OMG! They are unbelievable! My husband's Christmas party was at hand and the two dresses I purchased online didn't fit. I raced to David's bridal and found one that was perfect. But I'm not 6'2. Less than 48 hours to the party I needed to get it hemmed. It fit like a glove otherwise. I didn't have a lot of hope, send out a request for an availability. Dee texted within the hour at 10:30 at night. She said she can meet me at 9 the following day. My daughters wedding was 6 months away but I thought since I had the dress and the alterations would be substantial, I would have Diana start on it so a 'rush' job would not be needed. Let me tell you, I'm only taking time to write this review because Diana was so stinking awesome. She's the whole package. She's really personable, accommodating/flexible, affordable/fair, and knowledgeable at what she does. Diana worked on my wedding dress, which was a Justin Alexander with lace detailing, which had to be removed to alter the dress, and then hand sewn back on. I also wanted some more coverage across the top, back and cap sleeves, and she was not only able to find the matching lace, but was also really creative about how to place the lace such that it kept the integrity and original style of the dress. She is also so sweet and easy to talk to--feels like you're hanging out with a friend, which makes it so relaxed and easy, which also makes it really easy to speak up about preferences, and asking for changes. So I'm waaaaaaaaay late on this review, but it's been on my mind to get this done. I purchased a dress off a site that makes their dresses over in China. When my dress got to San Diego it was not what I discussed via email with that company. By the time I received the dress it was 2 months away from the wedding. I immediately jumped on Yelp, and searched for someone who could help me with this catastrophe! God sent me Diana. I emailed her and the very next day she responded to me. Diana was flexible with me on the time frames we set. If I was early, she was cool with it, if I was running late she was cool with that. Never once did she show any signs of annoyance of my timeliness. If she had personal things come up, she communicated that with me ahead of time. I am a very indecisive person when given too many options, she was patient with me in figuring out what I wanted in my dress. I needed someone who understood that I knew nothing about revamping a dress, and all the many options available to me. I just wanted to look like and feel like a beautiful bride. Boy oh boy did Diana deliver. She worked with the budget I had, and respected that budget. She took the dress and totally reconstructed. I provided her with a foundation and what she did with that was undeniably breath-taking. I received the gown 2 weeks before my wedding and panicked because after it was altered it just didn't look right on me and I was so bummed to be wearing it on my wedding day.
