It looked clean and modern. They played cooking shows on the TV screens, which I enjoy. I was seated at a pedicure chair right away and given a choice of colors for my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I did ask to ensure that they would not use the electric sander on my nails. I was quite pleased to find that they never use that for gel nails, a policy that I wish more salons would adopt. There were only two customers when I arrived, but people began to shuffle in during the time I was there. The pedicure was fine. I appreciate that they did not try to upsell me, but I do think it would have been nice to have more services such as a bit more of a massage or some more scrubs. It was quite basic and I wasn't offered other options. I was then moved to the manicure table after the pedicure was complete. Like the pedicure, it went by quite quickly. Not that it is necessary, but the staff really made no attempt to have a conversation at all. I'm OK with it, but they could have come across a little friendlier. No one was rude at all, but it just wasn't the warmest environment. As far as the manicure, I liked the color, but the gel dried unevenly with a few bumps here and there which annoyed me. Also it just wasn't quite the length or shape that I requested. All in all, I was glad that they were able to get me in and it was a decent service at a reasonable price. However, I do feel that the services were quite basic and it wasn't the best looking manicure that I've had.

What didn't sit right with me was that, before I even left the parking lot, I saw 3-4 people leave the establishment. I had also been told that everyone had just started with clients and was busy. Shortly afterward, I saw other customers walk in. I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and leave the best review I can, but the experience left me disappointed. My only complaint is that some of the french tips are different thicknesses and could've been a bit more detail oriented. The total was $68 plus tip, with the base gel being $45 plus $25 art and $2 cash discount. They gave out complimentary $5 coupon and hand cream as a holiday gift!

Thankfully what I assume is the owner, handed me a towel and cream for my burns. Before I went to leave a tip, she said "Sorry about the spilled coffee." To me this warrants a discount or some type of complimentary service. I proceeded to tip 20% and decided I will take my business elsewhere. Important note * I am not a new customer, they see me on a monthly cadence. A warning to all that go here, they are fantastic at nails, but you are not there for great customer service or luxury treatment. Prices are also on the higher side compared to some other nail studios in the area.

I was a walk in appointment, and they told me to come back in 40 minutes. Totally understandable, so I did. When I returned, I checked in and then I sat there waiting for another 10 minutes before another woman walked in and said she also had a 6:00 appointment. The staff then told a client whose nails they were already working on that they couldn't continue her design because the woman who had just arrived had an appointment. After hearing that conversation...and knowing I had already been waiting over 20 minutes myself...I spoke up and said that I also had a 6:00 appointment. The other woman left because she was understandably frustrated, and then the staff proceeded to ignore me. I get it if they are busy, but the fact that there was no communication between any one of their employees or me was ridiculous. I finally asked how much longer they think it would be. They said they were finishing a design. (Even though they were about to stop the design to work on the nails of the woman that came in 10 minutes after me) I asked again, and they told me about 20 more minutes. So I was told to wait 40 minutes before coming back, then waited another 20 minutes after I arrived, only to be told to wait an additional 20 minutes. That's completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful of customers' time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be coming here again.

An added bonus you can order wine, beer or champagne while you get pampered which is another thing that I haven't found at any other nail salon in the area. The artwork and quality of service is great and I highly recommend checking them out.
