    Amar wanted $900 casj for 1 tooth tissue graft. His staff at the desk was caddy. He charged $85. for what I get free elsewhere.

    If you're looking for a friendly staff, don't go to dr emmad's office. Kelly is very rude and abrupt.

    Dr. Ammar is a crook. does the bate and switch by starting the implant then changing his price. stay away and dont get ripped off.

    Nice ofc. Friendly, helpful staff. Dr. Amarr is a polite, caring, excellent surgeon, who explains the procedure well.

I have lots of pain where over the years Ive brushed my gums away from my teeth leaving exposed tooth....owwy! She has put a patch oj many of these spots because they did not need a filling for a cavity. So no she just not just want to crown everything. I went in this week for pain. We had been monitoring a tooth with a big filling and sure enough the tip of the root was reacting and I could see it on the ex ray. She did tap my teeth with a tool. 2 teeth were fine, the one reacting was "uncomfortable" and the 4th one was a little sensitive. We decided to finally root canal this tooth. I clinch my hands together when im afraid of pain. I did NOT feel any pain and she gave me several injections and she reached down and touched my hands and said "relax!" I did. She has done 2 crowns and one root canal, and lots of patches over sensitive areas. This will now be another root canal and crown. I did not feel any pain through the process and im healing just fine. She does beautiful work and I never have to worry about her picking a bad enamel match or bulky crowns. She will do her best to keep you out of pain and make the work beautiful. Erica at the front and Melody chair side are friendly and kind. I recommend Dr. LEE.

Natalie, Erika, and the doctor are all very kind and welcoming they make you feel comfortable right away. Appointments are easy, you're not stuck waiting around, and they really take the time to make sure you're taken care of. You can tell they actually care about their patients, not just rushing. I finally found a dentist I trust. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that's friendly, accommodating, and just makes the whole process easy. PS, thank you for not charging for the extra floss.

Upon walking in I was greeted by friendly staff that made you feel right at home. In the lobby, complimentary coffee and water was offered while you wait. The front desk kept patients updated during the wait, letting us know how much longer the Dr. would be. Once the procedure took place both the doctor and assistant worked thoroughly in making their patients experience as pleasant as possible. Both checked in frequently to ensure there was no pain felt, and if any pain was felt anesthetics were administered promptly to mitigate any further discomfort. During the procedure updates were provided frequently so the patient understood how far along in the process they were. While it may seem mundane it brought reassurance and helped bring me back to reality with the VR goggles. OH YES! They had VR glasses to watch your favorite show or movie while the procedure took place. It helped take your mind off what was really happening in the moment and was definitely a bonus. It was slightly disorienting at first especially if you're not used to them like I was, yet after a while the experience was fantastic! Since the procedure, the doctor has done multiple check ins for the healing process which has been incredibly smooth. Well as smooth as one can expect! I am extremely thankful for the work and service this office provided. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need(:

    DO NOT SEEK OUT ANY DENTAL CARE AT THIS TERRIBLE PRACTICE. My husband was advised to get a bone…read moregraft done. The office was not currently providing general anesthesia because they were low on that supply. We were misinformed by one of the office workers, Heidi Jaramillo, that this procedure can be commonly done without general anesthesia. She reassured me of this at least three times in a matter of three days before our scheduled appointment even after I expressed that my husband was concerned about doing it without general anesthesia. She reassured us that the local anesthesia and Valium combo would be enough so that "he wouldn't feel it". Due to our demanding and limited schedules, we took her word for it and decided to schedule the treatment to get this procedure completed for my husband. When we were at our scheduled appointment, we were completely shocked, disappointed, and upset to hear directly from Dr. Kayali that he would prefer for his patients to have general anesthesia when undergoing this procedure and that that is what is most common. We decided to not move forward with the treatment because why would I subject my husband to that experience and that risk. We rearranged our entire personal schedule and I had taken the major inconvenience of having to take the day off work to take my husband to this appointment. How disappointing it is to waste that time (the little time that I have in life) to then walk away without what we needed to get done for his dental health. Oh and not to mention, my husband ended up taking Valium FOR NO REASON AT ALL and was left lethargic all day. In a 1:1 direct, face-to-face conversation with Dr. Kayali as we were deliberating on whether or not to continue and when we expressed our disdain for Heidi, he admitted that his office staff basically "don't know what they're talking about". He put his hands in a "chokehold" gesture implying like he's stuck with this staff (because Abby, his wife did also confirm they are understaffed). Abby's offer to make this situation right for us was equally as insulting (a measly 10% off of our out of pocket costs which wouldn't even cover the gas to and from the office). By the way, I have had multiple phone interactions with Heidi over the course of the last several weeks and she is rude, curt, short, and disrespectful every single time. She just wants to get you off the phone. She has not business providing any kind of customer service. So you've got a business owner who is basically saying they are going to just be okay with the unsatisfactory customer service that is provided to patients. This place is a joke and we will never return. Don't say I didn't warn you.
