The customer service really needs to improve. They do not know how to take care of a customer or know how to sell. They first say they can do the job, but then try to shortchange you with different colors that are not from your original design. And if you want the color you want, they try to charge you double the price. This is a week after giving a deposit. Unpleasant experience. The only reason they have business is probably from on going accounts that don't really care about their customers shirts. Went in on hopes of adding to a blanket that has some embroidery. When I walked into the shop, there were three gentlemen, talking, no customers. They never acknowledged me so I went to leave. As I went to leave, I was finally asked if I needed something. When I showed them what I wanted, they scoffed and said they don't do that. I would never go back. They made me feel terrible and the customer service was horrendous. Definitely do not recommend you using them. read more

Here we go, another lame silkscreen shop. I went in on Sat 6/15/2019 and was ignored. I went back 6/17/2019 and offered them a 2k silkscreen job if they'd show me the silk screen equipment. They have no silkscreen equipment and job everything out to other vendors. They were mad I looked into the back and seen them eating, lunch was more important than me. Total bummer, I need good t-shirt silkscreen done and have money to burn. I go all the way to Temecula T-shirt to get good quality and not get a major attitude. Nice way to treat someone that walked in with 2k in his pocket and wanted to just see that you really had the equipment. PCH is expensive, they'll be gone in 4 months telling lies about what they do there and what they job out. read more

Antonio has taken care of all my embroidery and silkscreen work for about 2 years now & We have never had an issue we couldn't solve together. I've seen the guy print hundreds of T shirts and embroidered all my husbands company hats by himself day after day and these negative reviews here that I see are upsetting to me when they don't see what the man does himself. read more

Rude and unprofessional, they agreed to do a next day small silkscreen job if we provided shirts to print on (since they would have to order them otherwise), then backed out on it once I came to their offices to discuss design and pricing. Antonio was unhelpful and disrespectful. When asked where they were located, Antonio said they were right next to South High School. Too bad they're on the polar opposite end of PCH, East of Crenshaw. There's tons of silkscreen and embroidery shops around. You're better off going elsewhere. read more

Starting lawsuit in small claims!! do not trust this company! Antonio is a very poor business man. Should have 0 stars!! terrible company! should be shut down! antonio does not care about customer satisfaction. Quality of product is subsandard!! very large order of silkscreen done on white shirt, multipule colors of ink on shirts (red, yellow and blue). owner did not care to solve this issue when i took the shirts back. Embroidery also done, when shown that the embroidery was off center Antonios sister said that they would replace shirts and fix the mistakes they made, and when i went into the store, Antonio did not care fix this problem after spending $3,000.00 plus ! total miscommunication within company. he left the shirts as is. Quality so poor, shirts had to be distroyed immediately!! this was such an embarrassment to my company! Antonio referred me to one of his friends for photo advertisement on my windows to my company and that business was the same quality, if not, even worse! quality of photo on windows was very poor! not even close to advertisement seen in store. took them three weeks to come back to take them off! This is not a place to go for embroidery!!! This is not a place to go for embroidery!!!!! Requested the following: embroidery of 2 5" letters on a fleece blanket. They did not perform as promised-the stitch count was not the same as the actual sample left for them to copy and the time they promised to have it ready was a big fat lie. I told the owners wife: i need this by tomorrow no later than 3pm. She said on problem. when i went to pick-up at 3:20pm it was not even started. she knew it was a gift and of the deadline. I went back an hour later and found my blanket just thrown on the counter with the bag it came in all torned up. The stitch count was not the same!!! I told out the sample fleece blanket and asked the owner "Is this the same as what you have done"? he just gave me a blank look & didn't answer. I asked can you fix it because i have no other place to take it and i need now. He said no and come back tomorrow. I stated i could not come back because of the deadline. he say you are complaining in order to not pay. I was so insulted!! i stated hey I willing to pay the day before and your wife said don't worry and just pay at time of pickup! I said you have ruined the blanket and not I don't have anyplace else to go to get the error corrected. I can see when the local high school on the hill has cancelled your business and found someone else. I only wish i had known this before stepping into your business!!!!! read more

I completely argee with the unhappy yelp reviews. If you're fortunate enough to reach someone in customer service, working with Tony is one of the rudest people I've ever met and Olivia is totally unprofessional and have been a nightmare. We will never use this company again and quite frankly are surprised they are still in business. The quality of the work is terrible and they expect the customer to pay for their mistakes.
