I just want to give a HUGE Thank you to CJ ANGELL and Ellison's towing & transport, INC. This morning 05/5/17 at 430 Am I ran out of gas in the worst possible spot west bound on CA 84 in a turning lane. CJ was on it I was just hanging up with AAA when his call came across , he verified my gas type and was there in less then 10 mins . Not only was he fast, he gave excellent customer service and he set up a safe scene to work from and protect us both from oncoming traffic . It only took a year to get my money back after their utterly negligent and careless tech damaged my car. And only thanks to the AAA. If it was not for the AAA I would be going to small claims. After trying to collect from Ellison they just footed the bill themselves. If you don't have AAA to fall on good luck! BBB will be hearing from me next. This company has by far some of the worst approaches to customer service -- if something goes wrong they deny responsibility and do not respond afterwards hoping you will go away. Tevita helped me out in a pinch. I had rounded one of my lug nuts on a flat tire and needed a solution. Luckily the leak was able to be plugged without getting the tire off the car. Tevita had to do some serious acrobatics in the sun to get the angle right to patch the tire but it worked out and I was able to get the lug nuts sorted later. Thanks a lot for your help! read more

Our car wouldn't start after shopping at the container store in the Stanford mall. We called AAA, and they said it would be at least an hour and a half. My sister and I were leaving my deceased cousin's home in Menlo Park with my Rav4 filled to the brim with his personal items to remain with family.
