He was extremely thorough with our car and explained what was going on every step of the way. Not only did he have to do a windshield install/recalibration, but he also had to undo everything that the other shop did to our car. He was extremely genuine and it was obvious he wanted to do right by us. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of glass work. We really felt as though our car was treated as if it were their own. Suzanne (one of the owners) was extremely empathetic as well. I had to point it out three times before they finally fixed it and even then, it was a half-effort job. Second, the glass itself was installed poorly. When I drive on the freeway, I can hear all the road noise from the back no sound insulation at all, like the glass was just slapped on. Cheap, sloppy work. On top of that, they charged around $900 for a single piece of glass. That's not cheap money, and the quality does not come close to matching the price. After calling them today to see what they could do to resolve the issue, they claimed they didn't know how mud could have gotten in my car, nor could they have dented the trim in any way. And that there was nothing they would be willing to do to resolve the issue. This is literally the only review I have written in my life and I'm not one to constantly write reviews for petty things.
