Went in April, prices seems reasonable for the size. You get a choice of granola, either honey or agave drizzle, and they seemed pretty open to making fruit substitutions. Fruit was fresh, but the acai base lacked flavor and just tasted like bland coldness which was disappointing. Once I finished the fruit, I didn't really want to eat the rest of the acai on its own. This place has a lot of potential if the acai base had flavor and adding larger of toppings for amount of acai. Few tables and chairs to sit and eat. A great find for me during my Washington trip! I found this place after searching for a breakfast spot to grab something quick to eat before my group drove from Seattle to Ellensburg. We wanted something quick and easy, but also still healthy and not going to weigh us down so we didn't feel sluggish driving. And of course, vegan-friendly options because I'm vegan! We didn't expect it to be part of a gym! However, it made a lot of sense and I wish my gym had this cafe connected to it! I ordered the Zen Acai bowl, which has strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, coconut, and cacao nibs. I added peanut granola (all their granola toppings are vegan!) and agave nectar as my sweetener. Because I just watched a human being with shoulders so developed they have their own congressional district bench press what appeared to be a Toyota Camry. His grunt echoed with such power that three protein shakers spontaneously mixed themselves. Their immunity shots? Divine. But let's discuss what's really important: I witnessed a woman with biceps that should have their own Instagram account do strict pull-ups while EXPLAINING QUANTUM PHYSICS. The smoothie bar's marble countertop started vibrating from the sheer magnitude of muscular energy in the room. Sure, their dragon fruit smoothie bowl is topped with locally sourced bee pollen and goji berries. But yesterday, I saw someone whose lats were so wide they had to enter doorways sideways curl dumbbells that looked like they were forged in Mount Doom. The mirror actually flexed back at him. The wheat grass shots are fresh-pressed hourly, cool story. But can we discuss the person doing clean and jerks with weights so massive that NASA had to recalculate Earth's gravitational pull? I saw three smartphones automatically switch to airplane mode when they walked past. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their cold-pressed techniques, but you know who else is knowledgeable? The gentleman with forearms like Popeye's who gave an impromptu TED talk about mitochondrial energy while doing one-arm pullups. I think he's actually part Greek deity. Five stars for the superfood menu - their commitment to organic ingredients is outstanding. But THOUSAND stars for the gym where I witnessed someone so yoked they had to register their deltoids as dependents on their taxes. I've started a support group for people who've been emotionally moved by watching the 6 AM heavy lifting crew. We meet weekly, sipping protein shakes and sharing stories about the time we saw someone deadlift the equivalent of a small submarine. P.S. We actually came here after having breakfast. We both ate only half cause we knew we were going to loop back. They get a lot of pick up orders cause we were standard at the order counter for awhile because they were slammed in the back making orders, but we weren't in any rush. One someone came out they were friendly and informative. My friend asked if they could the Green Machine without coconut water and regular water was suggested to keep it refreshing. I usually get smoothies without milk but forgot to ask after my friends question I had the acai berry. Definitely want to cone back for the bowls I had my wye on the zen bowl when I thought we were going to have breakfast but my friend was feeling light headed and we knew she needed something a little more substantial. I can't say I felt warmly greeted in the early morning, but also I'm not a morning person. When I was asked about milk I said 'regular is fine' and was informed this was a vegan place...no objections to that, just an FYI. The acai bowl was fine and I guess me just needing to feel like my normal morning drink, I was lacking with sweetener options that I would normally have gotten. Fit Bar is our new local go-to for fruit smoothie bowls right now. The bowls always boast a beautiful presentation. How I like my bowls prepared seems over the top, but it makes them sweet- otherwise they are as sweet as water. The bowls have whole fruit added on top to help make it sweeter. Now, the only downside is the fruit smoothies. Without paying a little more attention, and money, to which sweetners you'll add to your snoothie, it'll taste like water. The fruit smoothies don't have any added sweetners in them, which make them flavorless. One time we couldn't finish our smoothies because both were so tasteless and blan. My brother put it best, saying his acai smoothie had a watery consistency that tasted like 'water with buttered toast'. Talk with their team for any additional items to make the sweetness level to your liking, or just bring some honey from home. Though service was a lot quicker this time around, it wasn't friendly at all. I walked up to order, and the person still didn't say anything - not awkward at all... so I just placed my order. By the time I walked in and saw the CrossFit gym connected to the cafe, I was really hyped, I wish my gym had Fit bar inside of it. My cousin had The Brazilian (Açaí, strawberries, banana, almond milk, and blueberries. Traditionally topped with granola, blueberries, banana, strawberries, coconut and agave/honey) and I got the PB Power (Açaí, Adams PB, banana, almond milk, and blueberries. Topped with hemp granola, blueberries, banana, coconut flakes and honey) We both got the micro bowl because there's no way we could've finished the macro by ourselves. They only take pick up order during the pandemic so make sure you order online through their website prior coming here. They will not take any on the spot order at all no matter what. Once you order online, the order will be ready to be picked up 20-30 minutes. You will get 1 point for every $2 purchase with same card number. Once you reach 50 points you will get $5 off and 100 points $10 off. I'm not sure how it works because I didn't get any points for my last order using same card number. They have three size for bowl mini, micro and macro. For smoothie they have two size. The price is okay maybe little bit high for taste wise. I've had better açaí bowl with the same price somewhere else. My favorite one is Brazillian. It comes with açaí base, choice of granola (I choose hemp granola), choice of agave/honey (of course I choose honey), bananas, strawberries, blueberries and coconut flakes. Lipid lover is not bad too. Its a blended of açaí, avocado, blueberry, almond milk, monk fruit, and chocolate protein. I highly recommend getting the Thrive Bowl, it's made out of pitaya, bananas, almond milk and has a tremendous amount of flavor. The other favorite is the Brazilian, made out of açaí. I highly recommend this place. I was visiting some friends in WA and always look for a smoothie bar wherever I go. The bowls they have are absolutely to die for. They have 2-3 different sizes of bowls and I got the MACRO, the largest one. The açaí base for the bowl was great and even better than my local smoothie bar I always go to in California. This is the ONLY place that I know of that serves mushroom cocoa and mushroom coffee. They can also add mushroom tincture to your smoothie. I ordered a mushroom coffee and an açaí bowl. The açaí bowl was $10 and large enough for two people to share. They had a display of CBD treats for dogs, sustainable wooden spoons (for açaí bowls?), and natural oils. If you plan to eat there and don't want to use the compostable paper bowls and plastic spoons, then they provide coconut husk(?) bowls and reusable spoons. This cafe is situated inside/front of a gym. I probably would've missed it, had I not seen their sidewalk sign. Parking is available around the corner and the side streets. As for seating, there's a couch with two lounge chairs inside and small cafe tables near (and outside of) the entrance. Staff were super friendly, store was clean, and the door opened up to the street so I could sit at a table with my pup. I had the Pitaya Twist (large) and it was amazing.
