These beautiful eco friendly powder dip require no UV lights and take less time! They are no more expensive and feel slightly lighter thinner on. Joe is a true class act, always careful with the Covid precautions and gentle and patient with the customer. He was cordial, truly professional and a great technician. I forgot the name of my pedicure but I picked a $67 one. I asked for a gel pedi (white color). First of all the dead cuticles around my toes weren't completely removed. From the chair I could still see dead skin. The pedicure itself was very soft, too soft for my taste. The white color is difficult to work with - I know, but this is such a popular choice there should already be an expectation. I had to ask for a third coat of the white cuz I could still see steaks and the shade of white wasn't opaque enough. Not sure if it's because he's a guy but they should be able to notice that. If I see it, they should see it. I see they have a lot of good reviews so I guess to each their own but I personally wouldn't come back again. Not the worst experience but not worth the drive for me or the money. I drove about 35mins because of the reviews so this was a miss for me. Even something so simple! It had little bubbles in the polish, my nails have sharp parts, and it seems that there weren't 2 coats applied because it quickly became matte in several spots. At the end she even asked "do you want a massage or no?" when my nails were drying and it seemed like she just wanted me to say "no". I said yes please and she promptly put a 2 min timer in front of my face and gave a weak lackluster massage that said without saying "I'm done here". It seemed that a lot of regulars came in, and perhaps other technicians are friendlier and more detailed oriented, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

The service was fantastic! for my dip manicure, I wanted some added length, so they started by applying tips and expertly shaping my nails while I was enjoying the pedicure. Pros: love the online appointment feature; I love even more the armrest for manicures - I've never seen this anywhere else and it is soooo comfortable (see photo) that I almost fell asleep; the nail tech was super helpful in finding a popular and seasonal color for both my gel nails and regular pedicure. Cons: color selection is pretty limited; the nail tech cut into skin while cutting the cuticle of my big toe until I put a stop to it; the pedicure chair is uncomfortable and either needed to be brought forward more or I needed a pillow; the positioning of my foot during the pedicure caused foot cramps, which I have never had in many years of pedicures; the tech did not put the cuticle oil anywhere near my cuticles, it was on my 1st knuckle where it's not doing what it's used for; absolutely no back massage at any point.
