My mother was looking at cars here and told my dad about one of the cars she was going to test drive just for fun. My dad looked into the car and put the deposit down for it. Apparently the owner did the paperwork wrong and the next day my mom bought that car. My dad came here to clear up the situation and the guy he was talking to was saying he'd be back in an hour. My dad came back with me over an hour later. We have been here for a few hours now and the owner hasn't been here since. He is also saying that because my mother talked to him about the car first, even though she didn't put a deposit down, means she is entitled to that car. I'm only a junior in high school, but I am in a business program and I study business law and ethics. This is a completely unethical business practice and just very unorganized in general. They may have decent deals on cars, but all of them have either scratches, dents, stains and/or other problems on top of that. He was mad that he had fix the car I was buying for an oil leak, plus he stated that the truck had new tires. The tires had nails in all of them would not buy new ones. Finally worked on a deal to get new tires that we would go on half. When it came down to pay he paid less then what he said. So I had to come up with more minutes money. Don't EVER buy a car from Fearless Motorsports. Kevin is a dishonest, shady character. Unfortunately for us we bought a 2004 Ford Mustang about a year and a half ago for our teenage daughter. When I first brought the car home I came to realize it had ZERO oil in it. It had a massive oil leak. I called Kevin and he was a total jerk about it. He had told me there were no leaks and we found two bad ones. We decided not to deal with him and began the process of taking the car to our mechanic pretty regularly for this or that. We just found out on Friday the car has a cracked engine block. The car is TOAST!! Also, the car wasn't even safe for our teenage daughter to drive. Oh, and the emergency brake didn't work at all, I don't think it ever did because I remember Kevin saying they replaced it. So we basically had the car for a year and a half and it is now headed to the junk yard and we are getting about $250 cash for it. This place is such a rip off. DO NOT RECOMMEND! My dad bought a car from this guy and it took him forever to get the title. Every time we called and asked for the title he would say he didn't have it or to pick it up at another time. I totally disagree on your post with Kevin , We got a car from him and I tell anybody that needs a car or a truck or a motorcycle to go to him , he is one of the most caring man I know that does this business , With older cars you buy its not going to be 100 percent perfect that's for sure but he does what he can , he is a man of his word ...if you call him and he is not there is always will get back to you .. BEWARE OF KEVIN KENDALL, Owner of Fearless Motorsports. I purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey SXT AWD paid in full. Kevin issues a verbal 100% guarantee on engine and transmission for 1 month or 1,500 Miles. Engine light comes on 25 miles after purchase. Kevin continues with lies, and more stories and made up figures of costs and his own spin on customer service which Kevin doesn't understand the concept. If Kevin's lips are moving then he's lying. Factual information. Car has a CARFAX report shows no accidents and mileage from 4 previous owners and shop repairs. Kevin reported this car with the exact mileage as from the time he purchased the vehicle at 121,489 and almost three months later during sale to me posted the mileage at 121,489. He reported the vehicle as a personal purchase yet sold it through Fearless Motorsports. Illegal, maybe? tax evasion, probably? Shady, DEFINITELY!! Took car to Auto body facility, Certified Mechanic states front end clearly in a minor to major collision with possible frame damage, easily verifiable with a replacement head lamp assembly with junkyard markings clearly written on the top of outer headlamp. When asking Kevin about headlamp being hazy, his response was it was buffing compound from the detailer and it'll come right off! After original purchase of almost $5800. cash, vehicle still cannot pass State of Nevada Emissions Laws and engine light still on. Kevin agreed to paying for repairs to fix emissions and catalytic converter. I had repairs done wholesale for just under $1000. total. Kevin says he called 2 fairy tale competitors and they quoted him over the phone of $330. Catalytic Converter alone was $590 wholesale and the labor is 4+ hours, plus (2) O2 sensors and a state certified mandated mechanic. Vehicle aslo needs:Brakes, rotors, hub replacement, motor mounts completely worn, bearings and shocks and struts are completely worn out. Does this make sense to you? Well it makes sense to him. So he offered an insulting $300 on his end on a vehicle that is under warranty. The warranty...Not an actual warranty but "implied warranty!" on contract before purchase. All of this will eventually end up in court, so... I went in there today to look at a Dodge Challenger that was advertised as having a clean title. I asked Kevin and Ray the salesman if the car had a clean title and clean carfax. They looked me right in the eye and said yes it is perfect. Well since I know the car business and chose to do a little research myself I pulled up the VIN and guess what that vehicle has a Salvage title and has been totaled 3 times since it was put into service. Lying and deception should be there motto!! Shame on them for trying to rip off my son who was purchasing his first car! Never buy a car from crooks!!! Honestly speaking I've been to this place once. I and my boyfriend went there with my sister to pick up a 2012 Chevy Cruise that she had put a down payment on but couldn't pick it up until that day due to the fact she had to wait for them to replace the turbo in the vehicle. While we were there she put the rest of the money down on the vehicle which came out to a grand total of 5k. She was honestly over charged for the amount of miles that were on the car and for it only being a 2012 (141 thousand miles). While we were there they also made her pay almost 1000 dollars extra to get the title and the tags that went a long with the vehicle when in all honesty it would have been a heck of a lot cheaper to take it to the DMV. They also made her take it in and use her own money for the admissions test that should have been done way before he sold her the car. Before she gave them the rest of the money my sister my boyfriend and I all want and test drove the vehicle. We had asked them to fill the tires on the car which wasn't done. When we had left we had to take it to fill it up with gas because fearless failed to do that when they were supposed to. While my sister was in the process of paying for the vehicle she got a warranty and she was informed that if she had problems on the car that all she needed to do was bring the car in and they would fix it which they failed to do on multiple occasions. Not even 3 days later the car had broken down (over heated on the side of the road) due to the fact that it had no coolant in the vehicle which fearless forgot to do and forgot to mention. Over the past couple months the car has been in and out of the shop for multiple reason even though fearless had said the car was in perfect condition. If I'm being honest I really think that the people who work at fearless do not have any clue as to what they are doing when it comes to vehicles. On numerous occasions she was told they "couldn't find anything wrong with the car" even though they said they had replaced multiple parts on the car. My sister had taken the car in to firestone due to the owners fowl mouth and nasty attitude. Firestone gave her a full on list of what was wrong with the car that fearless apparently was oblivious to. The owner had screamed in her face and told her to take her car somewhere else because he wasn't doing anything on the car anymore. My sisters car sat at fearless for over 2 weeks due to the fact they had to ship a part from Illinois to fix the car that supposedly 'didn't have anything wrong with it". Today my sister and her boyfriend went in to talk with him face to face due to the fact he refused to answer any of the numerous calls she had made asking when she could come get her car. While they were there they got on video him assaulting her she has a sprained wrist due to his nasty nasty negative way of dealing with costumers. My sister called the cops and is now pressing charges for assault and fraud. If your looking at buying anything from here I would honestly look at all your options before buying anything from this fowl mouth owner and make sure you bring someone that knows things about cars so your not being rapped by a garbage business that is just going to steal your money. read more

AWFUL!! I am an inexperienced car buyer and I have been looking to buy my first car. I saved up money from working to buy a nice car and this place only made it harder to make me happy. I found the car on craigslist and it was listed as a clean title and no damage. Me being inexperienced decided to go check it out and talk to the dealer. The man at the dealership told me he had looked at the carfax earlier and said there was nothing on it. After leaving the dealership with a decent price agreement, my parents and I decided to look up the carfax online and you would never believe what we saw. The carfax showed probably the WORST report I have ever looked at! 3 previous owners, 3 times was it totaled, and it is supposed to be the best car on their lot? That is Incredible!! How do you do that to someone and feel ok with it! What makes it worse is that we called them the day after they still tried telling me that it was clean!
