    Pillow menu was cool.

The staff and prompt service was amazing. I appreciated everything the staff did to make our stay on point. Our room was nice. The AC was not working properly. They sent maintenance to check it immediately. We were moved to another room, which was a suite. The only downside was we needed to queens and we were out in a king. The room amenities are up to par with the quality of the hotel. The tub came with a wash kit, soap, and a jar of lavender bath salts. The shower has a rain feature in it. While it is nice there is little water pressure. The hotel itself is beautiful. However, there is nothing to do within the hotel. The spa, fitness center and meeting rooms are located across. There is not a pool or a lounge nightlife. It is very very quiet.

Yes, we are local, but we stayed at this hotel because there's no power for few days due to wind storm that hit our area. No power, no heat, so yeah, I can't stand it anymore. So we called the hotel just making sure they have power, I dont trust the online reservation because It didn't tell you they have power or not. We booked for 2nights, but we ended up only stayed for 1 night because our power came back on the next day at noon. Yay. Parking: Valet only. Yes, you have to pay. In and out privileged. We checked in the lobby. The lobby is quiet small for intercontinental we stayed at other states or country. It was kinda slow. We got a $20 dining credit that can be used for coffee but we didn't know till when we checked out. They didn't tell us. The room is very spacious, so does the bathroom. I can live here forever. Perfect view to street to see westin, nordstrom. Plenty of closets and some more closet in the bathroom too. Plenty of amenity to use. There's bar area for extra charge. I love love love the room.

Great in-room coffee and tea bar!!

I travel for work. I'm a lifetime platinum with Marriott. I decided to go with this hotel as the conference I'm attending was here. Honestly, the boogiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I loved it. From the comfort of the room to the best part, their coffee bar, I've been won over!!! Time are also very quiet. I especially appreciate how the floor of the bed lights up when you get up in the middle of the night. I'll definitely be back!!!

We stayed here for the first time on a Saturday night and had the most wonderful experience! When we arrived around 1am, there were plenty of staff (which seemed odd at that hour, but they mentioned that we needed to clear the valet port because a team was arriving shortly, so there might've been a lot of staff in prep for those check-ins). We did feel a little rushed upon getting our items into the hotel, but once inside, I was in awe of the decor and cleanliness of the space. The receptionist was very kind, walking us to the elevator and informing us that she'd be there until 8am if we needed anything. Once we got to the room, we were even more amazed - there was a lovely display of chocolates and water on the side table! All of the room's amenities were delightful and the toiletries smelled lovely. In the morning, we went to the second floor for their breakfast buffet - we were the only ones there for a while, but the food was great! With a nice view and natural lighting too! When we requested late checkout, they offered for us to extend our checkout until 4pm - which seemed very generous. Even the receptionist at the desk when we checked out, I believe her name tag read Fia, was very hospitable. Service was top tier and provided for a little luxurious getaway from Portland!

Lovely night with a great view

An amazing experience, Nerea was so nice she instantly offered a better room and extend our check out time, engage with our night, outstanding customer service. highly recommended, everyone from the front desk to the valet parking, we're so kind and professional the room was clean with everything in order. We were celebrating our anniversary and we couldn't had a better surprise than a bottle of champagne with few more treats.

A view from the room, downtown Bellevue!

The check in desk and the valet staff were friendly, went above and beyond. The service was flawless, from unloading luggage, making sure that we had everything that we needed from our car. By the time we got checked in and went to the elevator to go to our room, we had an employee who let us in our room and had hung up the clothes and put out luggage in our room and held the room door open for us to enter. Very impressed with everything and I highly recommend!

Twice a year I'll stay in downtown Bellevue and visit a couple of my favorite restaurants. I stayed here in January 2025. Having stayed at other InterContinentals across the world, here are my thoughts: Pros: The hotel is new and is located in downtown Bellevue. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as numerous places to shop. The room was very nicely decorated in a modern design. I immediately noticed a pleasant, clean smell in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had excellent water pressure. The heating/AC worked well. I like the room cool at night, but warm in the morning. No issues with it at all. The staff were all very kind, helpful and friendly. The person checking us in, Adriana, did so quickly and pointed out places to explore. The concierge, Leanne, was amazing! She had plenty of great restaurant tips, with a few discounts to offer. The manager Ali, who I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast overall was good. It did offer some options and was quite delicious. Now, the cons....I booked my stay in the InterContinental website. On the day of checking in, I noticed a special on their website. The special, which was about $120 MORE than I originally had booked, offered parking and breakfast for two. I called the hotel (the number listed on Google for the Bellevue location), but was routed to a call service in Asia. When I asked to make the change to take advantage of the offer on their website, I was told it was impossible. I was told the ONLY way to take advantage of the offer was to pay a cancellation fee on my initial booking and then rebook using the offer. Keep in mind, I was trying to give the hotel MORE money than I initially had booked. I ended the phone call quite frustrated. I called a second time, hoping to directly contact the hotel. I again reached a call center in Asia. Why they outsource their calls to Asia is beyond me. Other 4 star hotels in Bellevue, including the Hyatt and Westin, can easily be directly contacted. Same thing when I called the second time...they said making a change (ie spending more money) was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager. They put me in touch with someone in Bellevue, but the phone connection was terrible. There was a delay on the phone with an echo. I asked to speak to someone else. I was connected to a manager named Ali. She was very understanding and apologetic and told me the change could be made, without penalty. I asked her if she could book it for me, but she said it needed to be booked online. By this point, I was frustrated and ready to book at the Westin, which I'd stayed at a few times before. After getting off the phone with Ali, I decided to try and book the special offer online. I did without any complications. Ali did call me back a few minutes later saying she also could book it for me. Altogether, it took me 74 minutes to change this reservation. Had I simply been able to call the Bellevue location directly, it probably could have been done in 5 minutes. Outsourcing calls to Asia? Why? The hotel has no pool and no spa. The other comparable hotels in downtown offer those. This is the first InterContinental I've stayed at that did not have ANY high-end hotel amenities. The restaurant upstairs was only open for breakfast. Again, for a hotel of this caliber, the restaurant should have been open. They did have a small bar in the lobby (lobby area is very small), but seating is just a few feet away from the check in area, making it awkward to sit there and relax. When I booked the room, I upgraded to a King Premium View Room. Though the room was very nice, it had no view, except into the QFC parking lot across the street. At the nearby Hyatt and Westin, our rooms had great views of downtown. While the breakfast was good, for $45/person I expected more. Intercontinental locations I've been at in Dubai, Singapore and Beijing have baristas and an egg chef providing fresh omelets, etc, along with a much wider range of options.

Gorgeous new place on the block!!…read more Stunning new event space right in south lake union/ downtown with sweeping lake union views. Views alone were worth a trip or 4!! Came for the opening of this shiny new spot yesterday. A gorgeous 3,000 square foot event space that was completely remodeled: with in house catering, vendors, event planners, photo booths, musician! And the food. It was like going to a super fun wedding minus the formality of it. The owner was there as well: super passionate and shared the story of how she bought this space sight unseen: took a long process in turning this into a gorgeous space that it is now. It was super cool! And the food!! They allow outside catering too but the in-house catering: Kaspar catering : baos topped with micro greens and mint. Steamed to serve! Poke rolls :delicious! Panna cotta : in a cup! Lisa Dupar catering: this one was fantastic as I've had a chance to taste their food in the past at a wedding. The gorgeous cupcakes, macarons, molasses cookies and stunning cake. All were so pretty! Mark ryan wine! I mean, what's not to love as it's one of the wineries I frequent in Woodinville wine country. My pup baci's favorite too. Luxe Photo Booth: this one was so fun! The 360 Photo Booth!! I've seen them in Time Squares recently as well as at a valentines event. But this one was so much more fun as I didn't have to wait in line or fight the crowd for it. The person that was running it was super friendly and helpful too. The jazz musician was pretty rad too. And they had valet!! Butler Valet: All the friendly guys in uniform waiting for you as you arrived during rush hour in downtown: pretty darn cool. All events should be this cool. I'm only going to events with valet from now on! Ok thanks. Overall, this was such a fun place.I came to check out the space: left with all the food and fun.The space, the team, the design, the music!! And that Photo Booth: all are essential part of throwing an epic event. All events should be this fun!! I guess they will be if you throw them here: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, sweet 16th. I wouldn't mind coming here for a photoshoot: hello contents!!Or just a fun anything event.Did I mention the views?? Ahh the possibilities!!!

My husband and I got married here in June of this year and we were so happy with our venue choice…read more Robinswood is a lovely space, it seems sort of rustic, but we were able to design our wedding to be anything but rustic. The highlight of working with this venue is Joanna. She is so incredibly warm and welcoming and focused on creating the event you want. She was available all the time and always answered emails and phone calls promptly. She is flexible and happy to meet and show you around and walk the grounds with you. She also suggested my amazing planner, Julia Pavlovski of Wedding Wise Seattle, and for that I am forever grateful (sorry, shameless plug, but it really was such a great recommendation). When I arrived to Robinswood on the day of, overwhelmed by everything that was going wrong (sooooo many things went wrong) Joanna saw me and gave me a giant hug and it really reassured me that she and the team were going to make sure everything in their power went perfect. And they did. The space is intimate. They say that they can fit over 200 people, but I wouldn't suggest it for over 100-125 as I feel you'd be quite cramped. We wanted an outdoor wedding and as it rained (even though the forecast was only 10% chance!!) on our big day, having the log cabin and awnings was a great relief for ourselves and our guests while the teams were prepping the reception area. The grounds are unique. I am actually a huge fan of the flow from ceremony garden area to cocktail/dancing area to reception area. It kept everyone organized and in one place. Additionally, their staff for day of is really great. We got compliments about the bartender and serving staff. I would say the things to be aware of is a lack of flexibility on their policies. Their policies are their policies and there isn't wiggle room, so if you were hoping to work with a specific caterer who isn't on their list, or serve liquor, or do a sparkler send off, etc be prepared to nix those ideas. In a way, it actually does make it easier for a bride to make decisions by narrowing down the options (trust me future brides, a million options is not always a good thing), but for people who have a very very specific idea in mind, talk to Joanna about those specific ideas before signing your contract to ensure detail you have in mind is allowed. Over all, we are very happy with Robinswood House. It was great for our perfectly imperfect day!

A pretty venue for a small wedding. Two things I did not like:…read more1) they only let you have a rehearsal for an hour between 9 to 4 weekdays which meant anyone working normal business hours or coming from out of town could not make it. 2) Joanna interrupted me during the reception to go over the credit she was giving me. We had scheduled an hour at the end of our rental for clean up (which was plenty of time since we did not serve food) so I don't know why she felt the need to interrupt me during a busy hectic time for something like that.

Very easy to see, and they also do a good job arranging cars by size so no one is in the way and enforcing people who randomly decide to turn their lights on. Real movie theatre popcorn! I had no idea how much I missed this after months and months of not having any. The neutral: Donations go to the nonprofit wing of the park! The not good: Sound is terrible. It's through the radio and the first fifteen minutes of the movie wasn't even working (they did not restart it). I guess you could say it made for a retro drive in movie experience with funny sound. Even with bad sound though this would have been a five star experience - IF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS. Every single one of the guests wore a mask. Only two employees were - the ones working the concession stand. The other four I saw did not even have a mask around their neck. Sure; they were outside, but come on! It's the law, and you are yelling directions so projecting your voice. I had even asked before if employees would be wearing masks and they said yes - but nope. Why????
