan and it was a total vibe. We ordered teddy graham lattes when we visited, and they were some of the best we've had in a while. It had so much flavor, and the employees were sweet. There was some space, but it got a little crowded. It was difficult to find parking, and I didn't expect them to close on certain days, but I would go back again. read more

Lovely hot, strong Cortados are made here. Service was swift & friendly. Their baked goods were fresh (they do run out fast, easy to understand why), and delectable. They have limited seating inside but plenty of seating in the back porche-type area. Glad I walked over to them last visit to Cannon Beach, will def see them again when in the area. read more

The shop itself has limited seating, so enjoy your coffee at Whale Park or as you take a stroll along the beach. Terry Sue, the owner and manager, makes delicious homemade pastries and treats which are not to be missed! Be sure to visit early before they sell out! I love the Bacon and Blue Cheese Biscuits! They are dense and fluffy with generous chunks of blue cheese, bacon, and have charred and crispy cheddar cheese on top. Yum! Yesterday, my parents and I shared a Chocolate Mocha Cookie. The frosting on the cookie was decadent and delicious! We also love the coffee. My dad likes the Ecola Mocha with almond milk. Today, I tried the Blackberry Cobbler, a seasonal coffee drink...a white chocolate latte with brown sugar, maple syrup, and blackberry flavoring. I really enjoyed it. Excellent customer service and cute esthetic! We ordered their vanilla latte, steamer for the kiddo - she was excited to have many flavor options and was encouraged to blend her own. I tried their white chocolate Americano which is something I usually order at coffee shops but is considered customized. All very good. The showstopper for me was their berry muffin. It's probably the best I ever had. Moist and buttery soft texture of a pound cake inside, with crunchy edges, and an extra level of crunch from the sprinkled sugar on top. The berries were bursting juicy adding some tartness throughout. I enjoy baking and this is the muffin I'd love to recreate. So good. read more

The variety and freshness of the baked goods were too tempting to pass up when I thought I was only coming for a latte :) So many choices for drinks and nice and hot.
