We were at your location, visible on your front cameras, and tried calling multiple times using the phone number listed on Google, Yelp, and in the confirmation email. No one answered, and the business appeared to be closed (we sat there for a while looking for another lash spot). If the appointment had been canceled in advance, I would have seen the notification. Instead, I received a confirmation email just the day before the appointment, which clearly indicated that it was still scheduled. Your response blaming me for incorrect information is disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service.

My wax queen, but best of all, she's the TWEEZE QUEEN. She gets all the ingrowns and the hair that breaks off. She teaches you post care and does her best to ensure that she gets all the hair. No rush at all and I never feel pain. The wax is amazing and I see a difference in how the hair grows back. She uses two different types of hard wax on me just because my hair grows differently. She applies great pressure, especially on my sensitive spots. Best of all, she always remembers you from the last session and makes a huge effort to stay consistent. I see her religiously every four weeks and she doesn't even try to up sell you things or make you come sooner. She really does care about her patients. However, every time I went I've noticed that the clean up itself is done messy, the shape is resined, and it's much more painful than other places I've gone to. Additionally, I was left with bleeding scars around my eyebrow, I don't mind it much because I know in a couple days they will heal. However, since the shape and look of the threading was not up to par I was really disappointed to have both pain, scabs, and a result I didn't like.
