Our neighborhood got a "free drink" card to try Ellianos. When we pulled up, the drive thru was a bit confusing as you can order on each side. There was a friendly employee outside assisting customers as we moved forward in the line. He was able to explain the menu and how the process worked there. We ordered the pumpkin cold brew. We moved through the line and picked up the drinks. They tasted great!! We will definitely get coffee there again. read more

I have tried Ellianos before and I was happy they were near me to try again this morning. There was no wait (but me on deciding) when I arrived. The menu was right next to the window to see when ordering, the only thing I would suggest is placing a QR code for people in line waiting so they are able to view especially if they new customers an unsure. The barista at my window (I promise I will get names lol) was nice she offered her assistance if I had questions and also informed me what to expect when I requested the Carmella be made different than the norm. I was not disappointed and to me the blended consistency was like what I am use too. I do wish they had atleast outdoor seating but overall I do enjoy Ellianos ! read more

Okay, so for a drive up only coffee shop, I had 3-star expectations. The menu is varied and interesting, but everything was advertised as flavored so I assumed their base coffee was trash. However, hubs got an espresso with sparkling water and I got a sugar free tuscan toffee with oat milk and both were phenomenal. The moment we brought the cups into the car for our ICED drinks, we were still able to smell the strong warm scent of fresh beans, and while they weren't burnt, they were smoky and varied. The coffee is WAY above par and is well worth it. Speed of service however is a whole different stumbling block for this business. The Ambiance is what you bring with you for this drive through coffee spot. Speed of Service: Too much talking amongst staff to get the order correct, as well as distractions from the other staff members conversations. Line 9 deep on one side and room for only 3 small cars on the other at 9:30 on Sunday pretty much tells me it will be off hours only to visit here again. Perhaps a on site manager would help. I truly hope that they address this and get someone in there that will reign in the staff during busy hours. If not - Starbucks is in the same center and has a app for ordering ahead. Hate to go there - rooting for the SBO's but you've got to do better. read more

The best part is that they make the drinks the same every time. It's disappointing to splurge on fancy coffee and get inconsistent results (like you find at some of the national chains). The food selection is not extensive, but really good quality and worth a try. The staff has been very polite and prompt and the wait time is not bad. We made a special trip from the beaches to try Ellianos on this soggy Saturday morning. This marks our first trip to Elianos. When we arrived, there was slight confusion on where to order (there isn't a speaker box or sign to order at the window) but once we drove up to the window and confirmed to order at the window all was well! I was in the passenger seat so I didn't get the person's name working but they were super nice and were able to answer our menu questions, specifically about additions/milk substitutions. I ordered the Venetian Vanilla with an extra shot. It is awesome! Definitely a "treat yourself kind of drink" but definitely a drink worth remembering and ordering again. We also ordered a BEC with sausage on an Asiago bagel. Sometimes bagel sandwiches can be difficult to eat, but not this one! We noted how soft the bagel was and that all the ingredients were fresh. Overall awesome experience. Perhaps something that could be addressed, is the fact that the sandwich was served in a styrofoam container. If you're environmentally conscious, styrofoam isn't the best. It might make sense to look into a paper bag to serve things in. + it might lower storage needs and shipping costs because they are more compact and the boxes are usually smaller, not to mention the "designer trash" created because the logo could be on the bag. I know I'm going on a rant, but when you own a business every penny/square inch of space counts! Just something to maybe consider. We'll definitely be back and consider stopping each time we are in the area! read more
