The store is super full though and has excess junk in the back that is visible. Great customer service. Keith really knows his beads and can make whatever you request. We ultimately purchased four bracelets and some earrings that ended up costing $150. I'd say that was pretty pricey honestly. I mean the beads were nice, but not like some expensive/rare stones. I understand part of the charge is labor, but not sure I'd say it's worth that price. Not to mention, one of the bracelets broke after only wearing it once so we need to return to have it repaired-which is inconvenient since we live in Chicago. I emailed the owner and he assured me that when the time came for a new ring that I could exchange mine for the value of the ring i got it for (still have the email). When the time came around where I needed a new ring I went to exchange it and showed the email and they told me that they would exchange my ring, but it would only be worth $70. So I guess their $5,000 rings are only worth $70 and their word is for nothing. Be careful with what you buy.

She messaged back with some information and asked if I wanted to come in to discuss and look. I made an appointment, and Vivian followed up prior to my appointment. Vivian greeted me at the door upon my arrival. Vivian had all my information on the ring and led me to the station to show me. She went over the details, the quality, what it meant, showed me a few other stones but when she asked me if I wanted to look at any other style, I knew that was the one. I wasn't planning on purchasing a ring that day, but when you find that one ring that you know is the one, what else is there to do? After the purchase, Craig Husar came up to say hi and to chat. I thought that was really nice that he took the time to come up to congratulate me and to thank me for coming in. Then I came back in with my girlfriend as she wanted to get me sized.
