    Espresso martini.
    Jeff N.

We had time for some food before our flight back to South Florida, so we went to Elway's that was next to our gate. The time flew by quickly as it was soon time for us to board between ordering cocktails and food. The views of the planes taxing to the gate was soothing as I enjoyed an espresso martini with my bacon burger. The floor to ceiling windows help bring in the natural light as you dine on your meal. There are outlets if you need to plug in your computer or phone. I savored the onion rings that had an excellent batter and fried to perfection, while the burger was on point.

Usually waiting for my plane and I am at the airport early enough i usually stop here for a bite to eat and some type of beer or cocktail. The staff is very social, friendly and helpful.

The food was ok, the service was good though. They have a to go window almost in the restaurant and if you order from that you're not allowed to sit at their tables(understandably) so the wait staff had to keep asking people to leave which felt a bit awkward especially given that there are signs. Most places say no outside food or drink but people were bringing entire meals. One family ordered 4 waters, went somewhere else and brought back their dinner, then ordered one appy so they could sit there.

Having been to all elways locations, including now closed and the larger airport one in terminal B, this was a failure. Dirty glassware, simply cold (not icy) martini with standard off tasting bar olives, wilted salad--and no, I don't think it was intentional. This felt like a cosplay of elways, and an expensive airport interpretation that makes me feel like I should have just made the extra time to go to the other terminal. Service was fine, server was friendly. But again, and comparison is a thief of joy, but I have had much better food and experiences in their full service DIA location.

    Charred Red Pepper Soup

On 21 October 2025, I ordered food from Elway's Taproom & Grill. The absolute best thing about this restaurant was the superb service provided by the hostess/waiter. I ordered the grilled chicken wings and charred red pepper soup. The chicken looked delicious; it was tough and tasteless, the soup was interesting. I tried something new; I can now say I tried charred red pepper soup. The ambiance is absolutely inviting!!! The amber backdrop sign is what drew me to it.

Not a bad place to get a quick bite in between flights. Service can be thin but the food is higher quality than a typical airport joint. Would go to again.

Food and service was great. The cocktail was so strong I couldn't even finish it. Lol there was plenty of seating and it wasn't very loud. Def worth checking out if you have a little time to spare.

    Elways Margarita

My server Paul was great. Kept checking on me. Food was good. I had the short rib and a side of broccoli. The short rib was almost like a version of a prime rib. It was tender and flavorful with an aus jus on top of potatoes but it seemed to be missing that trademark red wine reduction sauce. I think that's what's missing from making it phenomenal. The broccoli was, well broccoli. Touch to go wrong. Elway Margarita was decent. I'm from San Diego so relatively it was great being in Denver but not as good as they are in SD. Overall for airport food it was excellent. One of the best I've had. I recommend this place and again I had a great server Paul.

This is the menu that the restaurant gave us late May 2026

Extremely attentive staff, comfy seating right next to our gate. Food flavor profile was excellent, although the steak in my sandwich was a bit crumbly it was still really good. Price is a little more expensive but that's the price you pay for a nice restaurant ambience over crowded noisy food courts at airports

They were knowledgeable, professional, and made some great drink recommendations based on what we liked. You could tell there was real skill and experience behind the bar because my cocktail was absolutely delicious and perfectly made. This was the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy a great drink, take in the surroundings, and simply enjoy the experience. Between the gorgeous property, impressive bar, beautiful views, delicious cocktails, and wonderful service, we had an amazing time. I would absolutely recommend Embers Lodge Bar and would gladly come back again. It was a memorable experience and easily deserving of five stars!

Like most hotel bars, the drinks and food can be expensive, but the bartenders are on point with the cocktails. Their smoked old-fashioned drinks were good, the Negronis were very crushable, as was its bourbon cousin, the Boulevardier. The shrimp appetizer that my wife ordered was also very good, and a nice starter before we had dinner at the English Pub. It's a good spot to experience sunsets as you knock back a drink or two, or watch the night sky, so long as it's not overcast or raining. If you look closely towards the ceiling-length windows, you can see the Denver skyline in the distance in front of the Rockies that dominate the landscape from afar.

There was an indoor waterfall, insanely high buttresses, fireplaces, multiple restaurants, and yes, actual trees growing in the middle of the dining area. I had to remind myself I wasn't outside. We didn't have to wait to be seated, which was a great start. The dinner menu was a little limited, but I had a feeling it was going to be good. I ordered the bison meatloaf and wow... it practically melted in my mouth. The wine mushroom reduction brought everything together perfectly. The roasted cauliflower and Brussels sprouts had the best crunch, and the mashed potatoes were so creamy and delicate there were no leftovers. My dad ordered the roasted chicken and said it was incredibly moist and flavorful. My mom's bison burger was juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. The double fried French fries absolutely stole the show though. Somehow they were extra crispy without being overdone. For dessert we shared the skillet cookie, and it was the perfect sweet, indulgent ending to the meal. After a full day of traveling, this was exactly what we needed. We finished the evening sitting outside by the fire with everyone relaxing around us, and it was the perfect way to kick off our trip. I'd happily come back for that meatloaf alone.

The ambiance is easily the highlight. The restaurant is attractive, comfortable, and feels like it should set the stage for a memorable meal. Unfortunately, once the food arrived, that expectation faded pretty quickly. Everything was simply underwhelming. Nothing was necessarily terrible, but at these prices, you expect dishes that feel thoughtful, flavorful, and worth remembering. Instead, we left wondering what exactly we were paying a premium for. The service didn't help. Our waiter was overbearing rather than attentive, and surprisingly wasn't very knowledgeable when we had questions about the menu. Good service should enhance a meal without dominating it, and unfortunately that balance was missing. Copper Table has the setting and atmosphere to be something special, but great ambiance can only carry a restaurant so far. For the prices being charged, both the food and service need to rise to the same level. Our experience simply didn't.

I went in with minimal expectations and was wowed through my entire trip delay time. From my first interaction at the desk to leaving and being reminded to stock up on to-go goods, and being given chocolate. A dream come true. The lounge is quiet besides the moody music in the background. It was as though people understood the relaxation memo and put everything on hush mode. There's a hot tea bar, fresh hot Chai on tap, hot coffee, a custom soda machine with a cherry tarragon blend, and yes, for our visit an Asian fusion meal served. My hit? Given the current situation of things I had such a hankering for a good Caesar salad and they had it in a bowl ready for me (but also to munch on the go!). They had garlic noodles, a surami poke bowl, wontons, and ribs. It was a dream. He had a take on an old fashioned, I had a St. Germaine drink made for the lounge. Yes to both. While reading in a cozy seat he signed me up for their version of a nap pod. The gal from the front desk got me at my time, showed me how the pod worked, and told me how to lock the door so I'd nap uninterrupted until my time was up. Again. If you have the time, and the opportunity, put in a reservation for the zero g pod because wow. The bathrooms are individual rooms with a door. They have full showers in a separate area. They have meeting rooms. They have rooms which I'm guessing are sound dampened to have a conversation without disturbing others outside which is ideal for phone calls. All around, this lounge is a hit. Customer service was spot on, we never had any dishes sitting around or were left needing anything. Jesus was superb. If you need the comfiest seating, it's the ones directly in front of the glass. Enjoy!

You can enter this lounge with a Cap 1 Venture X card or by paying a fee with your regular Venture card. Guests are an additional $45. Everything is complimentary once inside. The biggest downside of this lounge is the capacity. They pack this thing to the brim. So after waiting for nearly 2 hours to enter, even when you are inside, it feels crowded. Almost every seat was taken, and many travelers were taking up way more than their fair share of space, with their bags often taking up a seat of their own. Unfortunately, staff didn't seem to care about this and let travelers do whatever they wanted. It just didn't feel nearly as "luxury" as my visit to the LAS lounge. The good news is this didn't impact the rest of the experience. There was plenty of food, and it was all good. They kept everything very clean. The bathrooms are single-stall and very nice. The bar was efficient and had plenty of great alcoholic and NA options. On the way out, you can grab a warm cookie or the classic grab-and-go like sandwiches, small treats, etc. While this lounge is certainly better than hanging in the terminal, be wary of the crowds and long wait times, and know that the "luxury" experience you might be seeking won't be found at this location.
