If something isn't on the shelves or isn't exactly what you're looking for, they'll try to find the best solution for you or order the product you want if it's available. They hold frequent sampling events and tend to have trial versions of things if you ever want to try something new and they're more than happy to make a sample of something that they've sampled in the past. All in all, they are a great store, very clean and very helpful!

Staying at the hotel across the street I came here to add to my Peanut Butter collection and pick up a couple of Protein bars as they were having a buy one get one 50% sale on the entire store which has a large inventory. The store is well laid out staff were very welcoming. Browsing the store I noticed they had a free sample display of hemp hearts.. you don't see these samples to help yourself in my local store's which was nice and as I like the product on my Greek Yogurt picked one up to take back the hotel along with my 2 Nut Butters and handful of Protein bars. Not sure how that happened. Anyway I did call upon noticing and spoke to that person who said I could come in the next day and he would fix it for me. I live several miles away, not close but I did make it to get him to refund me almost $15 overcharge. He did apologize. However I usually am trusting and don't look at receipts if I had not paid attention I would have been out this $15! Important I guess to double check receipts. Store was in good order, properly stocked, store clerks friendly and check out was quick but not accurate. Parking here is tight. Starbucks next door usually makes this lot busy.
