Cobb salad (without bacon and subbed in ranch)
Tansy W.

This is a review for NBB to go. Ordered a Cobb salad on the kiosk, and although it said it would be 15-20 min, it was ready in about 10 min. The ingredients tasted fresh and it was quite enjoyable for airport food.

Came in before a flight again. Ordered the same thing as last time. My husband was with me this time. Maybe I did not notice this because the first time I was in, I was just reading while I had my meal. This time, we were trying to have conversation and the music was just loud enough that we had to raise our voices in order for each other to hear. I don't mind if there is music, but when I have to raise my voice for someone a couple feet away to hear me it is frustrating. Service was great and the food was tasty. Just wish they could reduce the volume a bit on the music.

Cobb salad and a Fat Tire

I had a bit of time and needed something to eat, so I found this New Belgium spot near my gate while on a layover at DEN recently. The sign said to seat yourself so I grabbed a spot at a side counter. It was a little busy, but someone came over and got my drink order. I went with a Fat Tire, because when at New Belgium I guess. It was crisp and cold. I ordered the Cobb salad for lunch, and it was a huge portion! It seemed fresh and had a ton of toppings. It took a bit for me to get my bill, but otherwise the service was good and I was in and out with plenty of time to make it to my gate.

My order including 18% tip. Perhaps consider removing the tipping option from the to-go line if it doesn't include basic courtesy.

I ordered a meal here before my flight and ended up throwing it away due to poor treatment from NBB staff. I ordered a burger, fries, and a bottled water, and tipped 18% at the to-go counter, unaware there was a separate full-service area. When I asked the cashier if I could eat my food at the sitting area, she instructed me to sit at one of the two tables near the front, so I did. A server approached me and asked what I'd like to order. I explained that I had already ordered and paid at the to-go counter and the cashier said I could sit there. She responded saying I wasn't allowed to sit there because the tables were for full-service patrons. I tell her I'm sitting there on the instruction of the cashier who I ordered my food from. She goes to confirm, then came back and doubled down, telling me I could wait for my food there but would have to leave and eat elsewhere, reiterating that it's a full-service table. I asked if she's telling me, a paying customer, that I shouldn't sit there. She said "yes because it's full service". I asked her where am I supposed to eat my food if you don't want me to eat at the table staff told me to sit at. She said "at your gate?" in a blank tone. It was clear that maybe their cashier gave instruction she wasn't supposed to give. Rather than apologizing for their mistake or handling the issue with empathy, the server continued to cause a scene, asking me to leave like I was at fault. I grabbed my things and as I'm leaving, she's pointing to another area I can sit at, to which I say "no", and she walked past me like I offended her. I go back to the to-go line and wait for my food; the original cashier handed it to me and walked off without saying anything. I reiterated my displeasure to another cashier, the server who told me to eat elsewhere, as well as the original cashier as she returns to the to-go area as I'm explaining why the situation was unacceptable--that being told to sit somewhere, then told to move, is humiliating for a paying customer. It's humiliating for any paying customer, but especially for someone who looks like me, with the history of people who look like me being told to get up and sit elsewhere or leave simply for being present/existing. I asked them for a final time: you don't see anything wrong in telling a customer who's already paid, to get up and eat somewhere else, especially when they were told to sit there by staff? Without fail, both of them said "no, you cannot sit there. That's full service." as if I'd chosen it on my own. I told them all "have a good day" and walked off, throwing my food in the trash along the way because my appetite was gone; I was disgusted and hurt. I went to the nearest restroom bursting into tears, and called family for support. I'm a frequent traveler and never have I been humiliated for trying to follow rules and be a courteous guest and patron, a philosophy I carry everywhere I go; that I'm a guest. This review is also on Google and I've followed up with upper management/customer relations (including personal details of all staff involved) for the way I was treated. That's my NBB-DIA experience.

Nachos

My husband and I had a layover in Denver and we were struggling to find a place we wanted to eat. We wandered all over the terminal before laying eyes on a menu for New Belgium Brewing. The place was packed with lots of people drinking and watching TV which is always a good sign. This place is a seat yourself, but the waiter came to us right away. We quickly ordered nachos to share, and our meal was brought out fast. We didn't try any drinks, but everyone else's around us looked really good. The nachos were great! The queso was really tasty and the guacamole was fresh. This is definitely somewhere we would come back should we find ourselves hungry in the Denver airport again.

Ancho Chicken Tacos

Dined here again on my layover, however, I was able to snap a pic of the chicken tacos. Very yummy. Not a big fan of their red salsa but it's just a personal preference. Service was prompt and the bartenders have a great sense of humor. I had a comfortable time sitting at their bar. Plenty of seating and comfortable chairs.

Great spot to unwind during a layover! New Belgium Brewing at DEN has an impressive beer selection (as you'd expect) and some surprisingly solid craft cocktails, too. The food menu stands out--especially the burritos, which look crazy good. I've been told the State Taco is the top seller, and it definitely caught my eye. That said, prices are on the higher side--$18.95 for a burrito feels steep, even for an airport. Still, if you're craving a quality drink and a satisfying bite before your flight, it's worth the stop. Service was fast but it was slow when I visited.

One of the best options to eat and watch a game in the Denver Airport, especially if you like their beer. I'm a big fan of their Fat Tire pale ale. Check out the chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun with bacon. Super tasty. They make some good salads as well.

I get that this is an airport and can be busy at times, but it was not busy at all when we were there yet all of the staff was cold and rarely checked on us. The food is decent and prices are your typical uncharged airport prices. Atmosphere was noisy, as you'd expect, but it was still a decent spot to stop and wait between flights. Probably the best option for sit down at the gate.

Tripel Soooooo good: 10%
Mandi S.

Wow, the breakfast burrito was great. I got the spicy one with the little avocado sliver on top. Very good. Tried a few of the beers. The ipa's are all good, but the star was the tripel! It is a little malty for a tripel but the rest of the flavor was full enough I quickly ignored the malty taste and savored the rest. While we were actually in the SW terminal, it wasn't too hard to travel a terminal over to dine here. It is SELF SEATING and some of the staff WILL rip you apart behind your back or, in one case while we were there, to your face. It's really the only reason I pulled off a Star, it was funny to hear at first but literally shut up about it and attempt to focus on anything else, stop coming up and complaining to the bartender every single time you walk up to the bar. We would have stayed for another beer but seriously it got draining listening to it. I will say the bartender listened and didn't participate. I respect that. I've worked in this setting many a times, I get it, but at least go back to the kitchen so customers don't have to hear you for 2 hours+ Thankfully I have another long layover here in a couple weeks and plan to make my way for a burrito and a couple tripels.

Blt with avocado - sweet and spicy bacon is to die for!

It's rare to find such a good place to grab a bite in an airport, but this place is it. A few years ago my husband and I had breakfast here before an early flight back to the east coast. It was so good it was memorable- and it drew me back in today, this time for lunch. I sat at the bar and plugged in my laptop to work a little on my long layover. I was really torn between a few things on the menu, and the bartender recommended the BLT. So glad he did! The bacon is a spicy candied bacon, and it comes in sourdough. I added the avocado which was a nice cooling and fresh balance to the sweet, spicy, and meaty bacon. Next time I'm flying through Denver I'll definitely be eating here again...!

Stopped by for a coffee. The line at Starbucks next store was so long that I decided to try NBB. Hands down the best iced vanilla latte (5+/5) I've ever tasted!! And the service? As friendly as it gets (5+/5). This place is a gem : ) Highly recommended.

Chicken Salad Sandwich
Mary N.

Decent sit down full service restaurant at the Denver airport. Had the chicken salad sandwhich and it was served on a croissant. It came with an order of fries. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. Probably a 4 star place but the service made it 5 stars for me.

Skip this place. Prices are overinflated and they have no charging stations. I guess this is a thing that's been brought up already.

Not a bad little spot! I'm not really too keen on airport restaurants other than the one I fly out…read moreof, but this place is actually really good and I'm glad I came here, surpassing copious other options. They were really busy, my first bartender (Alex) acknowledged me right off the bat, got me a beer and I sat here for a bit. I have a 4-hour layover so I'm not in a huge rush for anything. I sat for a bit and finished my beer and the second bartender (Alexis) came up to me and asked me if I needed anything, so I ordered some cheese curds. They came out super fast, I wasn't even expecting them. They were really good! I'm probably going to order hot wings here in a few, Because by the time I land tonight I won't have any food options. I ordered a double vodka/soda w/lime, and my bartender made it REAL proper like pahtna! I'll snap a few more pics, and I'll order some wings, I'm sure they'll be good. My only thing, is looking at other people's food going out, and the portions seem to be a tad bit small for the price. So if you're ordering a burger, expect that right off the bat! ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. On this visit, we shared the fish and chips and a plate of mac and cheese. I was surprised by how good the fish was. It was moist inside while still being crispy on the outside. The fries looked good, but unfortunately, they were soggy. The mac and cheese was decent, though nothing especially memorable. Our server was friendly and checked in on us periodically. I think the reason I keep coming back is that the restaurant does not feel cramped. The tables are not packed on top of each other, and after spending a couple of hours on a crowded plane, I appreciate being able to sit down and eat without feeling like I am fighting for space.
