Love Aloft hotels. They are consistent in quality and rooms are exactly the same as 10 years ago. This is my first time staying at this location and it didn't disappoint. Room was very clean and comfortable. I stayed at the 7th floor which is the highest floor. The water temperature of the shower was awesome. The shower gel and shampoo smelled great and not sure if it is indeed from Drybar, however, I enjoyed the scent. Glad I stayed here

Good customer service and its a quiet place close to restaurants and public transportation. the only reason i gave 4 stars is because their restaurant is small and there is nothing to choose from. other than its nice.

The bathroom really had trouble with the shower, the seat loose and a was a wreck.

I love the brand. However, they gave me a wonky Accessible room that really was poorly executed and more poorly maintained. Not only was the bathroom falling apart, but I am REALLY peeved that they are too cheap to clean it anymore but have NO problem not passing the discount on to me as they rake in the profits. It really is steaming me that they are raving about the profitability they are making during the waning times of COVID by providing poor/lesser services. Finally, the gap under the door made it a floodlight at night. I eventually stuffed towels under it so I could get some sleep.

I have always love the Aloft chain and this place is no exception. Plus it is still pretty newish. I like new hotels. Located right next to the Microsoft campus, I guess it has many corporate guests here. We did not really see many other guests or hear them much. It is 7 stories high with a nice looking pool and outdoor bbq area. That is shared by both Element and Aloft. The staff are all very helpful and polite and friendly. You can get complimentary coffee and tea in the morning at the breakfast area. There are water and ice station on each level (Brita tap). The room is comfortable and big for the 2 Queen beds option. I love the Bliss products (common for all Aloft hotels) in the room. The beds and pillows are soft but they also provide support. Hairdryer is provided but there is no bathrobes or bedroom slippers or dental kit. Then again this is considered a 3-star hotel? I think for this price range and category, Aloft is excellent. I will stay here again, plus it is near my favorite cupcake place too. I realized many good restaurants in seattle also have a branch in Bellevue. So if you have a car, you do not need to stay inside seattle itself and battle the awful traffic. Parking is $12/day. Pretty decent. I think there are street parking around too. P.S.: There is a basket of feminine products available in the washroom at the lobby. That is very progressive!

Lovely modern hotel located near the Microsoft campus and just a few blocks from the freeway. We stayed here during a late week conference and had ourselves a very nice time! Upon entering we found ourselves in a standard Aloft - not as hipster as a "W" hotel but trending there. Lots of modern decor, but toned down to a point where it feels like they aren't trying too hard. The folks at checkin we're very nice. They also have a small dog near the counter. We saw it each time we left so I'm not sure if it lives here or just belonged to one of the staff. Either way it was very nice. The rooms are good size and feel like a cross between a dorm room and a hotel room. Everything trends modern but overall is very functional. The TV is good size and mounted on the wall, there's plenty of desk type space to spread out, lots of outlets to recharge the average of 7 screened items that each person has, and the beds are comfy. Tile and glass are the rules in the bathroom so everything feels very sleek - important while showering! The counter in the bathroom area isn't overly big, but it had plenty of room for my better half a stuff and for my smaller footprint! They've got free coffee, tea and fruit for breakfast in the lobby and other stuff is available for purchase. It's standard hotel expensive, but if the company is paying for it, you're good to go! Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants a block or two away. Parking is $12 per day with a couple in and outs includes. Not sure what happens for you go over the limit but it wasn't an issue for us. The place also has a pool, gym and some pretty nice outdoor space for the three weeks a year when it's not raining! This was a good spot to spend a couple nights. Close to the interstate for getting around but far enough away that there's no noise from the traffic. Rooms are comfortable and when looking in the area, it was the most affordable Starwood property. Next time we're in need of a place on the east side of the lake, this is probably where we'll end up!

Loved this aloft. Super clean and in a great location that is walkable to coffee shops etc. the lobby and upstairs patio is very nice too

I paid for 3 nights stay I checked out on evening of the third night unfortunately my son showed up. Izzi the customer service representative at Elements is so Rude. She asked me and my son to pay, for bag chips which is already paid for for the 3rd night. Her tone and body language is rude. She treated my son disrespectful and unfairly. How stupid it is to deny a service which is already paid for under the room service. I just want to pass my appreciation to Craig the night supervisor who calmed my son and treated us right. Izzi is not the kind of person you want to put behind customer service desk. Not so great a great body language and tone. Izzi has to know we r not asking anything for free and we are requesting a service we did paid for. What a customer service representative!!! Save your pity attitude for some place else.

The staff working it are always exceptionally friendly to everyone. This Marriott is nice, the rooms are large and pretty modern feeling. The lobby area and bar/restaurant are open and airy feeling without being extremely loud most of the time. The staff all-around are super friendly. From the front-desk to the bartender. They have happily helped us with any issues we've run into. I've been very pleased with my stay.

Where to begin with this review…read more Well for starters, I've noticed quite a few reviews for the Seattle Marriott Redmond (to clarify this is the location inside of the Redmond Town Center, the naming can make it confusing), pointing out their poor service and disappointment around the room's and their cleanliness. To that I say, there's always going to be a one off, or an off day. I have been coming to this Marriott for the past decade plus, both for personal and business, and have also consistently chosen this location for all needed business room blocks, due to 1) the convenience of where it is located, you can't beat the access you have to everything you need, all right outside of the front doors 2) the staff and their genuine hospitality. For this trip I was here for business, and it has been about 5 years since I've last stayed. Now in those 5 years, a few things have changed, the biggest changes are as follows: All parking is valet now, $35 per day. Currently (as of May 2024) they do not have room service however they are in the process of bringing it back. Bottled water within rooms are a $2 charge each (there is a tag that clearly notes that on each bottle so everyone that is acting shocked that they were charged for the water... not sure where the miss is there lol) The members lounge has been upgraded and moved to the main floor. Also, Marriott Bonvoy has changed a bit so, in the past you needed gold tier elite status for lounges, now it is platinum tier. Now understandably some of these changes are not favored by some guests but, with the economy overall hospitality market the way it is, I don't think they're so drastic that it should make or break anyone's experience. Moving onto the rooms and their cleanliness. I stayed for a total of 4 nights and 5 days and had no issue with cleanliness. As a matter of fact, the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating when it came to my requests such as extra towels, pillow spray (lavender spray to help you sleep), and even extra coffee to be put in the room. Overall I had another consistently enjoyable stay, got to see some familiar faces within their staff (another nod to them as it's rare to see employee retention for that long in hospitality now a days) and will be back for my next trip without question! If you're coming to Redmond for business (or personal), take it from someone who has been coming to this Marriott for business trips for 10+ years, the convenience of the location, the staff, the service, it's hands down an obvious choice.

Giant lobby with a side section with high ceiling and lots of windows - lovely for getting some work done, maybe, on your laptop (as someone was). The event, Women's Day Out, was on the second floor. It was a ticketed event. There were a couple of levels of tickets and you could be a "VIP" and get a swag bag (I was not a VIP lol). After browsing the vendors at the event though I wonder if the swag bag mostly included coupons to use their services vs "free stuff." That was the main offering at the vendor tables - not so much "free stuff" as invites to try out their services at a later date. One spot was doing it "right" imo - was @onceuponaspa. They offered cute stickers for your nails and a cute mini nail file with a card explaining who they were. It was the perfect amount of "freebie" to allow us to witness their work (watching them put on the stickers) and to learn more about them - thus inspiring a return visit. Point is, almost no free samples. Just expected more of those at an event I paid to enter. Most generous offer came from @europeanwaxcenter who gave free eyebrow waxes. Thank you! As for the space, pretty cool for this type of thing, only a tiny bit cramped, would have liked the "vibe"/ambience to be a tad more "spa" - it was pretty business like; the lovely patio was hardly in use; a floral photo op was set very far away from everything else, etc. Also no complimentary refreshments - just water - really?! Ok yes my review has a theme. What I enjoyed was meeting new people, especially artists just starting out trying to make a living from their art. This could be a great networking event for an event organizer, for instance. Lots of great products from local creatives. @catchingfeelings (find them on Etsy!) very creative aesthetic sculpture; #StudioGhibli fans - check it out. @winnie+shine (a must if you have a Frenchie); extremely talented and professional - offered a gift w/ purchase. @revsravishingchocolates gorgeous artisanal custom chocolate for personal and corporate gifting @downtoearthpaper lovely artist saving the world one recycled paper notebook at a time; also stickers. @savialux skincare that smells REALLY GOOD. The hotel is located very conveniently in Redmond not far from the Town Center, and with parking available. Parking was crowded, yet I saw free spaces each time I was in the parking lot, which was great. I would totally stay at this hotel. @ontheeastsideevents @YelpWashington

I attended with at least 200 other women that I saw during my 2 hours there. Truly excellent vendors offering everything from direct services to jewelry and opportunities to purchase clothing directly from designers and get to know nonprofits that are working with pregnant families, children, mental health, etc. A wonderful gathering of vendors that would be important to know about. The phone service when I called at 7:30 in the morning was answered by Shawn who seemed to be the front desk manager -- his hospitality and warmth radiated with everyone he interacted with. He directed me upstairs and I had opportunity to see the meeting spaces including the outdoor spaces that were so comfortable and spacious. It was an excellent summer day so the breeze was perfect and the space above the street seemed idyllic. The waiting areas were abundant and very comfortable. Seating was not tight and the floor ceiling windows allowed for ample light and a sense of having a view of everything going on around us. Though I didn't see any of the rooms I appreciated the clean and comfortable hospitable spaces that included wall fireplaces that I imagine coming in quite handy on grayer days when it's raining outside. They also had complementary parking which was wonderful coming from Seattle.

Quality/Quantity: The hotel itself is clean, nice, and well designed. They offer breakfast with your stay and have really good food. We were impressed at the variety. The one issue we had that resulted in the loss of a star was the mattress of the couch bed. As you'll see in the photos there are several stains which at first grossed me out. My wife reminded me that all mattresses likely have similar stains. However those mattresses are already made so you can't see it so it is out of sight out of mind. Knowing the stains did make me feel a bit uneasy. Easy solution to this would be for the hotel to ensure that the couch bed is already made up so when pulled out no stains are visible. Value: The pricing was pretty fair considering what a nice area it was. We stayed 6 nights for about $2,000. Overall: The location is the best thing about this hotel. 1 minute walk to the Redmond Town Center which is full of so many restaurants and stores. My usual hotel is the Marriott located right alongside however for this work trip, my team voted to stay at the Residence as they wanted a more "extended stay" feel with a kitchenette included in the rooms. They also offer free continental breakfast every morning from 6:30-9 (although I never made it down in time) I did hear from my colleagues that it was actually really good! The front desk staff was friendly, room was clean, the only thing that caught me off guard was the $6 Celcius energy drink that I purchased from the little mart downstairs (but I get it, and I was expecting the mark up but, 300% is steep!) Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and yes it's a bit more of homey feel than the Marriott however I think that's the whole point! Also- parking. It's self park, $14 a day (compared to $35 a day at the Marriott which is valet only) Note that there are NO ELECTRIC CHARGERS!!! I had a electric rental and that made it a bit tricky. There is a charger (2 to be exact) inside the parking structure at Redmond Town Center which is about a 5 min walk however, it's only a 50w charger, slower than molasses, and the likelihood of it raining (which it was during my entire stay) makes that 5 min walk a lot longer.
