When we had no power, this place worked perfectly. Parking was easy - in garage. We did Door dash as the bagel/cinnamon bun from hotel didn't hit the spot. The onside pool worked great except when there's multiple families it is loud and all seating is in a splash zone. Room was spacious enough and had all amenities. Clean and friendly front desk. We asked at checkin for the Camp Aloft Option for my kid. It looked cooler on instagram though. When it came, it was missing the actual tent canopy so it was just a twin air mattress with a forrest themed comforter. It was comfy enough for him though. You can walk to pizza poggio up the hill. The bar looked like a popular happy hour spot but we didn't eat there and instead ordered door dash. read more

New 3 star hotel that is owned by Marriott Bonvoy but think if it to be like a college dorm. The constant banging that I thought was a baseball being thrown against the wall the first morning here turned out to be the heavy glass shower doors. They started richotating about 4 am. As soon as you open the door after a shower, water spills onto the floor. Went through towels quickly due to this. The tile in the shower and bathroom have large grouts so it was uncomfortable stepping on them barefoot. I was here 5 nights and had to ask for TP and towels because the room was never refreshed. Their policy is to clean every 2 days. Told the manager at checkout who offered extra member points. There are 2 small square windows a foot from the floor without shades. So when it was the crack of dawn, the sunlight came in and woke me up. See photo. There's a desk with a side lamp and a rolling desk chair which was appreciated. The bed was all right. Pillows were super flat; two doubled still put my neck flat on the mattress. The closet rod is facing the wrong direction so one can't see their clothes, as the rod goes from the back panel facing you instead of left to right. 4 hangers weren't enough for a 5 day business trip so doubled items on them. There's an ironing board hidden in the headboard. No ice machines. There are bags of ice in a mini freezer so communal touching. Loud hallway noise. Can hear people in the next room just talking with the TV on. Charged for parking daily. read more

I stayed here for one night with a friend and there are definitely great aspects to the property. There is ample parking underground, the A/C was great and there was a ton of space in the room. The staff was friendly and we were able to check in early which was nice. However, the overall aesthetic was...odd. I can't quite tell if they are trying to be a hip spot or a motel with some upgrades. The sink design in our room was pretty to lo9ok at but caused us to spill and dribble water every time we brushed our teeth or washed our faces. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean which was most important, and it was quiet on a Saturday night. I did not like the window from the shower into the bedroom and hated the pocket door for the bathroom that made a ton of noise if one needed to use the washroom overnight. This would be a great room for a solo traveler but was not ideal for us 2. We did love the view out the window, the proximity to Redmond and Bellevue and short drive to Seattle. read more

Love Aloft hotels. They are consistent in quality and rooms are exactly the same as 10 years ago. This is my first time staying at this location and it didn't disappoint. Room was very clean and comfortable. I stayed at the 7th floor which is the highest floor. The water temperature of the shower was awesome. I love the brand. However, they gave me a wonky Accessible room that really was poorly executed and more poorly maintained. Not only was the bathroom falling apart, but I am REALLY peeved that they are too cheap to clean it anymore but have NO problem not passing the discount on to me as they rake in the profits. It really is steaming me that they are raving about the profitability they are making during the waning times of COVID by providing poor/lesser services. We found this place after booking at a terrible hotel in Bothell, and checking out immediately. Aloft is safe, clean, and the rooms are very nice and spacious (with enough space to set up work for two people). Our room came with a mini-fridge, and the bed was super comfy and the sheets smelled clean (didn't have nasty perfume scent from a previous guest, etc). The garage was super convenient- we got a ticket to enter, but after checking in, we used the hotel room key card to get in and out of the garage. The area is quiet, and while it's next to 405, it's not loud at all (at least during overnight hours). Check-in was a breeze, and we literally booked it less than 10 minutes prior online, and found a nice place to sleep for the night. I'd 100% stay here again if we need to while our bathroom is getting demo'd. read more

I've always tried to stay at a Aloft when I travel, mainly because I like the upscale feel without paying the upscale prices. The Aloft in Redmond was pretty good. Great comfortable beds, clean sheets and very spacious. The only downside that I could see in my room is that the carpet has some crusted soil stain. Oh, the low pressure shower head made it a bit harder to get clean. WXYZ lounge was good but service can be hit or miss when it is extremely busy. One night, I was waiting 30 minutes to get my check. Mainly because the 2 tables that I was sandwiched in between were so needy. One didn't bother looking at the bill and try to fight it after they were charged and the other were complaining about their poor taste in wine/beer. Maybe they need an additional helper but I docked a star because of service. Other than that, this was in walking distances to a few campuses, like Microsoft. Also, there are plenty of Asian restaurants in walking distances. read more

I have always love the Aloft chain and this place is no exception. Plus it is still pretty newish. I like new hotels. Located right next to the Microsoft campus, I guess it has many corporate guests here. We did not really see many other guests or hear them much. It is 7 stories high with a nice looking pool and outdoor bbq area. That is shared by both Element and Aloft. The staff are all very helpful and polite and friendly. You can get complimentary coffee and tea in the morning at the breakfast area. There are water and ice station on each level (Brita tap). The room is comfortable and big for the 2 Queen beds option. I love the Bliss products (common for all Aloft hotels) in the room. The beds and pillows are soft but they also provide support. Hairdryer is provided but there is no bathrobes or bedroom slippers or dental kit. Then again this is considered a 3-star hotel? I think for this price range and category, Aloft is excellent. I will stay here again, plus it is near my favorite cupcake place too. I realized many good restaurants in seattle also have a branch in Bellevue. So if you have a car, you do not need to stay inside seattle itself and battle the awful traffic. Parking is $12/day. Pretty decent. I think there are street parking around too. Overall, my stay was good for being a clean room; however, the front desk does not know what they are doing most of the time, very in a rush as far as Customer Service goes, and they seem to constantly be in a battle with the Element's front desk person. Every night, there were people running up and down the halls at night, the bar/restaurant closes way too early, like the rest of the town, and housekeeping entered my room the last day I was there, even when I had the 'Do not Disturb' sign on the door. Lovely modern hotel located near the Microsoft campus and just a few blocks from the freeway. We stayed here during a late week conference and had ourselves a very nice time! Upon entering we found ourselves in a standard Aloft - not as hipster as a "W" hotel but trending there. Lots of modern decor, but toned down to a point where it feels like they aren't trying too hard. The folks at checkin we're very nice. They also have a small dog near the counter. We saw it each time we left so I'm not sure if it lives here or just belonged to one of the staff. Either way it was very nice. The rooms are good size and feel like a cross between a dorm room and a hotel room. Everything trends modern but overall is very functional. The TV is good size and mounted on the wall, there's plenty of desk type space to spread out, lots of outlets to recharge the average of 7 screened items that each person has, and the beds are comfy. Tile and glass are the rules in the bathroom so everything feels very sleek - important while showering! The counter in the bathroom area isn't overly big, but it had plenty of room for my better half a stuff and for my smaller footprint! They've got free coffee, tea and fruit for breakfast in the lobby and other stuff is available for purchase. It's standard hotel expensive, but if the company is paying for it, you're good to go! Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants a block or two away. Parking is $12 per day with a couple in and outs includes. Not sure what happens for you go over the limit but it wasn't an issue for us. The place also has a pool, gym and some pretty nice outdoor space for the three weeks a year when it's not raining! This was a good spot to spend a couple nights. Close to the interstate for getting around but far enough away that there's no noise from the traffic. Rooms are comfortable and when looking in the area, it was the most affordable Starwood property. Next time we're in need of a place on the east side of the lake, this is probably where we'll end up! read more

I love this hotel! I got a kick-ass deal for a nightly rate here on Expedia so I decided to try it out. (I used to live in Redmond - for nearly 25 years!, - and when I moved 2 years ago, this hotel wasn't here. This whole area in the Overlake area has changed SO much in two years: new hotels and apartment complexes, new roads and streetlights and shops... Wow). This place may be two years old but it feels brand spanking new. It's clean, modern, still has that "new place" smell. Very trendy interior, like a boutique hotel, really. The lobby has a cool check-in desk, lots of glowing accent lighting, a very hip lounge/bar adjacent to the lobby, and more. Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, a nice waiting area, doggie bowls in the vestibule (I like that they're dog friendly!). And the ladies who checked me in (and the lady who checked me out) were super friendly and nice. Really, smooth in and out process, and very fast. No surprises. What's not to like here? Parking in the hotel underground garage is $12/day but I got a spot on the street behind the hotel. And street parking is free. Can't beat that. (I had heard that there are more car prowls in the garage than on the Redmond streets here too, FYI. Not sure if that's true, but it's something to think about). My hotel room was terrific. Clean and modern. I really dig the aesthetics here. Very compact, though; they packed a punch when they designed the place. There's a room safe (LOVE that! Lots of hotels no longer have this feature), hair blower, Bliss products (so nice), very comfortable bed and pillows, large tv and lots of outlets in the room. Free wi-fi. There's no microwave but there's a small fridge (no freezer, though). There is a microwave in the lobby if one needs, though. I didn't use the pool or fitness room but the photos looked super nice, and there's a huge outdoor patio which also looked lovely. My only complaints - and they are very minor: the toilet paper and Kleenex products in the room are rough. If one has a cold (as I did) and/or GI issues (which I did, too), using their paper products was not the best. But hey, all in all, this was a fabulous place and I plan on staying here whenever I visit the Seattle Eastside. read more

In all seriousness, this might actually be the worst hotel experience in the history of hotel experiences. Anything that could possibly go wrong did in fact go wrong. Do not,under any circumstances, be fooled by the deceiving lure of this establishments online presence. They are by no means who/what they say that are. Upon arrival, the hotel emits a colorful, multifarious atmosphere, providing lively decor and an array of extracurricular activities such as cornhole, video games, food and bar, and other indulgent related necessities. By all means shall you not be fooled by this wretched ruse...Let me run you through my experience. A few of my colleagues and I were in town due to business reasons and were staying at the facility with hopes of pleasant escapades following long hours of work. Boy, were we duped. We had asked the front desk if cornhole was still available for play and if there would be bags in the area of play. The man at the front desk swiftly responded with "yes there is bags up there for y'all, have fun." Excited, we rushed to the cornhole area, only to find out that this man was nothing short of a pathological liar. We had discovered that only one (1) corn hole bag was present in the area, leaving seven (7) bags yet to appear. We called down to the front desk to ask the man where the bags might be. After six minutes on hold, once we realized he had forgotten we were on the line, we called back. The same dude that told us bags were available then informed us that the bags had actually been stolen weeks prior. Come on now. Sent us up to the cornhole area damn well knowing that there were no bags waiting for us in the promise land. Following dismay, we seeked shelter amongst the gas fire pit close by. We tried to turn it on, quickly realizing this facility is no where near capable of sustaining amenities as the fire pit too, did not work. We quickly retreated to the lobby to run some fifa and 1v1s on the facility's xbox. We got the controllers from the front desk and played for the following hours without interruption or conjecture. The night ended there. The next day is where things go south. After a gruesome and taxing day of work, my colleagues seeked to enjoy a similar night of playful competition on the hotels xbox. However, we were first greeted with a heinous discovery on the elevator. I SHIT you not, there was a puddle of watery feces on the elevator floor. Still not sure wether or not it was of human origin, i am heavily concerned for the facility's sanitary integrity. We dodged the bullet and took the other elevator with high hopes that the revolting sight wouldn't falter the evenings escapades. We retrieved more controllers from the front desk and continued to run some fifa 18 in the lobby. As the night grew late, the same man at the front desk that had lied about the cornhole bags' whereabouts had informed us that he was clocking out for the night and that we could return the controllers to the front desk whenever we had finished for the night. No more than 20 minutes later, this hitler-esque woman who "claimed" to be supervisor told us that we had to return the controllers immediately. Yet again, another detrimental lie from the man at the front desk....after a short trip to the water closet, the night ended abruptly with feelings of resentment, anger, and sadness. Icing on the cake may in fact be the housekeeping service. Although the room was clean and bed was made, they forgot to provide me with bath towels. obviously , i only figured this out as i'm dripping wet out of the shower, walking around my hotel room looking for something to dry my cooch with. Unreal. Unprofessional. Next thing you know they're forgetting to change the bed sheets and empty the trash pail. Bartender rudely came and told us that we cannot have outside food or beverage by the fireplace unless we buy something from there horrible bar and restaurant food no thanks we were nowhere near the bar and we're not told of these ridiculous rules any other Marriott that I've gone to and I've asked if I can eat outside food anywhere in the hotel has been fine except this aloft Hotel! Not only did the bartender try to intimidate us, but she was pissed off that the front desk told us that it was OK clearly they all have not been trained properly and don't know customer service in the hotel hospitality! They literally try to force you to purchase from their bar and restaurant, even though their food is crap. If you read all the reviews on Google and TripAdvisor you will definitely see what I mean to force your guess to purchase your nasty food and on top of charging a 25% gratuity no thanks Will not have a strict diet do not cater to when I asked to speak to the manager. The general manager kept blowing up my phone at 7:30 AM and rudely did not apologize nor rectify the situation. He just made it worse. I paid for 3 nights stay I checked out on evening of the third night unfortunately my son showed up. Izzi the customer service representative at Elements is so Rude. She asked me and my son to pay, for bag chips which is already paid for for the 3rd night. Her tone and body language is rude. She treated my son disrespectful and unfairly. How stupid it is to deny a service which is already paid for under the room service. I just want to pass my appreciation to Craig the night supervisor who calmed my son and treated us right. Izzi is not the kind of person you want to put behind customer service desk. Not so great a great body language and tone. Bliss products were an added bonus as I have sensitive skin and have a hard time with most hotel shampoo and soap. Indoor pool was so fun for the kiddo and everything was super clean and well maintained. If you can find parking outside go for it as underground parking is $15/day. The rooms seem congested so I wasn't sure about staying here from the get go because I'm claustrophobic..so after speaking with the receptionist upon check in she made me comfortable in staying here saying she was going to give us a good room knowing my concerns..this was important because I was going to spend most of my time here in the room..then my boyfriends coworker checks in AFTER us and says he got a spacious corner room with recliners and all. Our room has two tiny windows that you can't look out to because there are desks in front of them built into the wall.. room is tiny!! We have two queen beds in here and a wall that feels like it's caving in on you..then I asked to see the gym before checking in which is literally behind a semi glass window in the lobby area practically and she said she can't let me in but I could look through..lol just bizar Then my phone was on their WiFi and the internet kept booting me out and my calls kept dropping..that hasn't happened to me since the early 2000's! Then I go into the fridge to take my meds and notice the fridge is not even cold..by that I mean that your food will literally spoil if kept in there so I didn't trust my medication being in good condition so I have to go to the pharmacy after I call my doctor in the am to prescribe me my meds..worst part is I call down and let them know and she proceeds to tell me they are all like that! And that if I leave things for a while it will get cold..my response was that I had things in there and they are almost at room temperature ..she seemed frustrated and treated me as if though I was bothering her telling me she did not have an engineer on duty and will see if she can get another fridge. The guy comes in and just drops this fridge off.. after I unplugged the fridge for him and just leaves the fridge with the chord stuck under it UNPLUGGED.. and leaves.. customer service does not exist here especially being under the Marriott brand. Stay elsewhere..many places here that are really nice at the same rate and actually lower.. very disappointed but it's too late to check out today and go elsewhere..:/ makes me not want to ever stay at this brand again..bad customer service Aloft! Update and response to management. First off yelpers, if you look at most of the responses from management, they are smooth with their words with sarcasm. Who has a long drawn out reply (almost arguing with a customer on yelp).. says a lot! We didn't want to be dramatic because john was so nice and we nicely asked to be switched back. Also the tub was FILTHY!! The one and only thing that was nice about your hotel was the shower in the first room..so when we were switched, it was not to an upgraded room as you speak of. So we didn't decline the offer..we moved to that room and now you know why we moved back. Sad that you don't even know we moved to that room, never declined it till the filth, the darkness, broken fridge (to store my meds) and nasty tub. And last but not least. The complimentary breakfast??? That's funny! Neha or whatever her name was would not honor the breakfast coupon saying that is was dated for yesterday (the day before checkout) and there was NO date on those cards! I will post pics when I get back from my trip..you told us that we can only use it for a prepared breakfast bowl while john told us we can use it anywhere in the hotel and for anything for up to $20!! You told us that we can grab a breakfast bar or muffin up to $10 and will not offer the $20 let alone for breakfast because you said that was till 10am and we showed up at 10:20pm because again John said we could use it anywhere in the hotel. With that said, I have put an official complaint with Marriott and they are doing an investigation on this whole matter. Since I can see you or whoever filled your management with lies based on your response here and the fact that you lack knowledge on what happened all together, I will be contacting them again for an update and not only sharing my review but others reviews as well. Good hotel. Young, trendy vibe. The hotel opened at the end of June 2017 so it is still very new and they are working out some kinks, but the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful so I trust that they will be kink-free in no time. We walked past a few rooms that were still being worked on and there was a distinct "new" smell in the room. Starbucks, Safeway and several food options are all within a very easy walking distance. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to areas within a 5 mile radius. We planned to Uber around town but ended up not needing it. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is an opaque window from the bathroom to the sleeping area which is strange and not very functional. If one person uses the restroom at night the light comes streaming into the sleeping area. The toilet has a very jarring flush (my husband accurately likened it to the flush on an airplane toilet) so if the light didn't wake you up, the flush will. The walls are thin for hotel standards. I could hear people in the hallways and footsteps from the floor above us. The pool is small but opens up into a nice lounge area. Not big enough for laps but big enough for a nice dip. There is no room service but they will allow you to take things from the bar or the Element Hotel (which is connected to Aloft) up to your room. They do not honor Starwood employee deals. Room service was disappointing. We were gone all day but room service showed up at 5:30pm as I was walking back to the room, so it just didn't get done. All in all, we had a good experience here and would recommend this hotel mostly for short stays and business trips. read more

Pay the extra few bucks around the corner and be satisfied. This place is brutal. The front desk staff is horrible and has no customer service skills whatsover. The manager is a step below average and not much help. We arrived on Friday around noon, wanted to wait for some food and drinks at the WXYZ lounge downstairs. Went downstairs on Friday at 4:00 pm and the lounge opened and closed immediately. Asked what happened and they said staff issue. Then come to find out the food and drinks are CLOSED on the weekend? Huh??? What do you mean? Trying to get ahold of any staff or front desk is almost impossible. Front desk staff leaves at 9:45 pm and anything you need after this time you need to walk across the street and deal with the other hotel. Total inconvenience. They service your room every 4 days, so if you're looking for cleanliness, forget it. I've stayed over 500 nights in Marriott properties and I must say, this is one of the worst. About front desk service: The hotel double and triple charge us with the same room/same stay and the front desk would not let us speak to the manager to get the wrong charges resolved . It's been three days all they do is postponing us and told us the manager is not there and they could not help us resolve it. One of them told us it's "authorization, not a charge" but when we call the bank they told us it is charges. I had a $300 e-gift card from Marriott that I received for applying for their Marriott Bonvoy Visa Card. When I checked out, I showed the front desk agent the email confirmation for the e-gift card. However, the agent did not know how to redeem a gift card for a hotel stay and said they needed a manager to help. Even though I contacted the hotel again to request that the gift card be applied to my stay, I was charged the full amount and have not yet received a refund. It's frustrating to receive a great promotional offer from Marriott only to have problems redeeming it at the hotel due to a lack of staff training. Its a sad story...Everyone at this site was AWESOME. The Bartender - Rock Star, the front desk staff, amazing...BUT, I could not connect to wifi in my room. I dealt with it for one full night of coming down to the lobby to use my laptop. The next morning I needed to do work. I travel for business. WIFI is essential for my business needs...So, I called the front desk. I spoke with an incredibly friendly, and as helpful as could be person, but nothing we tried helped. She then transferred me to the most unhelpful person I have encountered in quite some time- The Manager...:-( Her first comment was that she was on WIFI with no issues...Really, I called you about a problem I was having. Not a great time to tell me that you aren't having a problem! Then asked me if it was corporate laptop...Like I need you tell me about my laptop that I've used for years! In a condescending voice that she has mastered, she said that she would send techs to my room... Lady, you are so rude! I really could no longer deal with her ridiculous condescending tone, I asked her why she was talking to me in such a condescending manner? This is the way I sound she exclaimed... And then wanted to argue about it. Lol...WORK ON THAT!!!...As a manger, your phone voice sucks and you know full well that you are a rude person. I have been a Hospitality coach for many years. You need help... You definitely need training in order to do your job more professionally. And yes, for the record, I hung up on this person, and for the record I will never stay here again... We have stayed at Aloft in 2 other states, and this one also did not disappoint. It's new and hip. Our room (422?), located in a corner, is extremely spacious, at over 500 square feet. There are many eateries nearby, and Seattle is only a 20-minute drive away. If you want to be away from the city, Redwood is a good choice. Will definitely stay here again given the competitive rate. read more

I'm loving my stay, new modern feel. This hotel has the basic necessities - work desk, comfy bed, cozy and comfortable room, small fridge. It's clean, and there is a nice bar downstairs with moderate pricing. It's also very quiet with indoor and outdoor seating for larger groups. WiFi is good. I would recommend a few bottled waters in the room or upon guest arrival. A great perk would also be a microwave in the room, it's more accommodating when I have one available. This hotel is new and is still working out the kinks. It has some areas it needs to work on, but the price reflects that so I think it's fair. The reasons for the three stars: We checked in at the standard check-in time and still had to wait 15-30 minutes after paying before our room was ready The alarm was not reset from the previous guest so we got a lovely 6AM wakeup You have to request robes (no problem), but I requested two and was given zero The door to the hallway was not attached properly in my room. The door wouldn't close without pushing it, and the deadbolt wouldn't line up at all (so it was unusable) The lights are on a sensor and will go off every 10 minutes or so if it doesn't detect movement, however the sensor can't see the bed. Really annoying to have the lights go from normal to pitch black while you're trying to read, etc Again, I understand that this is a new hotel trying to find their feet. I'll give them a shot in the future, and if anything changes I'll update this review. read more

Hands down by far the best hotel I've stayed at. This hotel was honestly everything I could want from luxury, modern looks, superior customer service, and a spacious well-thought-out room. With a hip bar downstairs as well as many different games you can play like shuffle board and gigantic jenga, there was no way you couldn't keep yourself entertained during the down-time you have. The staff was courteous and respectful with a "green" concept that rewarded you for not using room service. I really enjoyed and loved everything about this hotel. They really set the bar high and I encourage you to check this place out if you get the opportunity! read more

Could not say enough great things about this hotel. I needed to stay in Redmond for work, and was happy to find this place. It is very clean, and the service is top notch. I arrived at the hotel at 10am, and they were able to get me into a room on arrival (i realize that this is often out of the hotel's control, but it was still great). There is a great place to grab snacks 24/7 and the wifi is free. When I got back to the hotel at 9pm there was a great vibe in the downstairs bar, and it was in general way more lively and fun (but not loud in the rooms) than i expected a hotel in the suburbs to be. This experience was generally a good, solid, 4 star experience until I met Twizzler, Y'all. This hotel is running a foster program where it houses a dog until it finds a home. They will never give up on Twizzler until she finds a home, and she gets to be sociable with the guests and have a happy life while she waits for a forever home. My only regret right now is not being able to take Twizzler home with me. And this is coming from a cat person. read more

We just got back from our trip to Seattle/Redmond. We stayed at the Aloft for the first time. I really enjoyed it. The staff is great. Very friendly and always willing to help. They have a pool which we both enjoyed. It's not a big pool but big enough to do some laps which we both enjoyed. The room was nice and clean, clean, clean which is very important to us. After our experience last year at the little creek resort and casino the cleanliness of this hotel was big. Everywhere you go in this hotel it smells clean which is great and very refreshing. We ended up ordering from the bar downstairs the fish tacos. Very good. Over all our stay here was great and would recommend it to anyone. One easy thing they could do for more convenience in the room is put a keurig in there. Overall it was a thumbs up for us. read more

Worst customer service ever. Air was selected at 65*. Room was anywhere from 65-75*. House phone doesn't work in my room. Called via cell phone the local number and was never once offered a room change. Parking is a joke. Don't drive a SUV here. Won't fit in garage (under 6'4). So was told to find parking else where. Ok, 3 blocks away. Thanks ALOFT. You have failed miserably. Plenty of other hotels around. read more

I booked this hotel over two months ago and they canceled my room 5 days before the start of my trip. I am now going to Seattle in middle of a tournament with no room. I received a text notification. The corporate office refused to help and the manager would not return my phone call. This is how they treat a Marriott Member. #neverMarriott read more

Exceptionally crisp, clean and comfy! Service excellent. The only tiny issue was a soggy sandwich but, it was literally the ONLY downside to the whole place. I will definitely stay here again. Bed was amazing. The entire place was sparkling and contemporary. read more

I was not impressed. The hotel is new, so it's clean. The decor is "modern," but most of it feels and looks very cheap. Whatever cable service they're using is the worst I've seen-- couldn't watch the World Cup or the local Mariners game- plenty of paid programming, though, if that's your speed. The bathroom door is so heavy that my 8 year old son couldn't close it himself. Breakfast and parking are not free (easy to miss during booking). There's no microwave in room (not promised, but I didn't even notice or think to check since I haven't stayed in a hotel in the past 10 years that didn't have one). The fridge does not have a freezer. No bathrobes (listed as an amenity). Noise seemed to travel more easily than most places I've stayed. On first day, we left the room at 10:30a and returned at 11:30p to find that our room hadn't been serviced. Front desk was nice but not very helpful. The hotel charged us twice-- I paid weeks in advance when I booked the room, and they charged me again while I was there. Manager was not in, so I called back the next day. I spoke with 4 people, was transferred 8 times, and spent at least 30 minutes on hold. The general manager explained that he'd been there 3wks and couldn't help. Eventually someone explained that they "clicked the wrong button." They say they released the funds, but apparently they are not remotely at fault for this or the fact that it overdrafted my account resulting in fees over $100. read more

I basically paid $200 for one night in the "1 king bed savvy room" which isn't cheap, but the customer service and overall quality of this hotel wasn't worth the price. 1) We got a connecting room (door that connects to another room) and the lock was not aligned to the hole, so our door couldn't lock. Even though there's a door stopper, it makes me feel unsafe sleeping knowing there are strangers next door that could easily open our door. 2) There isn't a microwave in our "King savvy room." Not expecting a full kitchenette or whatever but having a microwave is the bare minimum cause even motel 6 has a microwave in all their rooms. 3) Unless it's a hotel in Vegas or downtown (cause parking is actually limited in dt), I think parking should be free. Especially if you're paying $200 a night or booking a suite. Overall, I don't think this hotel is worth the rate that they charge. Wouldn't recommend. I think you get more bang for your buck at Holiday Inn and Double Tree. read more

This hotel is a bit over-priced and the rooms are cramped, which is surprisingly. But it's extremely modern! Everything is sparkling, brand new and the staff is super friendly/helpful. Do keep in mind that you have to pay separately for parking if there is none available in the back! read more
