I brought them to Sara, and she worked her magic. In less than an hour, she had them looking perfect again. Even though I have to drive farther now that she's moved, she's absolutely worth it. Sara is a true professional, incredibly skilled, and consistently does amazing work. I won't trust anyone else with my clothes again. If you're looking for a tailor who knows exactly what she's doing, I can't recommend Sara enough!

I actually had two ties with the same issue. He said he thought he could fix them, so I drove over to give him a chance. He told me to leave one tie first, and if I was happy with the result, he'd work on the second one. Fair enough. He asked me to come back Tuesday. The shop itself was also concerning. It looked extremely cluttered, with clothing and orders piled everywhere. It honestly felt more like a hoarder's house than a tailor shop. Before I left, I also asked if he could make a tie skinnier. He said yes, for $45. No problem. I came back on Wednesday and asked for an update. He told me he hadn't even started because he'd been too busy. I looked down, and my tie was still sitting in the exact same spot where I'd left it, untouched, on top of a pile of other clothes. I wasn't upset about the delay. Things happen. He started giving me his phone number so I could call him later, but I told him I already had it. Then I tried to hand him another tie that I simply wanted made skinnier. I couldn't even finish explaining what I wanted because he kept cutting me off and assuming it had the same repair issue as the first tie. I repeatedly tried to explain that this was just a standard alteration, but he wouldn't listen. Instead, he insisted he wouldn't take the second tie until the first one was finished. That made no sense to me. If it's a service he offers, why not just accept the tie and work on it whenever he has time? At that point, I took both ties back and decided to go somewhere else. The whole experience was a waste of time. Poor organization, rude communication, and an extremely messy shop. His prices may be reasonable, but that's not enough when the customer experience is this frustrating.

You might miss this place since it's in a very corner of a shopping center. They have two changing rooms and three people working. 1 in the front and got my measurements done and 2 working in the back. The lady was nice enough, I have no complaints. Only weird thing was that I had to pay beforehand. I guess it's not rare. They do prefer cash but they do accept card. Also the price goes up as how wide your pants you have to hem. Since all my jeans were wide leg jeans, it costed me little extra. They were able to hem all my jeans in a week, but I did have to call them to make sure that they were done on time. I am no expert of hemming or stitches, but they got the length right so that's all I cared about. I paid about $74 for 4 pair of jeans.

The best! I've been going to this tailor for about 25 years. Same owner/tailor (Thu) this whole time. When Thu goes on vacation, she always has a qualified back-up, Pricing has always been reasonable, and the quality has always been great. Most of my work has been alterations...both in & out. When I would come in, Thu would ask..."you lose more weight?" read more

I searched all over the city to have my clothes tailor made! She is the best, hard working and honest! No cc, but checks or cash. I would not trust anyone else They also do excellent dry cleaning for a very reasonable fee, less than the dry cleaners read more

When I came back a week and two days later and my clothes were not hanging up with the other clothes and the older couple could not find my clothes. I needed the items for a trip I was leaving for in 2 days. After about 20-30 minutes of searching my items were found in a plastic grocery bag under other items in a box. They seem a bit disorganized and overwhelmed. I feel bad because they were very kind and appear to do good work with repeat customers. Prices seem fair.
