Walked in, ordered food, ate food. The food was solid, the environment was nice, and the atmosphere matched. Accidentally broke a glass, paid for my meal, and left. Huge thank you to the young lady who cleaned up my mess she handled it with kindness and professionalism, and I greatly appreciated it. All the pizzas are the same size around 10 inches and that we are perfectly welcome to order the lunch special even on Saturday, ABSOLUTELY Great service & good food. Pizzas are all the same size with a thin crust & chewy not crisp. Sauce is a little on the tart side with diced tomatoes in it. We each had French onion soup which is very flavorful!! Most definitely the best eatery in Pataskala. The menu has a few options for everyone but the wood fired pizzas are great. Service is always friendly and helpful, the meals (and appetizers) always come out quick and hot. There is a sports bar vibe but it's typically fairly quiet and is a good place for meeting friends or having a business lunch. If you like dill pickles, give the Mr. Pickle pizza a try! The shishito peppers are a fantastic treat as well if you have a group (it's a big helping for a "small dish")! read more

First time trying. Not a huge menu but everything looked and sounded good. I tried two cocktails and both were very good. All 3 appetizers were delicious. The meatballs were really good. The humans plate was delicious. Loved the wood fired bread to dip. Hummus was very good, nice flavor. My husband liked it and he doesn't normally eat hummus. The cheese curds were good. My only complaint is about the soup... super good EXCEPT $4.00 for a cup, $8.00 for a bowl, THE problem... a cup of soup for $4 is less than 1/2 a cup, $8 for a bowl is one cup. I paid for 2 bowls $12.00, this is what I got (and get every time ordered) FOR $12 dollars of soup. If one is ordering a "cup" of soup for $4 it should be a cup NOT 1/2 cup soup & a bowl for $8 should not be a 1 cup as a bowl...just be honest about the amount given for the price, don't say a cup for $4 and serve 1/2 cup & say a bowl $8 then serve a cup.... This has happened every SINGLE time ordered....if you say a "CUP" of soup for $4 it should be A CUP OF SOUP, a bowl for $8 should be a minimum a cup and a half (you're doubling the price). I just won't order soups anymore from here as I' learned after 3 tries. There was no problem with the food or with the wait staff. My problem is with my plans to try and make a reservation for our Family to have dinner together at this Elliot's location. We went there for lunch to talk to someone about our future plans. While there I asked our server if reservations were possible and they said yes but she wasn't sure how to do it. So they got the manager and they took all the information. I thought we were all set! To confirm everything I contacted Elliot's the day before and was told there was no reservation . The person who said this claimed to be "one of the owners." He said Elliot's has never accepted reservations. I told him how I had r made a reservation. He basically accused me of fabricating my story. We didn't meet at Elliot's and "hope for the best" as he suggested. We won't be back. Terrible lack of continuity and literally no management skills whatsoever. I'd give Elliot's a ZERO if I could. read more

The service was fair as well. The bar area was somewhat visually appealing, however, the ambiance of the place as a whole wasn't very memorable. We were still able to get a high top at the bar upon arrival . Casual atmosphere with music playing in the background. Pizza was very good. I am from out of town for a choral event at the middle school today. I ordered take out to take to deliver to my schools director. I was welcomed warmly by the hostess. The restaurant had a comfortable relaxed vibe. She took my order and told me it would be 15 minutes. She was correct on her estimate of wait time. The order was a Ruben and fries. The picture on their website shows the bread as being toasted and the Ruben's I have had any other place I have been have all been toasted. This Ruben was not toasted at all and was so soggy it fell apart when he picked it up. It also was not cut in half and no plasticware or napkins were provided. He said it had good flavor but was difficult to eat. He also said it would have been even better had it been grilled for both flavor and keeping it from being soggy. I do t know it it was just a missed step, but was very important for the integrity of the sandwich. If you order this item, make sure you ask for them to serve it toasted. read more

Love this Elliot's location! Great addition to Pataskala. Casual, not too loud, awesome mix of foods for everyone, great drinks. Gorgeous interior with the wood fire ovens. The pizza and salad were representative of the area: uninspiring and unimaginative. At least the take out versions were. The woman who took my order got it wrong like I knew she would as she kept talking over me, and repeated it incorrectly. Pizza was average all the way around. Wood fired? Ok. Salad needs some serious QC as I had to throw out about 10% of it for rotten or super soggy lettuce/spinach. Olives were pretty nasty also. Not in a hurry to try this place again. read more

Went to Elliot's yesterday for an quick lunch and it was delicious. The deep fried ravioli was amazing. The pizza was made in the fire oven which made it nice and crispy. Such a wonderful treat! Took the Honda Goldwing out for a ride to Elliot's and was pleasantly surprised with our experience. We didn't expect anything to go wrong we just were very happy with everything. The available seating at the bar. My husband's old fashion. My glass of red. The hummus platter ROCKED best hummus we've ever had. Just enough veggies and bread without the bread being TOO think and overwhelming. We split the Italian sub bigger than both of our heads. SO good! Spicy fish was decent. We had the benefit of the bartender and his peer helping us out with food. Will totally go back and next time we're down for a pie. Pataskala is and was overdue for a sit down restaurant like Elliots. The wildfire pizza is on point, meatballs are soooo tender, the cheese curds are so/so but overall decent spot for the area. If you like tacos I would suggest those which through us off a little considering the vibe along with other menu items. They didn't seem to go with the flow but they are tasty so who cares lol. The best thing we had, the pretzels and beer cheese, those are One downfall is it is really loud when it's busy and the wait was a little long which is expected for a new spot. I am a fan of their establishment in Newark, so I was excited to see that a new one was being added to Pataskala! This location has plenty of seating and a nice bar area. I have yet to be on the patio, but I hear that it is nice. The cheese marinara is fantastic! The sauce has a great balance of sweetness and tartness. Chunks of tomato are found in it as it is a bit rustic. The cheese balances the taste when combined with the marinara. Pizza crust topped with garlic butter and mozzarella cheese make a great tool for dipping. I had the meatball sub for my entree. The same sauce as the appetizer is used with the sub. The meatballs were good size and tender. They had great flavor! They fries were crisp and had a great crunch! I will be back! read more

I have reviewed Elliot's before but have to say no matter how busy - service is consistently great and food consistently delish ! We went on a Saturday night and had a 30 minute wait which is to be expected. I always say I'm going to try something else but always get the scrumptious pizza. There are burgers. Tried Elliot's with the family because we heard great things. The pizza was great but we were disappointed with their take on bruschetta which was basically a soggy tomato & balsamic pizza. The booths are quite high and we were initially seated at a booth in the bar area which wasn't really appropriate for our 2yo. We moved to a both near the window and the staff stared us down like we broke some unspoken rule in their establishment. unfortunately their allergy accommodations have gone completely downhill and today was an extremely disappointing experience. When offering gluten-free food and having been previously told at their opening that they use separate sauce and toppings, and follow a very strict gluten-free protocol... things have changed drastically. We watch the individuals not change gloves, using the same utensils and the ladle from the gluten pizzas straight onto to the gluten free crusts... no wiping down of the surfaces, when creating the gluten free street tacos handling gluten bread and then touching the tacos, when I asked about it the general manager started to argue with me that the health department told him he didn't have to change his gloves and that "I don't mean to argue with you, but... you can't cross contaminate by touching the gluten bread and then touching the gluten-free food " VERY VERY CONCERNING There is a serious disconnect between management offering gluten-free options and what is actually happening here. There is in fact a huge risk of cross-contamination even without taking the precautions such as gloves changing, wiping down surfaces and switching utensils... Such a blatantly disregard these basic steps to avoid allergy cross contamination, it was an extreme disappointment Please spare yourself if you are a part of the celiac community or have a severe intolerance to gluten.
