So I identified the problem and called around looking for a part. The owner of this company gave me guidance and quoted me a very competitive price to replace the blower motor on my air handler. Being the stubborn guy I am, I bought the part from eBay used that he understandably wouldn't be able to guarantee if he were to work on it. I put the part in myself and it worked just not very well. Anyway Evan walked me through my options with him working on it and me working on it. I felt I could figure it out and he walked me through almost the entire process. If I had a question he helped me out with an answer or his honest opinion. I hooked up a new blower motor ecm that was the wrong rotation, I only found this out after it still wasn't working right, my unit was freezing over and he helped me try to diagnose that issue while we assumed the work I did was correct. Possibly saving me money, unfortunately this did not fix the problem. Jason and Jules came out and went step by step to find out the issue. Turned out to be a loose wire, a bad temp sensor, and low freon. Cool thing was they told me what they were doing so I learned a bit too. I'm now pumping cold air error free. Definitely recommend if you want hassle free service.
