Dylan helped me pick out a new CPU cooler with the information I gave him through emails about my system and what I used it for and with all that knowledge he found a good fit for my rig, we had a lot of back and forth communication to make sure everything would work. I dropped my PC off along with the new part and Dylan went to work and fixed it for me. Price for all the work was very reasonable and I'm happy with the work that was done, enough to where I actually made a Yelp account to write a review. I've been back to gaming on my PC again today and my core temps have been great so my problem was solved thanks to the work. Even though the issue was clearly explained, the employee insisted I pay a $100 diagnostic fee before they would even look at it. Later, I received a call saying the hard drive supposedly needed to be replaced instead, for nearly $300. When I went back to pick up the laptop, the same employee -- who kept his face mostly hidden under a hoodie -- seemed irritated that I asked to see the laptop powered on. The moment he turned it on, it made an even louder and more alarming noise than before. Since they couldn't fix the laptop, he offered to replace it with an used refurbished laptop. On my third visit, I simply asked whether the diagnostic fee could be applied toward the repair cost. At that point, the employee became hostile, raised his voice, threatened to call the police, called me names, and refused to complete the transaction until the owner arrived. I related this sad story to the company owner, paid requested amount, and left the place without any apology.
