28 Y/O single Male 6'4" Pre Surgery Stats: 235lbs 18.4% body…read morefat. 114lbs of lean muscle. 44lbs of body fat. Post Surgery Stats(1 week): 224lbs 14.1% body fat 114lbs of lean muscle. 32lbs of body fat. Cost: $15,000 for Abdominal and Chest Total body fat percentage shaved and trimmed off was about 4%, although according to my body scan I lost fat in my legs and arms too, probably from my increased cardio from my cut in my workouts. Occupation: Police Officer I've been working out 6 days a week since 2019. I was struggling to lose some stubborn body fat around the abdominal region and struggled with Gyno around my chest region from being a vegetarian as a child and eating a lot of soy. I sought out survey now that I was making some decent $$$. The nurse, staff, and Dr. Alford were all extremely polite, and humorous during the procedure. The actual procedure itself took about 3 hours and you're extremely medicated and loopy. Even with the medication the pain itself was probably a 6/10 and i literally felt like I was being cut open and probed. I guess at the time it sucked but biting down on a towel helped a lot but it was worth it because there are immediate results and I'm so much happier with my chest region. I feel like all my muscles I've been working for my pecs are now actually showing since all the fat there is gone. The abdominal region I think needs more time to fully heal and close up but it does certainly look a lot more leaner and V shaped. I would recommend this place, but also would recommend Xsculpt if you're a man. They have more male oriented procedures. Overall would recommend and excited to see the final results in a few months. ***Semi-graphic pictures btw*** I've never been a good photographer but you can see a much bigger difference in person. At least I can.

They were very good in explaining everything and had a great experience with the surgeon.read more

The 40s have brought bags to my eyes among many other joys of aging (i partly blame my 3 children…read more:)). One of my friends mentioned she had a great consultation with Dr. Tamara Fountain about a lower blepharoplasty so I decided to do the same. I also noticed that she was highly recommended on a fb group i had joined all about blepharoplasty, although the pics of people post surgery on that fb group were enough to make me want to cancel my appointment. I was able to get an appointment a few weeks after calling. Her office is conveniently located near my house, which I liked since the other doctors i was referred to were in the city or far suburbs. I was seen within minutes of arriving for my appointment. They did an eyesight test which i wasn't expecting and didn't put my contacts in that morning (and my glasses were in the car). So i highly recommend bringing any corrective eyewear you have. Dr. Fountain did a great job of explaining why i have bags (thank you genetics). She then told me she didn't think I needed surgery for many years and I really appreciated her honesty. She did show me some more post surgery pics to properly scare me about future surgery, but I do appreciate knowing what I would be getting myself into. She suggested looking into med spa treatments and even gave me some names (one located within her office) and said to come back years from now...and in the meantime to send my mom. :) Overall, I was really impressed with the way she explained everything and her honesty. I'd highly recommend if on the hunt for an ophthalmologist.

She reached for her "Horrors of Possible Risks Picture Binder," and told me I was welcome to consult with another surgeon. Meanwhile, that eye didn't fully close. I had dry eye, constantly. That eye CROSSED if I opened my eyes wide. I was advised by my ophthalmologist to "wait a while to see if it settles down." It didn't. Another (excellent) oculoplastic surgeon performed corrective surgery (to the corrective surgery), and removed scar tissue. That mostly improved the eye crossing, but the eye still doesn't close when I sleep. I now have to have further surgery to severe my orbitalis muscle and re-attach it, then possibly another surgery for repair if that causes droopy eye. All of this is covered by my insurance, and my insurance surely would have paid Dr Fountain. ANY plastic surgeon I've consulted performs revisions if something goes haywire. But, not Dr. Fountain. RUN!

Although I really dislike leaving negative reviews, I feel compelled to express my concerns, so others are aware. After the surgery, I noticed a line and indentation above my jawline on the right side of my face. When I asked Doctor Block if it would eventually fade, his response was simply, "maybe, maybe not." I returned for a follow-up hoping for more guidance, but the suggestion was to use fillers. This left me wondering why I had bothered with a Facelift in the first place if fillers were going to be the solution. Additionally, the neck lift that was supposed to improve my appearance did not meet my expectations. My neck still looks problematic, and despite multiple visits, I felt there was a lack of concern or helpful input from Doctor Block and their staff. Even after nearly a year had passed, I sent photos asking for advice after consulting with two other surgeons, but the response remained indifferent. Based on my experience, I would caution others against choosing Doctor Block for facial surgery. I did not feel supported or cared for by them or their staff throughout the process. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

We were 7 min late. I own that. Receptionist got me in the room with paperwork to finish at 15 min past appt time. Assistant walks in and says due to us being late, we can only discuss 2 top things, and full exam isnt an option. Unfortunately, as I counted on full body exam, and my daughter is a 15 year old, I did not recall specific areas of concern, as body scan would have resurfaced these. Assistant further said that appts itself is 15 min so we are past our entire time. Which is totally inaccurate as when I was there for full body scan, they cut a part of my mole and sent to lab. So that was the same appt and def lasted more than 15 min. In-between assistant and Karen walking in, I gave quick glance at my girl and found one of larger moles I needed doctor to look at. When doctor Karen Chen walked in, she has same attitude that we are late and thus no full exam is allowed. She did not ask me what was the issue and why I brought my child. She went on to address irrelevant minor issue my daughter brought up that was more cosmetic in nature than representing any health risks. She went on for 10 min to talk about the first issue. Finally I had a chance to bring up the real issue which was large mole. My daughter hesitated to lift up her shirt and show it to doctors. She looked at Karen and asked "should I lift my shirt". To what Karen did not say anything. When I tried to put some pressure to proceed and brought up that we just wasted 10 min on irrelevant topic, Karen asked me "Were you 15 min early to this appt to fill out forms". This was obviously not a real question, as we all knew I was not. So when I said "instead of arguing, why dont you look at serious things you can help with", Karen looked at my daughter and said " I am so sorry" implying that I was out of line and ended the appt. The fact that professional health providers do not look for guidance from PARENTS but undermine parents in front of children and instead listen to minors asking for irrelevant issues, is very unprofessional. I called the office same day looking to speak to Dr. Divya Singh-Behl owner of the clinic about this incident and obvious gaps in Karen's training. I did get a call back today from Tara, office manager. She left a VM. I called back and was on hold for 7 min until someone picked up. When they tried to transfer me to Tara, they dropped my call. I called back at 3.30 pm today trying to reconnect and was on hold 11 minutes before general voicemail picked up. I still was not able to connect to anyone as of now. Very unfortunate experience of critical gap in this specific Karen Chen dermatologist approach and attitude and apparently not adequate staffing during work hours.

The attached screenshots show the call timestamps and the text confirmation from Upright MRI's number verifying our communication. 4. Based on that assurance, we believed all pre-appointment requirements were met. On October 13, 2025, upon arrival for the MRI, the staff displayed unprofessional behavior. Without asking for identifying information, one staff member bluntly asked, "Did you do blood work within six weeks?" and stated that Upright MRI "does not and cannot request labs," directly contradicting the earlier conversation and text message confirmation. The interaction left both myself and the client uncomfortable and concerned about the credibility and coordination of the facility
