Every detail is fine tuned to enhance patron experience down to the vibe of the women's restroom. The service is quick and friendly and water servers walk around regularly filling your cups to ensure you are never parched. The food is incredible. You can't go wrong with any of the appetizers and after multiple dinners here, the Walleye has to be my favorite entree. It is incredible and easy to devour in on sitting. We'd been on a long road trip and were ready for a treat that wasn't from Pilot or Flying J truck stops! Three Creeks had a nice looking cocktail and food menu, so we went there for happy hour/dinner. It's tucked away in an unassuming strip mall, but inside the decor is romantic/Goth, not your everyday restaurant look. I liked it. Our server, Carla, was an absolute gem. She walked through the menu with us and made some recommendations that really paid off. The warm herbed goat cheese crostini, the garlic shrimp, and the bread and fancy butter appetizers were all subtle, thoughtful and indulgent. They were all richly flavored but balanced, not overwhelming at all. The BF had a nice Manhattan, and I had an herbal tea that was unusual and intriguing. Kind of vanilla, chamomile and some spice, but again very subtle. He had the best wedge salad he'd ever had, crisp and perfectly dressed, and I had a Caesar that was the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The dressing was unctuous and anchovy-forward, not so much garlic that it burned. We split short rib ravioli, and that was good but we'd already had a lot of cheese at that point and the Gorgonzola in the dish was too much for us. But the dish itself was really well made. Silky pasta, complex sauce. Finally we split a key lime-yuzu tart that was light and citrusy and creamy without being heavy. The little touches were exquisite. My teacup had been preheated. The salad plates were chilled. The Parmesan on the Caesar was reggiano. The cherries in the Manhattan were Luxardo. The blistered tomatoes and house made giardiniera with the bread and butter. Mixing happy hour offerings with salads and a pasta dish made this outing an exceptional value for the money. The main courses looked amazing as well, we just weren't up for large plates. I was so impressed by three creeks. This is our second time going and they knocked it out of the park. Our server was friendly and gave us some great suggestions. One of the great suggestions were these onion rings! I've never had an onion ring like this. It was a pickled red onion that they then fried in this crispy golden batter. Incredible. A girlfriend and I decided to meet up for dinner and drinks at Three Creeks Kitchen + Cocktails last week (it was a recommendation from one of her friends who frequents here)! I'm going to admit - when I first saw the restaurant (when driving by) - I was not impressed! I literally thought "Oh great, a pub/tavern"! Not what I was in the mood for. For those who haven't been here, the restaurant is located in a tiny plaza/strip. So, you can imagine my surprise when I walked in and saw the soft lighting and the beautiful decor! The servers were all so friendly and lovely as well! We both started our night with an Island Elixir which was served in a cute, bronze pineapple cup that was placed on an adorable attachment/stand (see pic). The drink was refreshing and tasty! We also started the night with the Warm Goat Cheese! This was good and had great flavor; however, I was not a fan of the large chunks of olives/tomatoes in the goat cheese! I feel that the olives/tomatoes should have been cut smaller. The crostinis were also burnt! For my meal, I went with the Shrimp Linguini which I was looking forward to; however, this was not it! I felt that there wasn't enough cream/sauce in the pasta. I also didn't like whatever cheese they ended up topping the dish off with (maybe Parmesan). Sadly, I ended up not eating much of the meal! We ended our night with the Basque Cheesecake. This was SOOO good! The cheesecake was super creamy, delicious, and fluffy! The vanilla bean whipped cream was rich, tasty, and thick too! I'm not sure if I'll be back again, but definitely appreciated the experience! This is one of the first upscale places in this area we have tried, food was definitely delicious and the mix of the flavors was great. This was a great place to try new combinations and flavor mixes. My one observation is that sometimes flavors repeat, for example same pickled veggies were served with warm bread and butter and with my rib and mash potatoes, but i loved them so for me that was a win, for orher people not so much. Service was very professional from beginning to the end, i believe owner was around the entire night and made sure everything is running smoothly. Ambiance is business casual, semi relaxed and semi upscale. Overall great place. Food was delicious and i will definitely come back at some point. P.S. Seating options available tonight were heated patio, hight top bar, lounge and dining room (booth and low table top seating). We opted for the dining room given it was my birthday and wanted something slightly more intimate. The ambiance is gorgeous inside - classy to say the least. We started with a few drinks to start - cocktail and a glass of wine for me. The drinkware is elegant and were delicious. They had a special for the day and we opted for that. 6 oz petite filet with a demi glaze served over asparagus spears and onion straws. We got a lobster macaroni and cheese to share. Most sides were big enough to share. The lobster macaroni and cheese was okay. Slightly dry and over cooked lobster and slightly dryer macaroni shells and cheese. Very underwhelming for the price. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The onion straws paired well and elevated the experience. Please don't leave until you have the warmed cookie butter cake. They topped with a candle for my birthday. So sweet. The price was comparable to other higher end steak houses in Columbus.
