What a crazy massage experience. My bf and I came in spontaneously on a Saturday and were blown away by the $70 1hr and 30min massage. We did a couples massage and the two ladies that did them for us were very sweet. Granted there was a bit of a language barrier, I luckily speak a bit of Mandarin and was able to semi communicate. But wow was this an intense massage. If you're quite petite and skinny like I am, this is gonna be a pretty painful experience. I was sore for 5 days after, but it was worth it for the price and the fact that my body wasn't so tense, and I wasn't screaming in pain every time someone lightly touched my shoulder. I loved coming here prices are excellent service usually is too except for 08/28/25 I'm offended by my experience yesterday because I was pressured to leave a $10 tip. I usually tip anyway and like this time he told me I had to leave a minimum of $10 tip which is inappropriate. TIPPING IS OPTIONAL And furthermore, I was forced to pay and tip before receiving services. She didn't deserve a tip She was throwing my feet around, and overall not gentle. You really can't beat the prices here, and the staff is friendly, but this isn't the place to go if ambience and attentiveness are what you're looking for. I've been here twice because I wanted to give it a fair try. My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage, and while they do offer that option, the ambience just wasn't comfortable. My masseuse rarely checked in and kept the pressure very hard, even though I asked multiple times for a softer massage (more on the medium/soft scale). I left the first time with internal bruises on my neck. The second time I visited, the massage felt rushed and not very intentional. Another thing to note on warm days it can get uncomfortable. The rooms are small, and with no AC, it was hard to relax. Overall, the value for the price is great and the staff is kind, but if you're looking for ambience, comfort, or a deeply relaxing experience, this probably isn't the right spot. read more

I wish I got the masseuse's name. She did a great job working out the knots. I like back walking and she did this marvelously, cracking the vertebrae and loosening things up. I have been coming here for years and come at least twice a month. I get the 60 minute combination. Lili is the best but she's only there Mondays and Tuesdays! My second choice would be Coco if I go on any other day. They both usually use the right amount of pressure I like. The masseuse don't have the proper training for a professional massage, upon arrival I asked for a hard pressure massage 15 mins into the massage and she kept digging into the wrong spots with her elbow so I told her less elbow and more work with her hands focusing on the knots in my back the she starts rubbing my back all hard and without a thought and whole time she just proceeds to rub me like I asked my spouse or friend to rub my back, nothing like a professional massage therapist actually working your issues, when she brought the hot stones out she poured so much oil on my back it was dripping to my private area... which she had exposed and not covered professionally. Over all it was a super unprofessional experience me and my friend both walked out 30 mins into our 1 hour massage. Over all they don't have good technique, they either did not go to massage school or just didn't pay attention to learn actual techniques. I was disappointed with the service here. I got a 30 min foot + 30 min full body. I just finished a 12 mile hike and my body is extremely tight and I was expecting an actual massage. The amount of pressure she applied was akin to a back rub. I asked for more pressure but she continued to apply the same amount of pressure. At one point half way through, the massager leaves the room for a minute and you may wonder what's happening, but they're just going to grab the hot rocks. There's a language barrier, and that's the only problem. For example I wanted more shoulders and neck but less legs. However she didn't understand me. Let's continue to support this business, i don't them to ever go away. My Husband and i have been a loyal/regular customer of this hidden gem for years. We've been to a few different massage spots but they're not as good as this one. They probably don't realize but we see them like family, we treat them like family. We started coming here ever since Covid and we've tried all of their services. We used to live in the area but now in LA County (1hr drive) but we still make time once a month (sometimes even 2x) to see them and get a massage. We've had all of the ladies and even the man for my husband and hands down all of them are good and very accomodating (yes, there is a language barrier) but just explain it in a simple way and they'll get it. And of course, i have my favorite lady, she gets me so i always ask for her (i get 100% love and care from her) especially after my surgery. This place is clean, quiet, plenty of parking and honestly, paying or tipping is never an issue (we always bring cash for tip) and we're always straight to the point about what service we want. Even tho I'd already left 15% I got the shake down at the end that I needed to leave at least 10 or 15 dollars on $48. Not a good way to relax, making me feel cheap. If i could do less than one star i would. This was the worst experience of my life. I initially asked for a male 3 times and a woman came in and I then asked where he was they said "we have none". then proceeded to jam her elbows in my back with no technique. Also didn't understand me in the slightest as to what i wanted could have been the language barrier but progressively got worse. My friend and I had to stop a quarter way in to show them how to do the massage with out causing bruises and pain. Even after a physical representation they still didnt understand. Then proceeded to not massage with the hot stones but rather just sit them on my back resulting in me getting burned. We had to stop the massage half way and leave. My "therapist" didn't do anything but push down in a few area that wouldn't even benefit a small toddler. Their prices are cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. My male friend was in a different room and he told me later that the lady asked if he wanted her to "massage his 'buddy'," and then proceeded to grab his penis and tell him "oh, your wife must be so lucky."
