I waked in about 3:15pm and there was someone else in a chair but I thought it's no big deal, because I'm next. I had a 4pm appointment so plenty of time. After 15 minutes someone else walks in. At this point, I'm informed this new customer has an appointment and will go after the existing customer who is still in the chair getting his haircut. So back of the line for me. I didn't actually get my hair cut, because I don't have all day to hope I can get squeezed in. Here's a customer service tip. If you take appointments and you have one coming soon, let the customer who just walked in off the street that doesn't have an appointment know they're not actually next in line. Don't let them waste valuable time waiting for a hair cut only to learn that you're only going to cut their hair if a slot opens up. It's rude and disrespectful and worth one star.

Normally you face the mirror while someone cuts your hair... for some reason Christian decided to have me facing away from the mirror. I was told my hair was greasy even though its very dry from Accutane. Apparently I was not welcome. I did not realize this was what my neck looked like till I got home. I've never had an "injury" from a barber. Christian said he had been cutting hair for 3 years...
