My knots are always taken care of and I've never had any major issues. I ask for hot stones at each massage, but they only rub it across my body just lightly and for a very short period of time. My therapist was sweet but the massage was very gentle so it felt more like a rub versus massage and I left the appointment feeling the same as when I came in. However, my boyfriend did enjoy his massage. I'd just say the interaction with his therapist did feel awkward at check in and check out, it would've been nice to have been met with more of a welcoming energy and smile at least. Eve is an absolute GEM. I was at work when I suddenly felt like I got a pinched nerve and my neck was becoming stiffer by the hour. I booked a same day appointment online for a 90mins deep tissue massage after just yelping around the area. Process was super easy. I didn't really know what I would get but I was desperate for someone to fix my neck. Eve asked what did I need more focus on and I immediately said neck. I didn't need to say much more.
