I have been trying for a month to pick this dress up and every time the shop is empty. No one is there sometimes the lights are on, I call no answer left messages no phone call back it doesn't matter if it's morning, middle of the day or evening. It has been a nightmare and I had to get a different dress for the event as I was unable to pick it up in time. Mind you we have been coming here for over 35 years as my mom had her wedding dress done here and I have been using this alterations my whole life. Never again! It has just gotten worse and worse every time.

Once helped the woman who helped me was super friendly and gave me her recommendations. The suit turned out great. I also tried one other time as I needed a rush on some hem work for some pants. It was a Saturday and I tried finding help near home but no one seemed to have anyone that could do the work on the weekend. Having remembered my good experience here, I called and spoke to the woman who had helped me the first time. I got a couple done same day which was great. I actually had two ties with the same issue. He said he thought he could fix them, so I drove over to give him a chance. He told me to leave one tie first, and if I was happy with the result, he'd work on the second one. Fair enough. He asked me to come back Tuesday. The shop itself was also concerning. It looked extremely cluttered, with clothing and orders piled everywhere. It honestly felt more like a hoarder's house than a tailor shop. Before I left, I also asked if he could make a tie skinnier. He said yes, for $45. No problem. I came back on Wednesday and asked for an update. He told me he hadn't even started because he'd been too busy. I looked down, and my tie was still sitting in the exact same spot where I'd left it, untouched, on top of a pile of other clothes. I wasn't upset about the delay. Things happen. He started giving me his phone number so I could call him later, but I told him I already had it. Then I tried to hand him another tie that I simply wanted made skinnier. I couldn't even finish explaining what I wanted because he kept cutting me off and assuming it had the same repair issue as the first tie. I repeatedly tried to explain that this was just a standard alteration, but he wouldn't listen. Instead, he insisted he wouldn't take the second tie until the first one was finished. That made no sense to me. If it's a service he offers, why not just accept the tie and work on it whenever he has time? At that point, I took both ties back and decided to go somewhere else. The whole experience was a waste of time. Poor organization, rude communication, and an extremely messy shop. His prices may be reasonable, but that's not enough when the customer experience is this frustrating.
