Edit to owners second response: my initial review was in no way rude, it was honest and I actually left out details to show kindness to the stylist. It's not her fault, I never even said her name and that was on purpose. No one was "put on blast" (how old are we?) It was simply an accurate description of my experience. Blaming me for the HUGE CHUNCK missing from my hair is funny. Yes I had cut my own bangs, no they were not fixed by the stylist...clearly, look at the picture. Since the owner knew who I was. She also could have called me, she chose instead to argue like a teenager over Yelp. For new potential clients to see. I'd. Be. Mortified. But this last time I had an issue with my extensions and was honestly worried about the health of my hair. I contacted the salon. Dana, the salon owner, immediately stepped in and took care of me. Not only did she redo my extensions beautifully, but she also colored and trimmed my hair! She made sure I was happy with the results, and my hair looks and feels amazing. I would absolutely recommend the Station Salon, the owner, and her team. They handled an uncomfortable situation with professionalism, kindness, and integrity. I see her every 4 weeks for base color and extension maintenance. Tori is incredibly meticulous and takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly, from the placement and blending to making sure that my extensions look natural, feel comfortable, and work with my very fine hair.
