Extremely disappointed with the work done here for a crown…read more Initially when I had the temporarily crown put on, the bite was off and Dr. Desai shaved a significant portion off which caused my tooth to become extremely sensitive to a point where I cannot eat from one side of my mouth. Once the actual crown came, I should've known something was off when he spent a good amount of time shaving and adjusting the crown and opposing teeth. After the crown was put on, now both my crown and opposing teeth is extremely sensitive to temperature and I am experiencing pain from chewing. When I brought my concerns to Dr. Desai he stated everything looks fine and the pain should go away over time. I decided to go to another Dentist for a second opinion and his diagnosis was that the crown was oversized and it needs a replacement. He performed a series of bite test and he showed me which spots were higher than the others. Also you can visibly see that the crown was entirely flat on top due to all the shaving he performed on an oversized crown. Dr. Desai should have known that the measurements were wrong when the temporary cap did not fit. But instead of remeasuring the tooth and reordering the right sized crown, he decided that flatting the entire top side of the crown will do the trick. Initially his front desk staff was extremely responsive but after asking for a copy of the receipt and pictures of the x-rays, their response was are "extremely busy" and will try to email me the next morning. Next morning came, still no email.

He also helped save her money while still providing outstanding care. Even though he is young, his skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly impressive. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. He must have inherited every perfection from his father, Dr. Antoine -- the dedication, precision, and passion for excellent dental work truly show. The entire implant process was almost pain free with very minimal discomfort. The specially designed crowns gave her the best bite and her recovery was fast because of the excellent care and detailed follow-up from Dr. Sayegh. The staff are always kind, patient, and welcoming, and the office is beautiful, clean, and professional. We are extremely grateful for the care she received. My husband has our insurance plan all taken care of so I know I have insurance and he called to make an appointment for me and let the woman know our insurance policy number the name of the insurer and that we were covered also asked her to verify the insurance before I drove down there which she said she did. Turns out She did not verify my insurance so when I got there, she was extremely rude to me. Made me sit down to fill and in front of everybody not even privately told me I need your Social Security number. She wrote it on a piece of scratch paper so I immediately felt weird by writing down my whole number. I didn't understand why she needed it, especially when I handed her my medical card from Mutual of Omaha., she told me Mutual of Omaha does not do dental insurance. Yes they do. She just didn't want to check.. She then proceeds to call the insurer I used to have only to find out that I was not covered through them, which is what I told her that I now had Mutual of Omaha dental again she told me they don't have dental insurance again. I told her they do and handed her my card at this point. I was very upset because all of this should've been verified before I even arrived.. I did not end up getting seen by the doctor and I have chosen to move to another dental place in Rancho Cucamonga instead, the front desk woman is extremely unprofessional does not know how to do her job and should not be asking people to write their Social Security numbers on random sheets of paper that are not even official.
