Today I had an appointment at Tires Plus Smyrna to have my car serviced. When I went to the…read moreappointment, I was told that they could not get to my car for another hour. I said I would go home and come back at 2. She said that if I went home, they would not hold my 1:00 appointment and would put others before me if I was not in the waiting room. I asked how I was supposed to have the service done if they didn't acknowledge the appointment? Should I be there when they open or what? She said the manager would be back in 15 minutes and would talk to me. I left and will not go back!

The staff greeted me almost immediately, and so far, everything has been outstanding! I got a comparable price to the big warehouse store where I've always bought, even with the add-ons of install, disposal, and warranty. I feel like a got the best deal, especially knowing DT had a far bigger selection of tires for my EV. I really appreciate the texted link with a real-time status check throughout the entire process! Love that the technician came to me in the lobby to personally let me know my car's in the bay. Unexpected. (Call me spoiled, I would have loved if they offered at least coffee & water while I waited.) And just like that!! I'm done in under 20 minutes!!

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and the price for repair was very reasonable. Though I thankfully did not have to wait long, I loved the waiting room. They had a jean material couch that was really comfy and awesome decor including a dressed skeleton that must have been waiting much longer than I had. Luke was my service rep and he was courteous and professional. Highly recommend B & P Tire & Automotive for maintenance work. The car they serviced for me is a 2017 Honda HRV. They do have a sitting area but not conducive to working on a Laptop. I was informed that they are currently remodeling their waiting room. Currently it may be easier to drop off the car if you have pressing work to complete while they work on your car.
